ugh still battling with myself over musketeers luffy. I really tend to like plex sculpts, and this is no exception. from the waist down he's perfect, so tired of the stylized POP legs and pants. the figure has such great movement. the face is better than any luffy POP we've seen…
QFTT however, I think the colours in the orginal picture are colours I like better somehow. I think the slightly tanned skincolour is the best for most of the males in OP with black hair.

Though afterwards I did notice that all of them seemed to have the same skin tone, including Califa, so maybe the tannedness was less intentional than I thought. Still, though. Didn't Oda also mention that if the OP characters had nationalities, Luffy would be from Brazil? Some people in Brazil are also this lovely shade of olive, so no surprise. - The different skin colors around the world are wonderful.
lol Patsu, Gintama xD My friend in HS was so into it that I started watching too. I don't really watch it anymore, though. Elisabeth is probably my favorite character next to Kagura and Gintoki.

Bow-Ties give you instant Haki. FACT. They also make you look very very cool. Try a bow-tie next time you need to use Haki.

Oh, is it? I didn't know they made anime art calendars back then. The one I have is all based on Oda's colorspreads. In any case, I've never seen this artwork before, though I do recognize the Franky and Iceburg portion as a redrawn version of one of the Water Seven manga volumes. Guess I'll look into it, thanks.

I went to the post office to get my packages from Play Asia (Sanji), and Archonia (Smoker and Rayleigh). Thanks to coopz, who showed me some pics of Smoker and I finally decided to buy him, and I was right. Rayleigh is amazing too, and Sanji looks way better than in the pics (and It's made in other kind of plastic like someone said).
