With cards, Strawhats already can know where to go and all they would have had to do is place the card where they want them to come. That is, if they all have one. I haven't seen or heard about it, but forum members say Strawhats have those cards so I believe them.

If the Strawhats have the cards, then the message has to be about a time. Not a place, but a meeting time.

If that's the case, then a timeskip of undetermined length is inevitable. All the Strawhats, except Chopper maybe, are way too scattered and way too in middle of different things for regrouping to happen in a small window of time.

You know what, Arutha|One-Piece @ Nakama-fansubs @ irc.rizon.net has all the episodes Vegapunk has released to date; 294~342 hardsubbed AND 340~377 Vanillapunk softsubbed. (FYI Vanillapunk releases are softsubbed raws without any (re)encoding, so they are bigger compared to normal Vegapunk releases, varying between 270-721 MBs.) So you could actually leech at least up to 363 from there, and go with Nakama-Fansubs from 364.
