Haha! They do suck! The disc drive on mine doesn't even work, the MacBook version of Paint sucks, I can't update the software, and most Adobe Flash videos won't even work on it, etc, etc. Though this was a free, old laptop from my cousin, so what should I expect? :/

Jabra, friend, it's been long known that Macs are nothing but a fancy shell and a crisp looking interface on a crappy machine that runs way way worse than any PC ever would and is very unfriendly to any software that is not specifically developed for Apple products. It's the cosmetics and the ugly brand logo that sell those things, and if you know anything about their predatory business practices and corporate disregard for everything about their customers that isn't their money there's really no way you would ever desire to buy something from the brand.
It's only the mostly unintelligent people who think it's hip and cool to own one that fall in love with them. The people who could use any machine for their very light and easy needs that mostly revolve around emails and chatrooms. And the hardcore artists, but even for them it's a matter of taste because there is software for Windows that does pretty much everything that Mac stuff does.

Lack of convenience and ease of access =/= lack of fully functional equipment that you just need some skill and patience to use. It's just that people often won't bother learning several different ways of doing something, which leads to a situation where all they know to do is to panic when something they are familiar with is suddenly taken away from them. :P
It's quite silly, really, and I don't hold those kind of people in a very high regard. Like, it's okay if there really is only one really good program for doing something very specific like in architecture for instance, but if there isn't and people only can't move out of their comfort zones then it's pretty pitiable.

Funny, I personally know someone who started to cry and could not talk for a day because his Iphone fell on the ground (the display shattered in several pieces). It's funny because that guy is 2 meters tall, bodybuilder and usually has a extremely stem personality.But uhm yeah, people shouldn't say no to this Mac Daddy!
