I am happy. While Smile and This Day Aria are truly brilliant, May the Best Pet Win is the one that truly got to me from the moment I heard it. The others it took a while for me to get into them.

The tune to this day is really good, but the lyrics bug the fuck out of me.

It isn't even the music, it's the visuals.

Apparently the nominations were only for stuff that came out in 2011. Hence, no Smile, Flim Flam Brothers or This Day Aria.

Isn't that based on some other song mostly? I mean not the lyrics, but the music itself.

For Netflix subscribers with On Demand, they just added all of Season 2, to their episode count. Which is fast considering I thought they would add it possibly half way through season 3.

Good news and bad news though. The good news being they added it, the bad news is that for the "Last Round Up" episode they went with the new Derpy voice that first appeared on itunes for purchasing. A small peeve, but it would have been great if they went with the original voice though.

Hasbro went to the expense of fixing it, that's going to be the only version that ever gets played again, get used to it.

The good news is, its still on the original dvd, and… the internet has it. It'll be around.

Found the Friendship Express DVD at Wallyworld and impulse bought it. It has the first Derpy voice. Now if I can just get Tabitha to sign it at some convention somewhere.

I just love this guy so much. He always fits the style of the opening to a T and it always looks damn near flawless and you know it takes a lot of hard work to pull off to make it so. Simply awesome.

Speaking of the original series, Toei was one of the companies responsible for animating the 1986 movie. That's right the same company that currently doing the anime adaption of One Piece was once involved in MLP. And now on a forum dedicated to One Piece, where talking about another show that also has a huge fanbase. Coincidence, well it is pretty much that.

Brilliant. Although if I had say, the One Piece opening that in my opinion best fits MLP: FiM is Kaze wo Sagashite. Basically because it sounds like something that would have been played during the first TV series.

lol, It was her attempt to make a Rainbow Dash pull-apart cake…essentially a whole load of cupcakes placed together and iced like a cake.

I loved it, especially since she is one of the main people that look at me funny when I mention MLP. She understands why it appeals to me, she just can't get into it...
