Would be utterly disappointed if the Straw Hat doesn't come into risk of getting damaged by Dofla this entire arc.
Chapter 759: Secret Plan

I guess I should type the reasoning on how I came to the theory that Doflamingo's mother was the original Heart seat, as I mentioned in the spoiler thread.
To start, Law was drawn to have been dissecting a frog, even as a child so I presumed that he started learning after he was taken in - which he then became a Doctor (Surgeon).
[hide][/hide]
[hide][/hide]
Secondly, I won't say it's definitely his or how it came to be but the similarly looking mark (except not crossed out) that was in Whitebeard's IV bag is definitely related to the Donquixote mark. Corazon meaning Heart in Spanish leads me to believe it was his mark or the previous mark of the Donquixote Pirates/Family - due to the medical nature that you can conclude that the Heart seat represents, perhaps even the Medical division.Third, what the suits signifies.
Spades :negativity, problems, challenges, failure, illness and loss. Hearts: emotion, love, happiness, sharing, pleasure, and healing. Clubs :good luck, growth, activity, work, business and social interactions. Diamonds: energy, power, imagination, money, rewards, success and legal judgments.**
–---** Doflamingo losing his Mother (who I can see being the original Heart) 33 years ago when he was 8, killing his own Father when he was 10. Not only would it make sense that he holds the Heart seat with some importance, but it would fit into why his brother is the second. After all, Doflamingo being the first Heart just doesn't make sense to me, he was around 8 years old (maybe he was being raised into it?) and we also don't know anything about his Mother, she could very well also be a Doctor.
Perhaps, even the brothers' personalities started to resemble each of their parents - Doflamingo with their Father and Corazon with their Mother, which is a great way to show that he became someone that he hated. I won't say I know what happened 13 years ago but Doflamingo getting depressed, resulting in Law's reason for revenge? (and possibly crossing out the mark). Though, it's almost certain that his own Father taught him those words "The weak doesn't choose their way of death" which he then taught to Law.

I've been thinking, that while Bellamy is one example of how people show up later from surviving something they might've died from.
I know deep in my heart that Monet will be revealed to be alive because of the track record . However, I'm not going to be on team Monet's alive till She's physically in a chapter or cover story an not her powers alone . Because , if its just snowing it could mean that it's snowing or it's just someone else having her powers. -
Doflamingo Theory. I might be completely wrong, but who can go against my evidence :)? Put a bit of effort into this.
! Was the real doflamingo REALLY Red Hawked?
! The string clone Gag or the way I like to call it, “a strategy” by Doflamingo, is a fail-safe. The Doflamingo that got Red Hawk could be a clone. The reason why I am writing this up is because I don’t want people to be surprised if this wasn’t the real Doflamingo. Have we even seen the real Doflamingo? Lol.
Doflamingo is known to be the biggest master mind. Trafalgar Law thinks that he is one step ahead of Doflamingo but I wouldn’t be surprised if Doflamingo was one step ahead of Law and Luffy in this situation.
! The first question I would get asked is;
“How does a string clone bleed? When he got beheaded there was no sign of blood.”
Take this into account.
! Doflamingo was sliced by a “Mes” attack by Law. It slit the side of his face. Doflamingo was bleeding. Throughout the chapter and chapter 730 Doflamingo clearly had that scratch or bleeding side of his face. So what does this mean?
!
Well lets take a look at Doflamingo in chapter 735. This is the next time Doflamingo is seen. Whilst he is talking to Fujitora, feel free to look at other panels of Doflamingo.
! Doflamingo is seen brand new and fresh with no cut on his face, no blood no marks..
People would also say, “he could have healed”. Well let’s look at Law from chapter 729 all the way through to 759. He still has those scratches and is marked up. EVEN in 759 when he is fighting against Doflamingo, you can see he still has those marks and injuries. So no, Doflamingos scratch could not have healed that quickly also because of the pacing. I remember through chapter 753-757, Rebecca, Robin and Barto were flying down really slowly and barely any change at all. The pacing is slow so no way Dofla could have been healed that quick.
! Ok. The next question people will ask or state is.
“Doflamingo switched out with his clone”, or “That was a clone that was fighting Law.”
Well lets think about it. If it was a clone fighting Law, then it had blood come out of its face. Correct? That means that the Red Hawked Doflamingo can bleed even if it is a clone.
But lets say that the one fighting Law wasn’t a clone and Doflamingo switched himself at the palace.
We all know that the one in the palace (beheaded clone) was a clone clearly and it had no scratch on its face. But later on the supposedly real Doflamingo (the one that fought Luffy) had no cut on his face. How do we explain this? Well this one too was in fact a clone and is the one seated in chapter 759 because he was always on top of the palace, and that clone didn't move. THIS is the clone that got hit.
! Then the questions like, “How did he use armament? Clones can’t do that.” Well look. This is One Piece, these clones can think and react individually. They can probably even bleed if I am correct, depending on different parts of the body or whether or not the clone wants to be dissolved into string or not. We don’t know much about Doflamingos powers but I can say that his clone CAN use Haki but then again theres nothing stable to prove he can or cannot.
! So lets say that the one in the palace IS a clone and he was the on next to our clearly shown clone transforming into the birdcage. The one that Luffy and Law fought was in fact both clones..
Then this question arises, “How can a clone make another clone?” One clone could create an entire birdcage covering an ENTIRE country. What’s to say it can’t create another clone? It’s already using Doflamingos main abilities as displayed by his clones and others, his clone can create clones based on this evidence. I think the limit on this is that the more clones he has out there the harder they are to control.
”But what about Doflamingos reaction?” Doflamingo had reactions in chapter 745 of Kyros coming to him and slicing his head off. We also can’t use Trebols reaction or any crew members reaction because ALL of Doflamingos underlings have had reactions to thinking that Doflamingo was hit or dead, when in fact he was not.
Law and Luffy thought they were one step ahead of Doflamingo. But was Doflamingo one step ahead of Trafalgar Law? Where is Doflamingo with the cut? I will post this in the theory thread as well. -

