Amazing chapter. This is where One Piece is at its best, when news spreads around the world and we see the implications of the Strawhats. Gets me all giddy and hyped about what's to come next in the story.

A lot of things are gonna go down now that Doffy is defeated. First, what happens to him? I think CP0 haul his ass to Mariejois where he'll be dealt with. He seem's too well connected politically to be thrown in Impel Down.
Second, will we see another interaction between Burgess and Blackbeard?
JB: "Captain, I didn't get the Mera Mera and got my ass handed to me by Sabo who ate the fruit and burned my beard off"
BB: "Ehhh?? Zehahahahaha! No worries, it was fate!"
I also do not have much faith in the KHA alliance taking down Shanks. Ain't gonna happen in my mind. They probably picked Shanks because he's the most laid back Emperor and easy to get access to, but I think he's the strongest out of the four. Shanks and his crew is obviously important to Luffy and his goal of becoming Pirate King, and it'll be Luffy who surpasses him personally. However, to tell you the truth, it doesn't look great for the Red Haired Pirates from a story point of view, the end result is Shanks is going to be defeated, most likely in spectacular fashion by either Blackbeard or the KHA alliance (as I said, not much faith in the latter). Regardless, it'll be interesting to see how Oda tackles the issue of Shanks the Barrier for Luffy to surpass.
Kaido will be formally introduced soon, I'm hyped as fuck for this. I've held the theory that he's a dwarf. But he must be one mean dude. Can't wait for his reveal and how he handles this situation. Now that I think about it, all four Emperors must have heard the news that Doflamingo aka Joker was defeated by the hands of Luffy, and this might mean Kaido will seek to kill the Strawhats, where Shanks comes in once again to stop him. I don't know, that's not very likely, but just throwing that out there.
Also, I think Ao Kiji was sent undercover by the Gorosei to infiltrate the Blackbeard Pirates and try to figure out how exactly Teach has the powers of two DFs. Top secret stuff. The Gorosei might've just used Kuzan's name to piss off Akainu in this chapter.
You know what I really, really, want? A page with Crocodile and Moria reading the news about Doffy's defeat by Luffy and laughing hysterically about it all and making snarky comments towards Dofla ahaha that'll be great!
It's a great time to be a One Piece fan my friends.
