5th LOG omake - NO RESPECT TIME

i was busy grading physics homeworks of some ungrateful bastards who wouldn't listen to what i told them to do in class when an IM window popped up with this on it:

i swear. sometimes i feel like all that bastard does is boss me around. but then again, of course, he's the boss. so i guess it is within his rights to boss me around, because he doesn't, then he won't be called a boss; he'll be called….....

anyway, like the previous releases: ocean translates, i proof, egx edits, ocean qcs, ocean bitches at me about shitty proofreading, ocean fixes, we releases.

Other half was combed(sp?) back and other half was still covering his eye. I guess it's just his style to hide it.
Many girls like boys who hide their faces in some way. Sanji might know it and tries to get attention with face-hiding..

The Luffyone and Sanjino Families have to be two of the smallest crime families ever. It makes me wish that Oda had more than three pages to work with in these. He could have used Paulie and Franky to beef up the other two families or even Gaimon and Vivi.

Anybody else think it's odd that the Zoroscia family ended because of a betrayal by Robitta considering the storyline of the actual manga right now? Seems that even Oda has bought into the World Government's propaganda.

I just think it's funny that he was just screwing around and still had her kill her employer. Even in a joke storyline like this, she still acts like agents of the World Government said she would.

I just thought it was to mix the pattern up a bit, that's all. The Robin-betreyal thing was a gag.

Plus, I love how Robin is standing victorious in the scene where Zoro is dead and then is randomly dead the next panel.

Just a note.

Originally, Zoro despised Robin, distrusting her from the start and generally trying to avoid her company. Though their relationship has improved, it's likely Zoro got a "I told you so" moment when Robin betrayed. Since then, this feeling has likely subsided.

But look! Robin is a member of Zoro's family. Every other matchup makes sense:

Luffy-Usopp (same age, act the same, near same height)
Nami-Sanji (Sanji is obsessed with Nami; Nami take advantage of Sanji)
Chopper-Zoro (Chopper idolizes Zoro)

…

but... Zoro-Robin? I would have expected Sanji to get all the Strawhat girls. Pehaps this could be a subtle (or unintentional) form of Oda foreshadowing...?

Nami is in Zoro's family too. Sanji got Chopper. As much as I like the Zoro/Robin pairing, I don't think the matchups mean anything.

I'm going to avoid the discussion topics like a yeast infection (for males). I hear tell joekido got roasted recently…and I'm already in the Sea of Blood as is. I've cut down on the pseudo-swearing, though. :happy:
