Based on those images, we now know Ann, Sabo, and Bueno Festa are the hidden figures for Vol 1 and 2

I'd much prefer characters we don't have over dupes but "Aw shit, here we go again" – Looking forward to a possible and very likely TS Buggy though.

And yeah, it'll totally be the supernovas, but here's hoping they do a Vol. 4 eventually like with Film Gold so we get some of the more unexpected characters like Galdino.

Or perhaps they learned their lesson with poor sales for Jimmy Meyers, Pork, and the rest of those race car guys I'll never buy.

WCF Reverie Vol.2 Out in November. Seems a pretty solid set. Still unsure whether to get these 2. I wonder if there will be a 3rd.

I'm disappointed. So many characters to choose from and we basically get 2.5 new out of 6. That Lucci is not much different than the Film Gold one, I like the TS Kaku, Stussy is great, Sabo in armor was expected– but I like it more having seen it, Stelly is perfect, and Shirahoshi was expected yet disappointing-- I have the MEGA, I'll never need a small version. Really hoping for a Vol. 3 with characters that aren't alternate dupes.

So I was looking at One Piece's schedule for WCF and there is no 3rd Reverie set yet.

I did, however, just realize that there are 2 sets called One Piece Stampede SPECIAL vol. 1 and vol. 2 that come out in August that are different than the 3 normal One Piece WCF Stampede sets. I thought these "special" sets might be part of the Ichiban Kuji in August, but there is nothing about WCF on the list of prizes.

I also didn't know what the WCF BURST set was so I tried finding it considering it releases next month and this is the picture I found. I am not claiming it to be 100% accurate though. Although when I looked at Rakuten's preorder it lists these 6 characters in the lineup despite there being no picture.

Still can't figure out why they waste time on re-releases or cover story stuff when we're still missing cannon stuff like Big Mom's kids or even other characters from the Reverie. Smh.

I'll actually be relieved if this is the Burst set. Another easy skip. This 2019 break has worked out perfectly. I may pickup Reverie 1 & 2 next year, but right now it's been nice to re-prioritize on other lines and figure displays I had neglected since starting on WCF. All 300+ have been boxed back up now until our reno work is done and I can get a couple of detolfs for them.

Looks like 2020 could be a big come back for POP though with all the Wano stuff. If we get the entire crew to go with Nami and Chopper that's going to look amazing displayed with Kaido!

Could also be an opportunity for a Hawkins or Z-Drake! It's starting to feel like the OP merch is coming back!

Haha! We can always dream! I know they haven't had a good track record since the 'Sailing Again' set, but we did get the entire pre-timeskip twice with the NEO and Stong World, so you never know! Wano is a pretty big deal after all, but I agree, the outfits are probably not going to be their most iconic.

If we can atleast get a Luffy, Zoro and Sanji I'll be happy. It'll make me feel better for skipping on that recent Zoro Maximum!! I'm bored of that outfit now!!

imagine this will be an excuse for Megahouse to start charging 30,000 yen per figure!! I guess they are trying to cut into the Chinese resin market as those continue to sell like hotcakes out there!! But if they can start giving us stuff this the in PVC I'm all in!!

Amazing sculpt that is dynamic from every angle. Wadoichimonji doesn’t sit in his mouth as well as you would hope, it could be knocked out pretty easily, but he’s a supreme addition to any collection, I think. If you can afford him, I highly recommend you get this one.

Yeah, skipped on this when it was 17K yen on NY, and after release went up to 23K. Kinda regret it, but not hugely as we already have Zoro in that outfit. If we get a Wano Zoro that's as dynamic I will jump on it.

Great pick-up though! It's a great looking figure!!

Yeah his price did jump up quite a bit, unfortunately. the wano figures look so good, I really want to get nami when she comes out. I’m hoping they’ll release more of the side character sculpts from stampede, too.

Awesome! Been a while, but I'll be coming back for Wano! Exciting to see how similar the Nami and Chopper are to the upcoming POP's. Hope we get a similar treatment for Luffy and Zoro!!

So I haven't collected too many One Piece figures or statues in forever so I have a few questions.

Is most every One Piece figure or statue made from resin? Anything made out of that harder polystone or something similar?
What are generally considered the "best" or most high end figures? Is it that super high prices Tsume line?

I jumped on eBay and was floored by whats available. I never see these things in real life at conventions so I didn't realize these super intricate pieces were available.

Oh and while it Comicon yesterday I saw a set of the whole crew plus Jimbei! It was all the poses from volume 64 cover. 10 VS 100,000 or what ever. The group shot at Fishman Island. I want that one bad. Trying to find pictures online maybe you all have seen it already.

Hey RD, let me try and answer your questions.

Most official statues are made from high grade PVC to enable mass production and reduce risk of breakage. There are a few official companies out there using resin though, like Tsume.
Depends whether you are talking official or unofficial. There are a lot of unlicensed companies making resins these days, some of which are phenomenal. Right now I'd say one of the most impressive pieces is the Gear 4 Luffy coming from Infinite Studio which I posted a couple pages back.

What you saw on eBay is most likely the unofficial resins. I got a couple myself, but after a while decided to stick with the official stuff due to some QC issues.

The set you saw at Comicon was the Figuarts Zero anime 20th anniversary set that went up for pre-order a few months back. So far Luffy is the only one out.
I did have it pre-ordered, but couldn't justify the 40,000 yen for designs I already had in POP form, so cancelled. I'm going to hold out for some Wano Arc designs instead.

I'm expecting a big POP comeback. Wano is the perfect opportunity! Painted Kaido, Nami and Chopper would be great, and finally a reveal of O-Tama and Momo.

I think that will be about it though, although a Wano Luffy and Zoro would kill me!! Not going to get my hopes up!

That's the first non-trashy looking Nami in like 5 years. Needless to say it looks really good. Not sure who asked for regular Marco, especially when we're still missing so many characters from Whole Cake (Big Mom for one). Still, Nami, Luffy, and Chopper look really good. Kaido still looks glorious, but I'm running out of patience to see him painted!

On to POP, and there have been some changes to the schedule. Eustass Kid re-release now coming in Feb with Warrior Alliance Chopper, Nami in April and Kaido in May.

Interesting. I wasn't expecting a WCF revolutionary army batch.

Belo Betty, Karasu, Lindburgh, and Morley are locks, as for the other two its anyone's guess.

I highly doubt they'd put another Koala or Sabo since the Reverie V.2 batch has him.

I'd really like a new Dragon. The other will probably be Slave Kuma. Any other guesses? Moda? Momohige? Haha

I can't wait for the Warriors Alliance series figurines! They seem fun, aren't overly lewd in the case of Nami and suit the spirit of the arc nicely. When can I expect pre-orders to be open? I'm used to purchasing figurines months if not years after release

Not sure if they're even taking them. Otakumode doesn't have them yet they have the "Levely" volume 2, which doesn't release until after those WCFs are out. You can try your luck on Mandarake. Sets for volume 1 appear to be easy to come by there. Personally, I'm just gonna wait for all three to be out and buy them as a set on YAJ.

Got yesterday Luffy, Nami, Usopp, Chopper and Douglas Bullet from WCF Stampede Vol. 1!!!

The cheaper full set I saw costed 5,500¥ and I got this pack for 3,280¥. I'm pretty sure I can get Brook less than 1,500¥