I love the title of this chapter. "Secret Plan", yet it's anything but, and that's what makes things so interesting. Doffy's already talked to Luffy before and has seen him in all his rash glory thanks to Marineford. Law meanwhile made the mistake of asking the dummy to be in an alliance and has put up with a severe lack of planning since. So it makes sense that Doffy doesn't expect Luffy to be able to manage well with Law's supposed "guidance" and will be bracing for a haphazard assault - especially since Luffy dorked and stamped on poor Bellamy just ahead of the next strike.
Law doesn't have a plan, he has a Luffy.
… but hey, at least he managed a proper smirk after so long!
-
I can see the ending,, luffy will punch Doula on his face but before the punch hits his face, the flashback will start, and after that we can see Doula with his broken glasses..

@Galaxy:
Pretty sure the "Secret Plan" was just a way to distract Doflamingo as Luffy pretended to attack Law.
Pretty sure the plan wasn't that because as that page says: "what happened with sticking to the plan?" and Luffy then responding : "screw the plan" while preparing the Red Hawk to attack Law/DD.
-

Which will throw Doflamingo off as it did.
The plan was attack Law without Doflamingo noticing their true intentions and it work perfectly since Luffy is an idiot and Dofla knows it, when Dofla realize it, it was already too late.

Awesome chapter, like the one before it. My favorite part is everything involving Bellamy, it's great to see his relationship with Luffy now when compared to back in Mock Town.
Finally Doffy got some real damage done to him, it's been a long time coming.
I agree. He's turning all his enemies into allies. He's going to have an armada akin to Whitebeard by the time its all said and done. I'm already pondering who he is going to have lead his different command ships.
-
is bellamy really that weak like we think? i remember when elizabello did the kings punch bellamy seemed to sense it. maybe a development for him with CoO l8ke ussops.
He commented on the strength of Luffy's haki after block B. We can safely assume he's got CoO, and isn't a complete pushover. The problem is, he's in a situation where there are a lot of people present who are stronger than him, or have been portrayed in a way which suggests they are, on both sides of the main conflict.
is there any of the current strawhats that you guys wished that they didnt join the crew? i mean, your first reaction, not your current feeling towards them.
I wouldn't say there were any I wished didn't join the crew, but I'll admit to being initially dubious of both Usopp (When he was introduced, I wasn't even sold on the series yet, and I definitely wasn't really sold on his character at the time. Both of those were remedied at Arlong Park.) and Robin (not because I had a problem with her as a character or anything; I was skeptical of her motives at the time).
I really, really doubt either Rebecca or Bellamy will join the main Strawhat crew, and as things stand now, I'd be disappointed if either did. That being said, I'm pretty sure that, in the unlikely event that Oda plans for one of those to happen, he has some stuff planned out that will make me… well, if not entirely thrilled, at least more open to the idea, by the time it happens, and probably satisfied with it within a couple arcs.

