Since there is a hito hito fruit, I can imagine Whitebeard with a giant giant fruit, but that's just my imagination, I don't know why all the One Piece world's badasses should have eaten a devil fruit.

a Light light fruit can be really powerfull : make illusion or turn invisible… even doing laser things, I would like to see this.
For Shanks, I don't really want him to have a DF. In fact I would be disapointed if anyone of Shanks' crew have one.
A Zoan Fruit of Fish Type can be funny (it cannot breath but cannot go under water) but the Half/half will look to much like merman so We will not see any I think.
For Whitebeard, He will have the Santa Santa Fruit ==> that's how he got his name :happy:

Actually I think a Light Logia fruit would be too powerful, it'd really turn One Piece into a DBZ ripoff and would make it jump the shark IMHO… Just think about what the guy who ate that fruit could do; move at light's speed, throw laser beams and huge energy balls... Definitly too DBZish.

magnetism fruit (magneto type powers)
strength fruit (possibly whitebeard ate it)
copy fruit (diffrent from mr 2 since this will copy abilities)

I don't think Sand is Earth. It's just a derived, probably less powerful form of Earth, like Ice with Water or Smoke with Air. I suppose the powers of an Earth Logia would be based on rock though, like creating rock pillars, rock boulders, rock shields, and stuff like that, not to mention the ability to create eathquakes.
Kaze means wind, I guess it's the name Oda would give to the Air Logia fruit, and I hope Dragon ate it instead of the weather controlling Paramecia, cause honestly I can't see it being anything else than a watered down version of regular Logias and it'd be pretty useless in battle IMO.

tornado's ( if he wanted to destroy a city he could create a huge tornado that would destroy the city in little time)
wind (he can create huge gust and even slicing wind's that can cause alot of harm to his opponent's)
tidal waves( he can create huge tidal waves probably even bigger than aqua laguna if he desired and this could be used to drown anybody with a devil fruit and also destroy ship's and city's) -

I have thought about different devil fruits that will appear later, and some of em are definitely making sence:
Silence Fruit: its user may reduce noises he produces to zero that for example a gun he fires will make no sound - he'll be the perfect assassin.
Root Fruit: the user may grow roots from everywhere of his body. that would be a powerful fruit! He can crush, smash or strangle his victims by growing roots of his arm.
Acid Fruit as a Logia power - the body of the user consists of acid only. He can't be killed by any conventional weapons and can destroy anything which is in his way, even giant doors or else.
I hope there'll appear a wind fruit and a liquid metal fruit [like the T-1000] later. that'd be killah!!!

you know, the "root fruit" or a wood/plant fruit is very likely to happen if Oda follow a little asian elementalism. Asian alchimy have 5 elements and not 4 : fire, water, air, metal and wood. for exemple that's why in Naruto the first hokage used woods and its so powerful, it's suppose to be a basic element.
oh and lightning is considered to be fire so Oda could have said that Eneru had eaten a mera mera fruit, lightening type.
now the question is : does Oda follow any alchimic classification (occidental or asian)l for his logia fruits

Also thru the asian elementalist every element is a counter to another forming a pentagram right? I read about something like this in ShamanKing quite a while ago.And a sound fruit would be sweet, specially if the user has an attack named Sonic Boom.

The five elements can "overcome" and "generate" each other. For example Water can put out Fire and help Wood grow. The order of destruction goes:

I don't see why everyone thinks someone is going to eat a water fruit. People who eat a devil fruit can't be in water let alone be water.
I always thouth water logia and fish zoans are already tooken care of by mermen. Wouldn't it be awsome if Jimbi had the power to control water? That would make perfect sence. -
Actually they can't be near sea-water, not water in general. It's all about the strange emission of "power" from the sea. ( Thus the seastone effect )

You know, in the 2nd movie, Honey Queen ate a DF very similar to water, Toro Toro Fruit. However, Toro means liquid, so it doesn't necessary mean water.

That example is good to use, because Oda personally vetoes any devil fruits that he plans to use. Since they uses "liquid" INSTEAD of water, it likely means we will see one.

