Exciting chapter. It made me laugh that Luffy still has the lower body attached. A lot of mystery in general and some cool action, too.

! Well somehow all the guesses about the island are pretty much true. But that is pretty cool that Aokiji Vs Akainu changed the whole island's weather and geography.
! Oh and do we think the bird LADY was talking to the same Master as the gas suit men? -
All the boys reacted the same way as Chopper/Usopp/Luffy did when they first saw Franky.
! The Master looks funky what is it a traveling thing of slime or goo that floats and talks? Seems like a brand new character which is what I was hoping for.
! The Master isn't Vegapunk, but does know him. Interesting, I'm guessing he's a DF user of some kind, but is also a mad scientist or something hence the suits/gas/animal hybrids to me it seemed like he talked about Vegapunk as a rival.
! Luffy still hasn't completely mastered Haki, didn't even notice the Centaur creeping up behind him until Robin took care of it. Seems Armament Haki is what he's specializing in for sure.
! The Final battleground of Aokiji and Akainu is about what I expected as did everybody else, still awesome though. -

Is the Master even human? For some reason, I doubt he's a Logia. He looks more like a genetic experiment gone horribly wrong.

Okay, my thoughts on the chapter:
-The kids were really cute. Was kinda sad seeing the one girl cry out to Nami.
-Sanji's attack was cool
-PAGE 10 WON'T LOAD FUUUUU
-Bird chick looks really cool
-Was hoping the building would look more fantastic looking. Ah well.
-"I thought you were one of us" olololololo
-"It'd be nice if they weren't shot full of holes" oh goodness
-The admirals fighting there isn't very surprising or interesting imo.
-lolwut at the end comicVegapunk is officially mentioned. I hope he enters the story soon. He's gotta be the character I've most been looking forward to seeing. Can't wait to see how all these weird things tie in together, and I'm looking forward to seeing what Smoker and Tashigi's roles will be.

Well the Shichibukai are loosely affiliated, I don't think DoFlamingo or Hancock hold any qualms with taking out Marines if needed.
But yeah the Samurai described a swordsman so this Master doesn't seem like a Shichibukai unless he's got a real human body somewhere and a sword.

So much stuff going on in this chapter. Maybe the master was in cahoots with VegaPunk 'till something went wrong? I can't tell is that slime-like thing is the master or something the master uses for communication, though. Knowing Oda, nothing is impossible.
Also, that bird woman looks more and more like a harpy.

Oh man this chapter was pretty damn radical.
I'll go into much more detail after a good nights rest but casually cutting to Luffy beating up a centaur was the funniest One Piece moment in quite some time.

It keeps things interesting, but I was hoping we'd at least see Biscuit's room seeing as that's the name of the chapter.

- Judging by him being referred to as "geezer", it seems Vegapunk is old. I pictured him as a man that was around Franky's age.
Punk Hazard just keeps getting better and better. I can't wait to see what next week has to offer…

Kidding aside: from what we learnt this chapter it seems that the mask guys are not governmental and if they're governmental, their actual activities are not allowed.
The kids sumhow were taken to this islands to "cure" them (@ least thats the false pretence).
This "noodle"-master isn't good with Vegapunk.
Are they experimenting with hybrids (crossing animals and humans).We have at least 2 or 3 different parties without SHs or Smoker. The shichi, the Wanos and this master. IDK if "Harpy" works under him too.
Still I think Law is behind that cutting thing. Or this "Noodle-master is the actual shichibukai with almost the same ability as Law (would be lame).
Or - if Doflamingo has sum "String"-DF - this is Doflamingo's "Full-String-form" and he is the mastermind behind that all, but thats not very likely.And Franky's Strong Right = Super Awesum!!!

ahh after two weeks of speculation of what her body looks like, we see the bird woman is the classic tpye of harpy - body of a bird with head and breasts of a woman. Cool, I like it better than the woman's body with wings but with bird talons as some anime shows 'harpies' as. … now i need to colot that pic LOL

Great chapter, one of the funniest ive read in a while and with plenty of new questions but also some nice answers. Have to say that the highlights for me had to be the kids reaction to Franky and Brook's personalised tea cup (has he always had that or is this a new thing?).
As for things to come the Harpy (a preliminary title for ease of reference) has what appears to be a matching den den mushi to the centaurs so all the hybrids seem to be in league but i guess this'll all be revealed in weeks to come.

This island is so damn weird! If the rest of the NW is half as crazy as Punk Hazard, then I think we're in for quite an adventure folks.

I think that all these centaurs (and possibly also the bird-woman) are made by the shichibukai in the same way as Luffy attached "Leggy" to himself and how Leggy was stuck on the dragon before.
