The Jojo thread is lonely.
Just saying.

This break give me time to carry out my World Domination Conspiracy.
You world domination just failed so far cause you read OP the whole time?
Good boy Sea
@Sea:
Actually it makes you quite unique and I find it rather amusing.
That's certainly true at least.
That's certainly true at least.
Because I stated it in a way that could have many meanings. You know what I am talking about.
Hi Haters! Waving Profusely
@Sea:
Actually it makes you quite unique and I find it rather amusing. Since you don't mind taking time for it, I don't see any problem.
Thanks. I do it for fun and entertainment really. I like to think of simple headings that are humorous, relevant to the information below, and unique.
Plus it makes it easier to identify my posts when skimming through a thread I guess…

Hmmm….. Indeed you can mean many things...and that is generally the type of heading I go for, something that can mean many things. Oh well. Hopefully your not tryin' to play me but in any case....it's all good.
All I would like to say is: Keep it up, Sage.
And that only means one thing.
That you should stop posting..
clear and simple
I'm not gonna reread One Piece, because I did that when I was on holiday, but I wanna reread something.
So, should I reread Berserk or HxH?
Sometimes this place does make me smile.
Sometimes this place does make me smile.
Most of the time for me. Just keep things in proportion and try to see the funny side.
@Don:

Nope.
And this happens when I don't know what to do with my free time.
WHY?!!
@Tijnn.:

reread berserk first and then reread hxh.
The Show Must Go On

Oh trust me, I am going to keep it up.
And that can mean many things.
Sometimes this place does make me smile.
Indeed it does. Cowards make me smile the most though, especially the ones who, for some reason, lack the fortitude to be blunt and real…instead they play with words and use inside jokes...hilarious.
-LUNCHTIME!
Berserk, lone wolf & cub, vagabond, dorohedoro, hunter x hunter.
Have you read all of those.
I stopped reading manga and watch anime long time ago. OP is the only series I still follow. But maybe I should give it a try? I haven't read any of those.
I think i'll get something constructive done.
And since we're on the subject, I like Sage titling his posts.
Like if i'll respond to him, i'll do the same thing.
It reminds me of Frasier.

Yes, give them a try. Especially HxH, Berserk and Vagebond.

They are all great series. HxH is closest to one piece in format, as it's the only shonen title I listed.
It reminds me of Frasier.
"There was warmth coming from her side of the bed"
Oh trust me, I am going to keep it up.
And that can mean many things.
This thread is starting to be interesting.
And when I say that, that doesn't mean anything.
"There was warmth coming from her side of the bed"
David Hyde Pierce ruled that shit. Maris jokes always got me.

His snide quips at roz or maris were the best thing.
i guess i will reread one piece and start tsubasa and hellsing
I can see the affectation of this break now. People start overthinking.
Guess Oda is going on vaca.
His snide quips at roz or maris were the best thing.
[after Niles mentioned his and Maris' tryst]
Martin: You know, Niles, remember when you were a kid and your mother and I wouldn't discuss the Cuban Missile Crisis in front of you because we knew it'd give you bad dreams?
Niles: Yes.
Martin: It's a two-way street.
or
Niles: I don't care what you're saying - I'm going to Maris!
Frasier: You will rue the day!
Niles: I don't care! Niles gotta have it!
begins to foam at the mouth
Just the beginning
There's still Naruto and Bleach ;)
Luckily for me, I got classes starting tomorrow, so a month should go by fast. But damn, the weeks are going to feel weird
I know, the internet is a wonderful source of Fraiser quotes.
I actually never watched Frasier and i think that is no mistake in my life^^
I know, the internet is a wonderful source of Fraiser quotes.
Just so.
Frasier: Will Maris be joining us?
Niles: Sadly, no. She had a bad experience there one Christmas Eve. The Italian soccer team was at the next table, Maris announced that she was in the mood for a goose, and, perhaps inevitably, tragedy ensued.
Roz: [surprised] You're clipping coupons?
Niles: [proudly] I'm economizing.
Roz: Oh well it's about time, you spend money like a drunken sailor.
Niles: She said authoritatively.
This is bullpoop.
It feels pretty stupid to have this break before the Strawhats reunite. Well done, Oda. What a disgrace.

Guess Oda is going on vaca.
Hey, the guy deserves it. Even if we don't see him work, we can assume that it's pretty hard on him every week to meet deadlines.
After studying Spanish for a few years, every time I see "vaca", I think of cows…
Just so.

and back to Maris
Niles: Poor thing completely lost her appetite, barely touched her snail.
Niles: [about the movie Basic Instinct] Have you seen that movie? Maris and I rented the video - I don't mind telling you we pushed our beds together that night! And that was no mean feat - her room, as you know, is across the hall!
Frasier: Hello, Ethan. I'm listening.
Ethan: Hi, Dr. Crane.
Frasier: How old are you?
Ethan: I'm thirteen.
Frasier: Well, what can I do for you?
Ethan: Well, I'm having a lot of problems with the other kids at school. They're always beating me up.
Frasier: Why do you think that's so?
Ethan: Probably because I'm smart. I have a 160 IQ. I'm in the astronomy club and I hate sports.
Frasier: Well, you know, Ethan, the other children are just acting out of jealousy and immaturity, and I know it doesn't help much right now, but the day will come in the next few years when you will have the last laugh.
Ethan: …That's it?
Frasier: [surprised] Yes.
Ethan: Frankly, Dr. Crane, I find that advice patronizing, simplistic and, in all candor, uninspired. The real surprise here is that they pay you to dole out this balloon juice.
Frasier: Ethan, where are you calling from?
Ethan: Home.
Frasier: Well, if any of Ethan's classmates are listening, you know where he is, and he can't stay in there forever. Thank you for your call.
This is bullpoop.

You write and draw a world wide best selling comic every week for 13 years, make a movie, raise two kids and balance a dozen other projects.
Then you have room to talk.

Such a great show!
People just have to complain.
For whatever purpose, this break is absolutely fine. Try to do something else in life instead of waiting for the new chapters to come out, jesus. And you will find it astounding how fast the time fleets.
@Tijnn.:
Thank god, now I can concentrate on school.
Oh fuck, now I have no excuse to not concentrate on school.
It's surprising that if the first chapter after the break really does represent some big split in the series that they wouldn't make it 600 ("Hey, what chapter is OP's 'halfway' point?" "598, duh." "Oh yeah how could I forget."). I realize that editors don't always follow the whims of authors, but with Oda's track record, I wouldn't be surprised if he's been planning what to do with these four weeks for the past 10 years. He's probably planning to look up his old friend Chekhov for a lunch date, only to find out an important secret about his past.
Frasier was a great show.
One of the rare cases where I prefer the spin-off istead of the original show.
@Sea:
And you will find it astounding how fast the time fleets.
You're telling me!
Thursdays with NBC seems so long ago. Boy the 90s were fucking great!
Niles: And I stormed out and slammed the door! Of course, it was that fourteenth century Bavarian cathedral door, so I had to get two of the servants to help me, but what it lacked in spontaneity it made up for in resonance.
Holy shit. Sea changes his avatar more than his Underwear!
[hide]No. I don't know how many times he changes his underwear. But he changes his avatar a lot.[/hide]
One Piece shippuden. Here we come.
Holy shit. Sea changes his avatar more than his Underwear!

I don't wear underwears.

Bang! Zoom!
Oda's life is not candy canes and rainbows. Just raising 2 kids is enough to make someone want a month break from ANY job haha.
Next generation was an awesome show too.
Kinda makes me wish they did a crossover with Fraiser.
