Anybody else have the feeling the mystery man will still not be revealed next chapter? I guess it'll concentrate on Sanji and Luffy's group. Maybe last 2 pages of Law struggling but still no reveal.

Doesn't Oda always give a name though when we get a full character reveal (i.e. see their face)? That, and sometimes miscellaneous info, i.e. beli bounty, Devil Fruit power etc.

Yeah, usually..I'm not the one who originally said we'd just see his face but no name/info though..Just saying if we don't it's pretty safe to assume it's Joker.

What about this theory:
1. Law was a child when he ate ope ope no mi fruit, (like Luffy)
2. Being a child, Law met not a very nice guy like shanks (as happens to luffy), but a really ugly guy that played with and humiliated him, and ultimately forced him to use his own powers in himself and to remove his own heart. Reasons to do that: it could be for this ugly guy fun or whatever, and the heart could be kept only as a bizarre treasure. (and that is just one of many possibilities)
3. Law grew and recruit a crew. He called his crew: 'heart pirates' because of his heart incident on his childhood.
4. He tried to get strategic alliances to take back his heart from this powerfull ugly guy. Maybe, he tried to get a shishibukai position in order to do that… (But also to get the one piece that he is pursuing. ).
5. But that 'incident' from his childhood, leave a mark on Law's personality and behavior,... so he use to take hearts from his enemies.
6. Now this guy surpresively, has appeared in front of his eyes, and can defeat easily Law attacking his already possesed heart.

I could see Law in the circus when he was younger; being a "side-show freak", for some evil ring leader.
He could've met Bepo there (and possibly, some of his other crew members). A talking bear would also be quite the show in a circus; another "side-show freak".

This is one of the longest chapter waits I've ever had for One Piece, mostly because I want to find out who the mysterious man is; as I'm sure many others do. But…I just know Oda won't reveal the mysterious man, and we won't see Law, for another chapter or 2--which means another week or 2 of waiting. =(

Probably Luffy vs. CC round #2, and more Zoro, Brook, Sanji-Nami, Kinemon…stuff; maybe Chopper exploring CC's lab. We could very well get the reveal of the mysterious man at the end of the chapter, similar to how CC was revealed at the end of a chapter.

i think that the last pages in the next chapter will be chopper looking through the lab and, then he hear law scream or something and look down the hallway and meet the mysterius man

It's a place I could truly envision him meeting Bepo, and forming their friendship with one another. (He could also use his Devil Fruit power to fix people up if they were to get hurt while performing). I probably shouldn't have used "Law…" and "side-show freak..." in the same sentence either; I meant, that, people in the One Piece world see Devil Fruit as freakish sometimes.

I keep going back to Aokiji too, for the mysterious man; but then I keep telling myself it can't be.
I question why we saw a bunch of frozen prisoners at the beginning of the arc, then, literally no mention of the subject since then. But then…I don't see why Aokiji would say what he did to Law on the final page, unless they have some deeper relationship we lack to see.

Im going with Aokiji also he might have some connection to law.And the reason for Law falling could be that Aokiji froze or slowed down the blood flow in Law who knows but then theres the heart theory that he switched with luffy damn this chapter needs to come out

Aokiji = disfigured from the fight with Akainu?
Aokiji = Joker? (Aokiji more than likely still has ties with people in the Marines, and World Government in general; even though he's no longer a part of it).
Joker (from Batman) = disfigured face; or lower face, anyway.
Aokiji and Monet = working with Caesar, but secretly work for Revolutionaries?

That's what I was thinking as well, him just like..huddled in a corner screaming "ACE-UUUUUU!!!"..And yeah, them seeing how it much it messed him up would put things in perspective for them. Also, having Law there as an extra Doctor/the person who dealt with him during that time could come into play as well.

That whole situation could be a very good way for they crew to "be there for him" during post Marineford events, add Law as you said and it's even more accurate.

You know, the more I think about it, the more I'm liking the 'swapped heart' theory. It'd sort of make sense for Law to do something like that - not to protect Luffy's heart, but to protect his own. Here's a fellow Supernova who has proven himself to be very strong and capable of taking a beating/getting out of trouble (Enies Lobby, Impel Down, the War itself) who requires an intensive operation. Why not take the chance to protect his (Law's) heart in the process? If Law got stabbed in the chest/back, it'd be Luffy that'd take the hit - so to speak. Add in the fact that Luffy disappeared for a while, which adds more protection, and Law seeking an alliance out of the blue (a chance to swap back if things get dicey against Ceasar, perhaps?) and the coincidental fall at the time that Luffy also fell, indicating some sort of link…
Well, it's an interesting prospect.
~I do like that idea of drug induced shock and the crew being there for him. It'd be really touching.
Another thought. What if Kinemon is the mysterious man and got his body back off screen? What if the son he's looking for is Law? ...Okay, this wait for spoilers is messing with my mind. >.<;

The problem is, Law would have realized just how dangerous an arrangement it was, when Luffy nearly died back at FI.
And Luffy has never experienced sudden, inexplicable pain before, so it would seem like an asspull if it were true. -
