I remember talk about jump skipping a week because of the double issue, and I don't want to look back more than a page to see if it's been answered already =.=" So, is the week that's being skipped the one that would result in spoilers around this wednesday, or NEXT wednesday? This will determine how religiously I check AP starting this Tuesday afternoon :P (because we occasionally get spoilers that early even when there is a week break)

(I still appreciate what they do in general. Honest! Even when their translations are just plain bad. But really, this case isn't even their translator being sloppy, or having bad english. It's their translator trying to be clever in the same ways that we hate on OFFICIAL COMPANIES for trying to be clever, about how they present manga to an american audience)

its possible that Kong talked with him, but the order came from the Gorousei! we see that confirmed in the latest chapter, because theyre talking about replacing 3 shichibukai..so they know that Moria is death. <-- means they did order this.
Also, I still don't get this obsession Smoker has to capture Luffy. He is already trying to get transfered to the New World probably to get closer to Luffy.

Nah I think he means the crewmembers of the Supernovas.
And I agree! None of their designs really stand out to me, aside from the ones he mentioned. Which means the Strawhats won't be fighting certain crews, but that was obvious anyway. Kid and Law will be antagonists in the future, but the others…?

Ah, but there's a difference between street smarts and book smarts. Zoro is smart when it comes to situations that utilize common sense (excluding directions). Like Luffy has great animal instincts, is a genius in his own right when it comes to fighting, and his simple mindedness allows him to cut right to the heart of a problem instead of over thinking. Zoro is kinda like that. But when it comes to technical things such as…formal education...a hidden message? Zoro is at a loss and can be considered dumb.
Just look at how long he's taking to figure it out and it's not like the rest of the crew are geniuses or anything. It's a simple message to the crew and he's having trouble figuring it out, but at least he knows there's something so he's not a complete idiot.

It is irrelevent who physically told Doflamingo to that, we know that Kong gets his marching orders from the Five stars, if he told him or if they told him directly, it does not matter because it came from them. Unless he is acting without their consent, which storywise we have no reason to speculate that is the case.

i believe the supernova will be well known in the new world after 2 years,
and when luffy starts his journey again, he will meet them 1 by 1 and they could become his allies, just like how WB had his own allies

Powerups don't just happen in 1-2 weeks. All the legendary pirates in the series probably spent decades developing their skills to get to where they are right now. I bet that in the next two years Kidd and the others would still be no match against BB/the remaining 3 Yonkou. However, Luffy who received training from Rayleigh could probably jump ahead all/most of them.
Luffy also managed to develop Gear 2 and 3 in not ime…
and he mastered them in combat.

I can't wait for the moment when Luffy clashes with someone, and his power splits the heavens just like when Shanks and Whitebeard clashed. Though not nessesarely that, but just a display of his full power at the end of One Piece. If it's with Blackbeard, that the battle will be a messy one, full of earthquakes and other stuff, lovely.
Seeing that Luffy mentioned 3 days back on SA, I'm actually starting to see the 2Y as a possibility. Still think though that a half obscured tattoo in a newspaper would be a pretty bad way of sending a message though.

you guys do realize that most the time that zoro is so called "training" he isn't.
when i go to the workout center am i trying to beef up and get to the next set of weights on barbell or press/ect. no, i'm just going and lifting to stay at my current physical level.
zoro sitting there curling something doesn't mean he is trying to get stronger at that moment.
only real times we have seen him training are after arabasta he did some "MENTAL" training for the breath, then after the Kuma incident he is worrying about being weak and training big on the ship. All others can be seen as nothing more than just staying in shape.
