Yesterday Chile rejected their second proposal for a new constitution, this one made by the far right parties. Since Boric don't want to press the issue further, I guess they got stuck with the Pinochet one.
While blocking a more conservative constitution is a victory, it's also a loss because chilenean left fail to break the liberal (and here I use the term in the USian way) status quo and approve a more progressive on last year.
Meanwhile in Libertarian (Neoliberal) Country of Argentina, the Minister of Human Capital is threatening to cut social benefits for any recipient that goes in the planned protest of 20/12.

The victim was zip-tied with plastic handcuffs by the Israeli army.
As depicted in the images, the victim's body was crushed from the legs upwards, indicating that the victim may have been alive while being crushed inch by inch.
Clear traces of a military bulldozer or tank are visible on the victim's body and the surrounding area.
The victim was intentionally stripped of his clothes, appearing only in his underwear.
The run-over occurred just before the army withdrew from the area, as evidenced by the intact state of the entrails and body parts.
The victim was placed on the asphalt rather than the adjacent sand to ensure complete and thorough crushing.

Aside from Imperial Core media fear mongering I don't think I've ever saw credible assessments that China changed their polices towards Taiwan. If anything what is fanning the flames is the US support for the party that wishes to disrupt the status quo by declaring Taiwan independent (aka not China anymore).

It’s these many months on and I’m still waiting for the same people that expressed outrage over people who blamed Israel for Hama’s attack. To be upset at Israel’s president and Prime Minister blaming Palestinian's for the rise of Hamas.
Not to expecting the above to happen just like like I’m not expecting apologists to definitively explain how criticizing Israel for their treatment of of Palestinians even while openly clarifying opposition to Hamas still somehow equates to anti semitism.
