I don't think it's farfetched at all. We have hardly seen any of Moria yet, and I'd be willing to bet that I'll be clear how he surpasses Lucci later on. The doppel-man so far seems like a good technique and that's just the start.
Actually, I'd think it'd be pretty easy for anyone on the ground to beat Eneru… I mean, all you'd need was a rubber insulated suit. A marine could dress up their entire crew like that, and vest their ship with something rubbery. Eneru would be defenseless against it since he's not used to rubber anyway, and doesn't know how common it is.

Not sure I get what you're saying. I suppose some elements like smoke might be a bit harder to figure out, but fire, ice and thunder are simple enough.
Thunder's probably the most simple since all you need is rubber, not a certain degree of it.
Then again, I always thought the Logia powers were kind of annoying and cheap, so maybe I'm just biased.
I think that rubber suit only work for offense not defense.. Indeed someone who wear rubber could hit Enel, but not for taking millions of volt for zapping..
Not that easy to bring down Enel.. It need high tier combatant to do that(well, maybe Lucci and at least VA)

in odaverse rubber is a total isolator meaning no current will pass through it and thus no heat will be generated.

I suppose not immediately. Sand is one of the "trickier" elements, like smoke. But Oda made it pretty clear that humidity was Croc's weakness. If Zoro got his swords, he would've beaten him in half a second, which is kinda to think about.

well first of all its a bit dissapointing to have another logia as the first logias natural enemy. second of all i kinda like the rock, paper, scissors deal that mostmangas with widely varrying powers set up. third, Luffy wasnt weak to lightning while enel was weaqk to rubber.
just seems unfair that those two wont have any real weakness (as they weaken each other) just someone that they will have a harder time fighting.

I think it's Ace, even tough Arabasta-Luffy would have lost against Das Bonez if they had fought and Luffy have never pulled a storm, wich I think that could work against metal….
Anyways, I think Luffy could actually beat Ace if he pulled a more advanced version of Mizu-Luffy, plus he could also do some crazy stuff like stretching way too much to cover the battlefield as a rubber tent and get rid of the oxygen with Balloon or even do something so desperate as using mountains of ground to turn off the flames or lift a ridiculously huge boulder and smash down Ace with it....

Yeah, but we are talking about Luffy, the guy who punched trough some thick spiked shield without caring how screwed up his fists ended, so that's why I say that getting melted by Fire is like the only thing that he would be unable to avoid if Ace truly intents to kill him off, unlike Aokiji or Crocodile who need to actually touch Luffy to freeze/dry him.

iv used the melted gold ball from enel as a reference before… and Luffy shows no signs of melting there. heat has no extra ordenary effect on Luffy. If anything he is more resistant to heat then others.

Actually, I believe it is ice that is Rubber's main weakness since rubber has a tendency to freeze very well. (Note not sure about that, someone please correct me)

erm excuse me heat definitely=fire. Fire is just the oxidation of materials. It is very exothermic and so releases a lot of energy. This energy is released in the form of heat energy. The only damaging thing about fire is it's heat. The flame is just light energy that's also been released. So fire basically is heat and light energy. Since no one can be hurt by light energy, well at least so little light energy, the heat is what "consumes" things. Oh and another thing. What the hell is with that retarded post saying heat is between 35-40 degrees? Heat can occur at almost any temperature above 0 degrees Celsius.
