Which is really tough. Jabra's 200+ campaigns alone swings me toward Jinbe.

But Noland is extremely unlikely to get to this point again.

They're both awesome. Jinbe is my favorite Strawhat, while Noland's flashback is my favorite (aside from Chopper and Hiriluk's).

I honestly don't know which way I'd go in the case of a tie.
