I KNEW I was going to be wrong! This is the simulcast we all wanted! Because if it isnt there isnt much point.

Looks like Netflix is going to simulcast the anime a week behind. Starting next week.
At the moment we also don´t know in which countries it will be simulcasted by netflix. We only know, that Netflix France and Netflix Philippines stated, that they will stream the "Egghead Island Arc" starting on 13.01.
-
This article confirms that Egghead will be streaming on US Netflix.

-
The first Egghead episode has also appeared on Netflix UK, which is a bit surprising given that we don't have any of the previous "37 Seasons".
-
I guess that since no one is talking about a dub of the recent episode, there was no Simuldub. Oh well. I knew it wasnt going to happen but this was the closest we've ever gotten.
-
I kinda figure it would be like this. Since from what i understand on the japanese side of things, they don't put the new episode up until like a week later.
-
So, I don't know about your experiences and sorry if this has been mentioned already but One Piece was already available on Netflix upto Impel Down and I thought new seasons were on the way.
Now, all of a sudden, One piece has been taken down completely and only 1 episode, episode 1089, seems to be available. (VPN set to US). I get you want to simulcast but come on guys, at least make the other seasons available.
Can't they just upload all seasons + new episodes as they are released? What value is there in only allowing access to 1 episode?
I just want to be able to watch everything after the timeskip upto the new episodes. Ideally, when you search One Piece on Netflix you'd get 3 hits:1: One Piece - All Seasons
2: One Piece - Simulcast
3: One Piece - Live Action -
I just checked and it all appears to still be there, perhaps it just brought you to the most recent season.
-
@Zek No, when I search One Piece (VPN set to USA), it literally says that there's 2 episodes, being 1089 and 1090 (available January 20th). That's it. There's no seasons at all. It's also not the VPN as I tried another Wifi network without a vpn and the end result is exactly the same.
I guess Netflix just doesn't like me personally -
@flandrian15 Does One Piece appear without a VPN? We only have Egghead, but it's still listed as "Season 38".
-
I'm in EU by the way but with or without VPN it's the same. No more episodes or seasons except 1089 and from Saturday onward 1090.
-
The episodes are all there on my end.
It's just so jarring to have this 500+ episode gap, like of course Netflix will (eventually) fill in the gaps but I'm imagining some person getting into OP through Netflex, watching the end of Marineford....only to stumble upon an episode where everyone looks different, Jinbei is there, they're talking about road poneglyphs, and Luffy got white hair in his poster.
-
Was zipping netflix yesterday and the first episode of Egghead is already there. The second one (1090) is scheduled to debut in the 20th.
Edit: There was a bug occultin the last 8 replies. They become available as soon as I posted, so now I know it's old news, lol. Btw, LATAM here.
-
@MetaMario Well, they could just look at the episode numbers to know that they skipped hundreds of episodes...
-
So suddenly the issues with the missing seasons was fixed. Showing everything up to Marineford and 2 episodes of egghead.
Today I wanted to watch some Impel Down and suddenly there's no more One Piece.
No movies, no seasons, no egghead, nothing. Not even the live action. Anyone else experiencing this? -
@flandrian15 I’ll wait until people at Netflix add more stuff to it.
-
Okay yeah, something weird is happening with One Piece and the Netflix app on Windows...
The list of episodes on the main page only shows 1089, even though the main image is a link to 1090 (it lterally says "1 episode" while linking to 2 episodes). Continue Watching and the in-episode menu also let me watch 1090/1091, but not today's episode (1092); to watch that, I have to play the end of 1091 and use the Next Episode pop-up. Works on the web browser, though. -
@Captain-Krupp Princess Bubblegum is happy Eight Piece is real but now the number One on Netflix
-
Can you do me a favor Nitwit? I wanna post about some development with One Piece and toys in the UK region. Can you please post on this thread?

-
@Sano nice
-
@Sano I'm guessing that’s the episode with Toriko correct?
-
@Nitwit The Toriko episode skipped as usual.
-
@Sano Yup. Toei better do something about it and make it another dub episode exclusively on Hulu.
-
Punk Hazard is coming to Netflix on August 1st.
-
@Sano yes, yes, yes!
-
I thought the Netflix Simulcast was a bit pointless but I realized watching subbed episodes so easily has done wonders for One Piece and has allowed me and my bro to easily watch the latest arc.
