I can't remember his previus nickname, but it was this guy with some strong faith towards Doula Mongo, also I don't know why ge got banned the first time but same as Darth he came back with another nickname and instead of pretending not being him he just went all as himself and got caught I guess.

Except Darth was readmitted by the mods on purpose. I think they've done similar things with previous posters as well. Second chances are not unheard of, especially in cases where the poster is usually tolerable.
And DHL seemed usually tolerable. I haven't been in the chapter discussion threads as much lately so I might have missed something but he seemed pretty ok to me.

If I remember correctly, DHL disagreed with me on a few points recently, and did so respectfully and by actually giving his own reasons.
That's more than I can say for Darth, yet I also thought it was odd (but justifiable) for him to be banned. In other words, I think the DHL ban is super weird. But then again, I don't know about his last account, or the specific reason why he was banned.

yep, its just too convenient. for someone who was pissed enough to put up the birdcage then he should have start the shrink from the very moment he put it up. and for it to basically take all of dressrosa to stop it when we have ppl like zoro, cavendish and fujitora… ALL swords men and NONE of them can even cut one string? what about kinemon and his fox fire? why cant he burn it? way too convenient.
A bunch of flaming meteors couldn't do anything to it. What makes you think Kin'emon could do it?

Doflamingo is not hell bent on completely destroying his city. Thats why he didn't start the bird cage from the beginning. Its a last resort thing to put pressure. If he wanted to completely demolish his city, why bother becoming a king of it at all.