Really? That's your reasons? cause I could've sworn you like to do it because it's easier to be correct shooting down theories.
Also, mothers not accomplishing things in OP? Being serious? I'd agree if you said they die in back stories - which I never said Doflamingo's Mother didn't, but not accomplishing something..? From the top of my head, Bellemere so Nami and Nojiko can live, Olvia said it herself that she was a failure as a Mother but without her, Saul wouldn't have deserted the Marines. She entrusted Robin's safety to Saul, is Robin dead? Freaking Portgas D. Rogue FFS…
Lastly, aren't you the one making theories now? When was Doflamingo's Mother stated to be a Tenryubito? He definitely didn't look like one when he was a child.
Just as a bonus, another part of the meaning of Hearts I quoted in my previous post.
- Hearts: emotion, love, happiness, sharing, pleasure, and healing.
The face cards of the Heart suit signify a Light haired (usually blonde) person or a person with light hair, eyes or skin.
- Hearts: emotion, love, happiness, sharing, pleasure, and healing.
-
Also I doubt doflamingo's that hurt. He probably protected himself with loads of string or something. Trebol should be fine too, even if it's haki treble is still a logia.
He's coughing up blood.
-
@D:
He is a top NN favourite. And he fits the "former captain" comment, that was made by Oda. So he or Jimbo will join next.
I think his personality fits with Bart the best. He will likely feel a greater affinity towards Luffy after all this back and forth, and who better to emphasize that sentiment than Bartolomeo? Also, I think the former captain joining idea has already been satisfied by Jinbe. At least in my mind it has.

I will post this in the theory thread as well.It was the real Doula Mongo. Here's 3 reasons:
- Clones don't bleed, as seen by Kyros' decapitation and Abdullah and Jeet's attack.
- The kind of scratch Doula got could easily be cleaned in a matter of seconds with a tissue or something.
- Trébol expressed concern. Unlike Baby 5 and Buffalo, he is aware of the clone ability and would've had known. Oh, and Baby 5 and Buffalo are not "ALL" of Doula's underlings. Also, remember Pica, who wasn't surprised at all.
Your argument is based on the assumption that the Doula who fought Law at the bridge was clone, which would prove that clones can bleed. However, that's an assumption with no evidence backing it up.
Luffy truly hurt Doula Mongo. He's not that strong. Deal with it.
-
And where are they now? Dead, which like you said you didn't said she was alive, but my point still stand just by saying MOther, a tenryubito mother at that, your theory gets buried and is not that is easy to shoot down theories since I have posted theories in the past and If you don't like people coming at you then don't post is as simple as that.
Let me see now, Doflamingo is a Tenryubito who was exiled when he was a child, his mother die when he was 8, he killed his father at 10 unless his mother is a peasant which I don't think so then yes, she is not a Tenryubito and If a peasant gets married to a royalty they automatically becomes ones, so yes, she is in fact a Tenryubito.
BONUS: Heart also means Corazon, your point?
- Hearts: emotion, love, happiness, sharing, pleasure, and healing.

Added electrical stun effect to stop logias like Trebol from reforming after being cut I assume.
The real surgical equivalent :
nice research. curious to what will happen to trebol next chapter. Has it been confirmed what kind of logia trebol's df is?
@abyssal_snarf:at least this fight is better than sasukes eye teleporation rip off of room lol. they will seal dd and fuji will throw him up into space. bellamy and barty alrready have a bond. they seem to fit together. not to mention bellamy is like a piece of luffys life in the manga. if only barty knows that… fanboy like crazy
There's a hancock mero mero pose ripoff in bleach too XD
@Monquito:Prediction;
Luffy gets distracted by a cloud passing by or whatever, Doula takes advantage of this and does one of his most powerful movements, Law shambles himself for Luffy and sacrifices, Law is dawn, Trébol wakes up and reassambles himself, Trébol and Doula vs Luffy and then Ca-ca-ca-Cabbage time!!!, Trébol vs Cabbage, Luffy solos Doula and Law takes a nap, Bellamy dies.
Yeah, I agree that Law will be out of the fighting soon because his stamina is depleted and he might have emptied his already after using room twice.
@juiceduphody3315:Best line of the chapter
" straw hat your the worst!!""Ehh your from the same generation" hahaha

