Bah. White Kumabot. How lame. They have so many awesome chars, a lot of them not even got a WCF at all and they chosen that. (why was it hidden too? Was revealed months ago.) OH well. I hope to see a future Marine set come with Hina, Jango, Fullbody, Tsuru, Strawberry, Akainu and two others.

Only care about that Tank of Franky's if you can put Chopper in it. Doubtful.

The Grandline Vehicle looks promising, but I probably won't bother with them…. I can't wait for the rest of Grandline Ships myself!
There doesn't seem to be any follow up news on that... I remember they said we may see the Marine ship and Kuja Pirates ship but still no mock-up prototypes yet.
Personally, I'd love to see Black Beard's raft and Law's submarine.

Moby Dick coming out in February is awesome, that should take up an entire shelf of a Detolf by itself.

Banpresto seems to be keen on starting up new lines and then dropping them after a release or two. Also it took most of a year after seeing Robin's silhouette before we even saw a sculpt.

Yeah, I think when you look at the image it was based on, it came out quite funny. Still an OK Ace figure overall, and he's pretty big! I feel like some things came out looking really unnatural with his stance, somewhere in the knees or ankles…? I'll be getting him soon I think~ ^o^

That Robin Z movie POP looks nice, but... meh. I guess I just can't buy into all the movie hype anymore after the merchandising storm.

Inishi: I meant to reply to your sculpting post earlier. They look great!! Yes, I've been wanting to do a thread but I'm waiting for this new sculpting material to come out ><;;. When you sculpt a lot of times you need to use 2-3 types of materials in different stages, but this new material eliminates the need for that. Though, most everyone probably won't have the tools that you'd need to go along with it (ie wax carver) so maybe I'll do a simple tutorial with my free time after the holidays (right now I am super busy with family and friends/holiday @@). In the meantime I'll have to look for something I want to customize…

Yeah maggie, he's almost 1/8 scale I think.
Better than POP Neo DX Ace, and I think nothing wrong with his pose. His eyes are the only problem for me, but still acceptable.
Overall, the material, shading, painting are Ichiban Kuji Grade A quality. I think he's better in term of quality than the IK Girls one.

Have to agree with you. The new POP Shanks looks so cool. Roger with the alternative hands (with that standing pose) looks worse.
The Ichiban Kuji Memories Roger is much better.

Got Half-Age Girls Party and the latest box of Great Deep Collection today.
Half-Age set is quite scandalous XD They really did go ahead to sculpt them very sexually. Still not a fan of their design, but I think it's the best H-A set so far, in terms of quality.

And Great Deep… Wow! The whole set is just gold. Got all 6 standard figures in my box, kept them all. Dofla looks fantastic! They captured his face perfectly. And Vivi's just so cute!
I had to go back and open Sanji and Chopper I had packed away since I decided I want the whole Mugiwara set after all hehe. I'm not a bit a fangirl of Zoro or Sanji, but holy shit, their faces just make me melt, such amazing sculpts!

And 2 things that are dissapointing...
First is Usopp's nose. What the hell :( It looks like it's been broken and then glued back onto his face. Does anyone else have him and has the same problem with it?

And the second thing is Brook's size… He's almost 2 times smaller than his pre-timeskip version! Which makes him very out of scale with the rest. What the :((

Zoro from the first set looks sooooooooooo weird though XD And well, he's not that MUCH smaller. The new one is really something. Once I get Luffy who I'm still missing I'll probably take good HQ pictures of the whole crew.

Zoro before TS has a weird face, i do love the TS version more! He really looks awesome!

Happy Christmas One Piece style!

Got a whole load today, couldn't believe that the post man came today with everything thats been held up + a box from Manda + the lastest dvd release from Amazon. Happy days.

I opened my Greatdeep set and got Enel in place of Usopp! ENEL, I got the special for the first time! He is awesome, I'll have to take a pic soon. I too was dissapointed with Brook's size, there was no reason to go that small but the rest are awesome. I love Vivi and Perona has a different expression than the limited one.
