2 - Luffy loses his Gomu Gomu fruit by Blackbeard and near death eats it to return to fighting him.

I'm seriously surprised anyone still thinks the fruit in the Colosseum is the real Fire Fruit, considering what we know about Doflamingo.
DD is a master at strategies and also all of his officers are DF users, the Mera Mera is the diversion to take Luffy out in the best environment for his officers and with the free help of all the warriors that joined the Colosseum

I really want Burgess to somehow get it just so it can turn out to be a smile fruit that turns him into a Kaido obeying Zoan. That would pit Blackbeard and Kaido against each other and who doesn't want to see that?

Actually the Mera Mera fits her fighting style perfectly. She is extremely fast and has advanced CoO (obviously), so eating a elusive logia would basically turn her into a Monet on crack.
And as for not hurting her enemies, well she has no issues dropping her opponents into a pool of vicious fighting fish, so her moral code seems more like "karma is a bitch" than "I don't hurt my enemies no matter what". If people run into her firewalls or touch her hot body it's their own damn fault, I say!
But yeah, the biggest reason against Rebecca is that the Blackbeard Pirates are after the fruit. She wouldn't be safe unless Burgess changes his mind about getting the Mera Mera no Mi.

Realllllly? I was talking about the tecniques by the way.
If she actually eats it, it would be likely that Luffy will be beaten/delayed atleast once (like in pretty much every single major fight in Grand-Line)
to make the gap for Rebecca to demonstrate her new ability against Doflamingo before Luffy finally comes and kicks the birdguy's ass. Then afterwards we will see her again in Reverie, who knows what could happen.