The bridge one was IF, it could have gone two ways.
It's really hard to explain how i see it in my mind. The clone has veins, hair, skin and absolute to the finest detail. I could be entirely wrong, but just wanted to add something.
Added: Regardless of whether it was a landed hit. It was done by Luffy AND Law, and it could not have been done without one of them. Doflamingo didn't expect Law to have energy. Doflamingo wasn't taking them seriously. No one could have dodged that, Law transported that person at his will.
Doflamingo was hit hard, but in a fashion which didn't make him look weak.

It's not that I don't like people coming at me (I rarely make theories though), it's just that it's always you. Do you see anyone else? LOL. It's really easy proving you wrong any other time but I said it myself this time, this is a theory and how I reached it. Which do you not respect: people making theories or me personally? I respect the former but I'm starting to lean on the latter. Also, you said it yourself: your reasoning for it is because of "Mother"s - that's not only inaccurate and wrong but you limit your imagination so don't push it to other people.
Also, I have no idea how you interpret marrying a Tenryuubito automatically makes you become one. You really underestimate their superior attitude. It's clear you're not a commoner but never stated to be a Tenryuubito..
[hide][/hide]Thanks for telling me something I already know, now let me ask you what you already SHOULD know, what color is Doflamingo's hair/skin?

I limit my imagination lol, I've already thought all likely scenarios this arc will play out and discarded the unlikely scenarios like the one you're describing, so I wouldn't call it lack of imagination.

Explain Law. Cuts like that don't get healed that quick. Telling me 5 minutes or less that slit was healed that quickly? To the state that nothing ever happened?
I'm going to say Oda forgot about the cut on Doflamingo, or we can go with the fact that since Doflamingo loves his looks, he healed himself somehow. Most likely he just forgot, and there have been mistakes in drawings, such as Zoro's eyes. When it comes to details about things, I get very dubious about them. If we had a lot of panels and time on Doflamingo, and it kept showing he had the scratch, then he didn't have it all a sudden, then I could see the point. It's not like we are to believe that Doflamingo is actually down for the count, and this is just supposed to be a way for Oda it's about to go down.
-
So, question: how far above Crocodile do we think Doffy is, anyway?
-
It was nice to finally see one of Law's clever plans working.

He's not that strong? Only reason Luffy was able to hit Doflamingo was because Doflamingo was just chilling there on his mighty chair and Law was in the way. If anything it was 2v1 with Doula not caring about his surroundings. And if I recall correctly Doula won their first two physical encounters. Meanwhile no other person in Dressrosa has even managed to injure Luffy yet.

Blonde/Tan, what does color have to do with the seats?
Alright. All I got from that was "I'll keep giving you a hard time even if you're defining something and not making theories, even if you keep proving me wrong."
Hmmm now how to explain this to you..
Blonde is recessive, which is why you can be blonde haired but have two dark haired parents. If they both carry the blonde gene, but also carry the dominant brown haired gene, then they will be brown haired, but their child can be blonde.
Imagine B = brown hair (dominant) gene and b = blonde hair (recessive) gene.
So, one parent is Bb and the other parent is Bb. So they have a baby. That baby can be BB, Bb or bb. The first two outcomes would be a brown haired baby, the third outcome would be blonde.
It's not possible for two blonde haired people to have a brown haired baby though.
So, in your situation, you are a bb - so your child is guaranteed to have one blonde gene, his father isn't blonde, but would have one blonde gene from HIS father, so your child could have been blonde or dark haired, but got the blonde gene. It's recessive.
Now Doflamingo, both his parents COULD have dark hair with recessive blond gene (like the example from the quote above) but it's likely that his mother or both his parents are blond. Which is what I. am. implying. about. his. mother. I mean light skin is pretty common in OP as well.
The face cards of the Heart suit signify a Light haired (usually blonde) person or a person with light hair, eyes or skin.
Let's take a blond OP character that we've seen the parents of as an example - Sabo's, recall each of the hair color of his parents.
Finally, this obviously doesn't apply to Law, I'm well aware of that, however last time I checked Law wasn't the 3rd Heart.
Like I said though, this was just a bonus information, nothing definite. -
Law could've swapped Doflamingo and Bellamy's minds for an easy win. Doffy would already be defeated, Bellamy would be a clueless idiot still (and technically part of Doflamingo's group since he would be Doflamingo himself lol)
-
He's not that strong? Only reason Luffy was able to hit Doflamingo was because Doflamingo was just chilling there on his mighty chair and Law was in the way. If anything it was 2v1 with Doula not caring about his surroundings. And if I recall correctly Doula won their first two physical encounters.
Yeah, because the Black Knight and Bellamy totally make this a 2 vs. 1. Especially the latter who is being used as a hostage to hold Luffy back.
Also, the first two encounters had Luffy not using Armament for some retarded reason. Jet Pistol can be fucking blocked by base Hyouzou.
-
Laughing and chillin' are aspcects of Doula's personality, He's gonna get his butt kicked and still it's gonna laugh about it because he's a freaking phsycopath.

