Now that it's almost here, I just gotta say that I've been loving all of the promotional material leading up to its premiere. Sure, there's a few things I don't really like about it, but as a whole I'm convinced there's a lot of heart and intelligence going into this project. I'm not expecting this to be perfect by any means, but I think it's going to be great.
I used to be doubtful of this endeavor being worth it to begin with, but I've always hoped it'd be successful and thankfully it's shaping up to look pretty solid. Now the only thing I can ask for is this to set the standard for live action adaptations of anime going forward.
Let's fuckin' go.
