René Auberjonois also passed away at age seventy-nine due to lung cancer. His most famous live action role was Odo on DS9 but he was in a ton of cartoons from the '80s on. Among other things, he was the chef in The Little Mermaid.

Oh damn, that one hurts. From what I understand, Neil suffered some real tragedy in his life, but recovered and continued to be one of the best drummers of all time and a key member of a truly amazing band.

Not gonna lie, this one really stings right now.
He was one of many world famous drummers I looked up to, alongside Danny Carey, Mike Portnoy, Bill Bruford, Gavin Harrison, etc, that made me want to start playing the drums when I was growing up.
Rest In Peace, Neil Peart.
