Seconded, though I'm not sure if much of the S.E have been released commercially, I'd imagine that most of them are Toei produced, owned and only used in house.
I'm sure someone has more knowledge but I'd take a guess that most of them would need to be ripped from episodes.

Hey everyone, I'm sorry if I'm coming in here sounding persistent, but literally every time I'd ask this question anywhere else, I get no response.
Every now and then in the anime, more commonly around the beginning, a particular track comes on during serious/sad times. It sometimes comes on after the track "Haha Naru Umi" but it isn't apart of the Longer version that I know of.
As an example, it happens during the Luffy Vs. Arlong battle. Just after Nami raises her hand to her mouth and says "Thank you" with tears in her eyes.
What is this song piece called? If it does not exist or hasn't been released to the public, just let me know please. Thanks.
