Mr. 3 would be awesome if you had a choice of clothes. Since he was a Arc boss he should be in due to that. However he was a minor char (if awesome) during the ID/Marineford one.

I think the same, and I'd personally rather see him than Foxy, Hina, Law, Marco and Vista. As well as most anyone else I can think of. Especially Hina and Law, since Galdino has an actual workable moveset. Though, I get the feeling that Law could still be a dual with Kidd.

Hina had a pretty useable moveset in Grand Battle 3 however XD It would only be adding her super cage as a special really.

I don't know, I just haven't seen enough of her in the anime to know what kinds of moves she uses. Whereas Galdino has shown a lot of versatility in his moves already. He has his wax box that he used in Level 5 that could be used for defense. The infamous Candle Lock, Wax Boxing Gloves. Just seems more versatile to me. For his special he can take on his wax armor suit and have Miss Goldenweek come out and paint it. That would be pretty cool.

He was also in the war which gives him an advantage over Foxy and Law (Yeah, Law was in the war. But Law didn't fight in the war.)
I really wish they went back to the summon system during multiplayer. It was a great way to cover chars who'll never get in the game and would fill out movesets quite easily.

Yeah, I think his chances are about the same as Marco's and Vista's right now. Hina a bit less since she didn't really fight either. I agree on the summon idea too.
I just like the idea of Buggy and Galdino as dual bosses. I would also be interested in a dual battle with Croc and Das Bones. But if there really is 6 NEW characters, I don't think he will be in over those mentioned and wouldn't want him to be.

See. If they put 3 and Buggy as a double battle they would probably have to use 3's Little Garden since Buggy is in his classic outfit.
Would be awesome to see the reactions by the crew tho.

I want perona in it even though it's a bit unlikely.
i wonder if you'll be able to get alternate outfits for non-strawhats. In v.s mode the outfits represent the moveset but some characters like buggy or blackbeard could do that (buggys classic representing his moves in east blue and his whit outfit the marineford ones and for blackbeard his one in UC1/2 for old moves and captains uniform for new moves (possibly with gura gura no mi))

The only thing that bothers me about adding Perona is how they would be able to make her moveset.

Perona and Law have no movesets. But that didn't stop them with Shanks, Doflamingo, Mihawk, Calgera and a few others by just making the movesets up.

it is possible to make a moveset for perona it's just unsure what it wouldbe like cause her main attacks don't acc harm the person just make him feel negative although she does have a few. Law only really has one attack though

Well, Perona could use her bomb ghosts, summon zombies or Kumashi or something like that, but her negative attack would be hard to put into the game

Magellan and Mr 3 would be totally awesome, but I can totally see them being trashed for Marco and Law -.-
Besides I'm hoping alternative costumes won't be counted as updated characters. Basically Ace and Smoker are already revealed to have new costumes, so it wouldn't make much sense not to show them next to Whitebeard already.
I mean, I'm really hoping for Crocs Marineford outfit, but he doesn't really need updated moves, like Buggy DoFlamingo or Blackbeard do… -
considering BB is on the box. I think it's safe to say that he will be updated.
Sucks that they wasted on of these updates on Ace tho. Considering he was pretty much finished in the last game and has had no new moves anyways.

They weren't. And this has run on for every Unlimited Cruise game so far, so why not this one? And does anybody remember the topic I made about One Piece Unlimited Cruise 3 Speculations? Imma go look for that and post bits here.

considering there is no new crew member atm and the game is out when? Next month? Month after? I seriously doubt it. They could pull a Brook however.
They aren't even putting in TS crew so. (Although that is a shame. I'd certainly rather see new models for Franky and Chopper and alt clothes for the rest than wasting their time with pointless alt clothes for Ace

The DS menu selection screen only showed Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Franky and Brook.

In uc2, all of mugiwara members had alternate clothings from the gecko moria arc. Hope they will update their alternate clothings with sanbondy arc.
If they gonna position this game setting as occurrence before marineford arc, they will have to update the crew's moveset, clothings and maybe that of enemies

I just hope you can play as the Mugiwara in these new scenes. Would suck otherwise. If I wanna play as the others I'll just keep Gigant Battle.
Extra Mode. Hmmm. I hope you get to play as both sides. I don't WANT Ace to live so why would I wanna waste my time trying to save him? (although he dies anyways so yay)

Looks like not only Akainu and Sengoku will appear in the game, blackbeard will possess gura gura devil fruit. The fight scene between Mr 2 and Ivanka in Marineford will probably tell us it is possible for any characters to appear (e.g. Zoro).
Marineford seems to be the focus in this game. No idea how Gaburi will be used in the game and whether mugiwara will fight those cyborgs carrying sabre and the last boss from UC2. Hope that this game only shows characters from the anime with exception of Gaburi. Hate those cyborgs from UC2….. totally not in the era of one piece world.

Jinbei was also in one of those pictures (the one with the impel down escapees), so he'll probably appear as a playable. I'm guessing the last new char will be Mr. 3 or Marco
Also, I'm guessing those updates will be moveset only. Probably WB, BB, Aokiji, and maybe kizaru (I think he introduced some new moves in Marineford)

this is probably an extra mode that happens after the main game is done. It's definatley different considering the map in one of the screenshots. I knew buggy and croc would get new looks and it's good to see akainu and jinbei confirmed. Even sengoku's there but i wonder if it's cutscene only or do we get to play as him.
Although it would be fun to play as all mugiware in this mode it's looking more like it'll follow a linear path rather than allow exploration with whoever you want
