Really just a way of doing a 25% arbitrary gap, but yep. At least that's how I think it works.
The Safari Zone would be impassable using anarchy.

If we can get through the tower on anarchy, anything is (almost) possible.
The main issue being the step limit, the ball limit, and the fact that it costs us 500 pokeland funbucks every time we enter the safari zone. Had to fight one evil with another.
All in all I blame Australia.

Got another gym badge, got Surf, got Strength, added a Venomoth to the party (lost Digrat though), and caught a whole bunch of Safari Zone pokemon.
Now to get that Lapras.
I'm amazed how well this is going, the safari zone wasn't even that hard. It's being played almost entirely in anarchy mode, way more viewers than in the first few days, and yet like 95% of the people playing agree on what the next move should be and work together to make it happen. This is… beautiful.