My review for One Piece chapter 759 =D
I got a little bit too excited in this review XD. -
so how strong is the red hawk? lets say doffys health is 100%, will red hawk take down 40% atleast? or is it weaker/strong? it was a solid hit.

Only reason Luffy hadn't hit Doflamingo was because Oda didn't make Luffy go G2 + Armament Haki on him which is absurd cuz Luffy could have pass Bellamy with ease If he went G2 and wouldn't have to put up with all that crap.

@Buggy:
so how strong is the red hawk? lets say doffys health is 100%, will red hawk take down 40% atleast? or is it weaker/strong? it was a solid hit.
Can't say, but the attack has power and since Oda made Luffy attack with such an attack it must means that Luffy must have stronger attacks in his arsenal or G4 (Full Armament + G2) that will be reveal once Dofla gets his shit together.
Now will Dofla start flying to the city a la Hody back in Fishamen Island after being hit by RH, his already on the air so who knows
-
@Buggy:
so how strong is the red hawk? lets say doffys health is 100%, will red hawk take down 40% atleast? or is it weaker/strong?
Doflamingo has 267,382 hp, and 45% damage reduction when not using hardening. Red Hawk bypasses 20% damage reduction, and deals 137,000 damage, so it dealt 102,750 damage, or 38.4% of Doflamingo's total health.
Seriously, though, we have no real way to judge this. This is only the second Red Hawk we've seen, and it's the first significant physical hit we've seen Doflamingo take, and we've never seen him defeated. We have literally no basis for comparison on this. From what we've seen, Red Hawk appears to be a very powerful attack, and probably did some substantial damage, but anything beyond that is purely a guess.

Great chapter, finally it has begun.
Regarding the third Corazon, my hypothesis, first, was his younger brother, and second I believe was Law, we still have yet to be filled up with the happenings in the past of both Law and Dofy, the reason I think it's Law, his jacket, as to why he's only wearing it now, no idea.
and thence Dofy, being the third.
Corazon = Heart, the last remaining seat, Law's comment 'You could have been the 3rd', instigates that Dofy had always wanted that seat?I think Dofy's disdainful nature lead to him getting hit, I wonder still, his cloak, does it serve and a defensive purpose?
And if he can recover from a Red Hawk, this son of a bitch is a tank.
Need to beat him with a stick.Jinbei is well, he's saving lives. Gold star for him.

Yeah im really happy that a duo hit got landed. I was calling it earlier but people insisted luffy alone. Of course it may change later.
Or maybe Doflamingo is just a stepping stone and Oda was done with him, got him KO'ed now to speed things up :ninja:

The 3rd Corazon was supposed to be Law, which mean that the 2nd one was little Bro and I don't know why Oda revealed that there has been different generations for the seats, guess we'll find out in his flashback.

next chapter is going to be so awesome!

@Buggy:

1 Dofla equals 15 Cavendishes, you need 1 red hawk to take down 2 Cavendishes soo we're 13 Cavendishes away from Dofla getting defeated.