And if it was water alone that weaken DF, that would mean the DF users cannot drink water or go outside when it rains
but I don't think "radiation" or "seastone" are the only cause. If that was the case, DF users may swim in rivers and lakes. I think (personnal theory) that it's a matter of quantity of water and that the seastone absorb the "radiations" like a sponge. a glass of water or a bath don't have enough water to be effective.
and a water DF may create special water without "radiations" -
Some DF's I would like to see in the future are:
Dragon Fruit- im not sure if they have this yet in the series but it works a lot like the CP9's animal morphing DF's except this one turns you into a humanoid dragon that breaths fire and can fly
Speed Fruit- the user can move to incredible speeds maybe up to the point where he/she can run on water
Metal Fruit- turns the users skin into hard, nearly inpentrable metal and increases their strength significantly
Multiply Fruit- allows the user to multiply themselves as many times as they want (haven't come up with a better name yet)
Ditto Fruit- allows the user to change their appearence into anyone (or anything) that they have seen
Shadow Fruit- allows the user to control their own shadow and shadows of nearby object and engulf the opposition in darkness and allow the user to confuse them eventually taking them out, user can also go into shadows and use them as portals for transportation
thats all i can think of for now ^^

I've mentioned a Seismic Paramecia before, which would allow the user to generate vibrations and shockwaves without necessarily being an Earth Logia. Also, if there's a Smoke Logia and a Sand Logia, expect a much wider spectrum of Logias than just the plain five elements. Anything which is abundant and slightly malleable can do, like a Diamond Logia or even a Paper Logia (Read Or Die!).
Doesn't Doflamingo have a Mind Control Paramecia? Oda might start showing us a whole new range of psychic Paramecias (that could even be the theme of the next group of enemies).An Intangibility Paramecia would also be cool, as well as a Bat Zoan for a vampire-like villain.

I hop there'll be a gravitation No mi!! IT'll be defenitely the strongest one. If the user turns into an autonomous source of gravitation he may control his own weight and reduce it to zero to walk around in midair. He'll never fall into water again.
I've thought about it for a while: his attacks would be very powerful, for example a gravitation jet would blow a target into the stratosphere!! He may destroy mountains and forests by this. He can be like Eneru in some way. Also he can't be wounded because bullets or else would surpass his body with ease but without hurting him.
A fruit like that would be in fact overpowered. But I would like it, if it'd appear later. -

A fruit that can simply cause flying might be fun.
I'd also like to see some mystic animal zoan fruits–dragon, phoenix, even a unicorn could be fun if done right.
I'd also like to see some "weak logias", like maybe a gasoline logia that explodes when in contact with fire. Sanji would won this person.

We have no idea yet what kind of power Doflamingo has or even it is related to the devil fruit. It might even be something like Jango's, a type of hypnotism. If you recall when Buggy's first show his power, Oda drew so that we couldn't even see his detached hand, at that time I thought Buggy had telekinesis.
There are already mind powers shown in One Piece that did not utilise Devil Fruit. Remember the skypians mantel/mantra? That is almost somekind of telepathy.

And why does Robin do her "pose" (arms crossed, palms facing inwards) when she uses her own? It's just a bit of theatre. Who knows, maybe Doflamingo's fruit is called the Puppet Puppet Fruit. None of the Devil Fruit powers are magic or psychic, they're usually more organic, but if Buggy could levitate his body parts without strings, so can Doflamingo control other people's bodies by pure strength of will.

I think there definetly will be a wood logia, and possibly one or two other logia. Zoanwise, I think that Kalifa's fruit will be some form of bird (toucan perhaps?), as I beleive Pell mentioned that there are four other known Tori Tori no mi. And finally paramecia, Kumadori's hair fruit, and I think that a fruit that turned the user's body into a magnet would be interesting.

Yeah, I don't think he controls weather either. Come to think of it, the lighting bolt that struck Buggy when he was about to behead Luffy had probably more to do with Luffy's luck, something that may be inherited by all the "D's" and that we saw later on Jaya when Doc Q gave him that explosive apple.
And Pell mentioned there was 5 Devil Fruits giving the power of flying, he didn't say that the 4 others were necessarly bird Zoan fruits. I think the guy who ate the air Logia fruit (Dragon?) can fly.
