@KageKageKing:
Let me tell you about this thing called….Devil May Cry.
Oh, I did not know that. I know there was four of them, expect the fourth one was the first in the timeline or something; which was what one person told me.
If you count X series, two Legend Titles four Zero titles and the two ZX titles you have as much Megaman games as Street Fighters if not more.
Ah, I see. Thanks for correcting me on that.
Funnily enough it was Megaman Vs Street Fighter.
Ah, interesting. I am not really up to date on Capcom Stuff; also that sounds like a fun game to play, the idea of it anyway. (I do like fighting games.)
@RoboBlue:
There's also the "wants to SET YOUR SNES ON FIRE" part of the title, which I just realized we never explained. They re-released an extremely common SNES game for the princely sum of $100, with the only bonus being that it can apparently set your SNES on fire (something the original can't do).
Oh my. That is kinda bad, quite indeed. Thanks for clarifying me about the title of this thread.
@Green_vs_Red:
When Capcom created Street Fighter 2 for arcades it would be followed by revisions like Street Fighter II Champion Editon, revisions that on consoles at the time (for what I would assume) would be full price this strategy would influence companies like Midway and Arc System Works with their specific fighting games
Oh, that. I was thinking updates as in the sense, of updating the game in the new generation, that sort of thing. Thanks for correcting me on that.
On a PC I assume in spite of the obvious legality issues and potential patches that would override it.
Well, never-mind then; regardless that is still kinda silly. (As regards to it being on the game disc itself.) It reminds me of Phantasy Star Universe, and if I remember correctly all the "updates" was on the disc or something.
No one minded Bad Box Art Megaman

Um…. o.o -no comment-
in Street Fighter X Tekken it's just that some people took exception to him being included in Street Fighter X Tekken following Capcom canceling Megaman Legends 3 and Megaman Universe eventhough BBA Megaman was already intended to be apart of this game before those two games got canceled.
I gotcha now. Though Bad Box Art MegaMan would fit better in MegaMan x Street Fighter than Street Fighter x Tekken, in my personal opinion. Also, I never played MegaMan Legends, but I heard it was a fun series to play. Though it sucks that they canceled games that would probably make more of a profit, compared to these cross-over games. Also, what was MegaMan Universe about, before getting canceled?
I'll say I'm still waiting for them to finish Viewtiful Joe and follow up with a "proper" sequel to Dragon's Dogma.
Ah, I see. Yeah, it is has been many years since there was a new Viewtiful Joe, since I believe there was only two, and that's about it.
From what I can gleam Keiji Inafune the guy I was referring to, wasn't really fond of the way Capcom was running itself, while apparently (in his own words) feeling he hit his plateau in the company. He also wasn't really fond of the way the Japanese industry (which has a myriad of problems) was running either.
Oh, I see. Thanks for explaining that to me! :)
Also, from what I recall about the Japanese industry, is that they work you to the bone, or something like that.
That's not weird that's normal.
Oh, okay. I gotcha! o:
Like KageKage said Street Fighter X Megaman in 2012 though that was a fangame that Capcom cooperated with the original designer to release themselves.
Oh, that's interesting that it was a fangame before it became official. I think this the first time I heard of a company working together with someone that made a game on their own free time.