Amazing chapter.
I've waited so long for someone to get a hit on big pompous Doflamingo
Honestly surprised he got Hawked so quick LOLFirst post on this forum but i have been reading it for quite some time:ninja:
–- Update From New Post Merge ---
I've never once complained about Pell or any other character in the story not dying. I don't have any emotional stake in it at all. It's just Oda's way. While the possibility of them being dead is certainly there it's clear to me that their purpose in the story isn't over yet and that is why they are alive. Much of their mystery could be found out in a flashback but I'm sure like every character still alive who should have died in this story, they still have more to contribute even if it's something on the level as an ally/enemy during the final world war.
I don't mind eating my words but present day death in One Piece for named characters is an extremely rare event unless that character has fulfilled their over all purpose.
Doflamingo assuming they are dead works well when considering his motives but him saying it doesn't mean jack.
1. I honestly Have noticed a trend. Whenever Doflamingo assumes something it turns out to be false and he gets Dumbfounded, In fact he made a false assumption this chapter
-
There's been a couple of interesting lines in this & last chapter:
Last time Law said 'if he uses Room too much then the lock comes off'. He's not just saying he runs out of power but implying something else happens. Maybe instead of stamina it starts draining his life-force directly? And the big one; Dofla telling Law 'he could've been the third Corazon'. So not just a name but a title?
Are these indeed things to wonder about or just bad translation artifacts on the mangapanda site?
-
Pretty sure the plan wasn't that because as that page says: "what happened with sticking to the plan?" and Luffy then responding : "screw the plan" while preparing the Red Hawk to attack Law/DD.
It was the plan CoO couldnt detect that even, 2 people formed an attack.
Basicaly luffy is prepping a RH. Trebol is laughing. Doffy is like wait a second. Room. Fuck! Shambles. Bam!
-
You're right, and my mistake.
Dofy was above a rank higher than the heart, club, ace and clover. Why would Law make an statement like that?
Guess you're right again, have to wait for flashback. -
Yeah, because the Black Knight and Bellamy totally make this a 2 vs. 1. Especially the latter who is being used as a hostage to hold Luffy back.
Also, the first two encounters had Luffy not using Armament for some retarded reason. Jet Pistol can be fucking blocked by base Hyouzou.
And my man Fujitora is still completly unharmed.
Doffy's at Admiral level? Ha!
Honestly though, it's kinda disappointing he did not even attempt any kind of defence. Doflamingo might just be the most hype underserving character in the entire series.
Or Oda can't deliver on a hype, as he made habit of doing, take your pick.
-
Jimbei will definitely join but probably not for quite a while, pretty sure not this arc(maybe next one?) next arc is probably against mig mam so jimbeis reason for joining will be for protecting whitebeards stuff(islands, etc.) or whatever.
Why the heck would Bellamy join luffy? He adds little to no value to the crew and in terms of fighting capability he's on terms with the "loser three" (though ussop graduated from that ) everyone else can probably beat him. Rebecca doesn't help out much either and there really is nothing interesting enough for her to leave her dad either. The only person possible to join in this arc would be viola. Though she physically can't fight, she more than makes up for it by support. Just imagine that viola-ussop combo.
Also I doubt doflamingo's that hurt. He probably protected himself with loads of string or something. Trebol should be fine too, even if it's haki treble is still a logia.
I agree that Bellamy since kinda useless. But when I thought about it, interactions between Bellamy and crew could be quite funny. But still I find him not really fitting into SHs and not adding much to the crew or story with him as SH. He didn't even have that much attention to suddenly become SH. That would just fell like an ass-pull.
Rebecca is a no-no too.
Viola? Hmm she seems quite ok. But 1 - she's walking spoiler and eitehr too op or another wasted op ability restricted by being one of main chars (if you know what i mean) 2 - Usopp got haki now, he won't need her :D
Best character to join SHs would be Barto from this arc. He's funny, he got interesting ability, he even had little flashback. And he's loyal. But I know he probably won't join cause his gag might be bit boring after a while and it would make sense that after a while he shouldn't be in love with SHs anymore if he were to be SH for some time… But I guess he could evolve and find his dream other than being SH. Maybe make his dream "support Luffy as Pirate King" ?
I like and feel like theory "Bellamy joins Barto's crew" makes sense though... Would prefer Barto joining SHs but oh well...
-
It seems like doffy can only create 1 string clone at a time.

So, is it possible that Dofla isn't the first Joker, but that he was Corazon himself at one point, followed by his brother Corazon.
You know, it seems odd that there would be another Corazon who wasn't Dofla's brother, before his brother.
It's possible Dofla simply isn't the founder of the House of Cards, so to speak, but someone who has taken over it.
