meethz is a film student who's supposed to make 30 film journals in her three-month holiday. now that holiday's down to two weeks left and this she's only done 16! film requirements from her lectures are 'artsy' and 'political' films, so meethz decides to tackle documentaries, european/foreign films, and oscar-like films for this assignment.
so far she's seen:
- fahrenheit 9/11 (docu)
- march of the penguins (docu)
- super size me (docu)
- city of god/cidada de deus (brazil)
- maria full of grace/maria llena eres de gracia (spain)
- love me if you dare/j'eux des enfants (france)
- summer of love (uk)
- garage days (aussie)
- walk the line
- brokeback mountain
- closer
- jarhead
- the constant gardener
- sin city
- the sixth sense
- billy elliot
now meethz asks for your help and suggestions, which films do you think should she buy and watch? it doesn't have to be new films, but it needs to be interesting with a nice round plot.
meethz now wonders why she is referring to herself in the third person.
thanks! :XD:
