Vegas officially credits Tebow with decimating the Jets before the season even started.

Mainly because I was trying to limit it to two per division, and the Packers were a must and the Lions are becoming the Little Team that could so I felt like throwing them a bone. Also, Cutler can suck it.

Same reason for the Bucs actually, New Orleans and Atlanta are the two big contenders out of that division so I had to shortchange them.

Colts, outside of the Texans is the only contender in that piss poor division. It was either them or the Titans.

I would be excited for that game if Sam Bradford was my mortal enemy. I feel like the lives of QB's are in danger when they play against the Lions. But yeah, I don't think the Rams can score enough to keep up.

I'm a lot more excited for tonights Giants vs Cowboys matchup. I think the Giants will win, but I'm curious to actually see the Cowboys play. When that team comes up, I've heard everything from they'll finish last in the division with a porous offense to they'll win the Super Bowl. I personally don't think they'll make the playoffs, but a lot of that is because I'm anticipating serious injury problems for them this year.

Hey man, I'm with ya. I have the Texans in the Super Bowl this year (losing, but still). They only switched to a 3-4 last year, and despite the fact that it typically takes two years to install, they were phenominal. The loss of Mario Williams isn't even a concern for me since they didn't really have him last year either, and the 3-4 doesn't really fit him very well anyways. I'm a big JJ Watt fan too (partially because he played for Wisconsin). They also have the best running game in the league, and I don't think it's even close.

They just have to avoid the injury bug that decimated them last year. Major credit to them for not making that an excuse and putting together a great year in spite of it, though, even toughing it out with a 3rd string rookie QB. I love seeing a team do that.

Hahaha yeah same here. It just adds more fuel to the fire when everyone thinks,"Oh a 3rd strong QB? They're done." It just makes me want to root for them even more so! hahah! I guess we'll see how it plays in our first game. But I think we're going all the way this year. And funny thing, I don't think we'll win the super bowl either, but to just get there is something that I feel Like we have the ability to do. The guy I'm thoroughly impressed by, is Holiday.
That guy is ridiculous.

I'm certainly not feeling very good about starting or even drafting Ahmad Bradshaw right about now. I'm a bit surprised about how this game has gone. I didn't expect the Giants offense to look so worthless, nor did I ever expect Ogletree of all people to look like the best WR in the game to this point.

Biggest surprise of week 1 goes to the Redskins! RG3 looked fantastic. The whole team did really. I feel like NFC East might be clawing it's way back to being the toughest division in the league.

I like all of the touchdowns that weren't taken away in the GB vs SF game. But San Francisco was a much better team.

Edit: The more I hear that Sunday Night Football song, the more I hate anything by Faith Hill.

That was a very good game and the 49'ers were the better team today. They're the perfect team to counter a quick strike offense and a turnover focused defense. That said, the officiating was horrid, and really took away from my enjoyment of the game. I'm not going to say it was unbalanced, but it was awful and inconsistant from start to finish.

RG3 was the winner of the day for sure. He looked amazing, and he lost Garcon after a single quarter in which he put up 100 yards and a touchdown. I can only imagine what would have happened if he'd been healthy all game long. Graham seemed to disappear after the first quarter too, did he get hurt or something? Either way, there's panic in New Orleans with that type of home performance. Seattle and Carolina were the other losers of the day, as both looked pathetic for contending teams. Philadelphia also looked pathetic, but they managed to win so they'll be forgiven for it. Houston, New England, Chicago, and Atlanta all looked as good as advertised.

Finally, the Jets. Where did THAT come from? I didn't even know they had an offense.

Matt Ryan looked like a MVP candidate today. Definitely see a breakout year for him and Julio Jones is truly beastly.
