I believe it means you have to spend at least $150 to use a bank deposit. That means you can't buy just the game.

I used PayPal and had to pay upfront though, has there ever been a problem with PA and paying for pre-orders so far in advance? I'd hate to have paid and then realize I can't get the game in September or something.
Also, the address I gave them might somehow be changed before the release date - is it possible to email and ask for them to ship to a different address…?

No, it says that Kuma, Mihawk, Hancock, Dofla, and Moria are all support characters. Damn, I thought it might have said they were playable too :sad: .

I think that's the most recent one. It was on a couple pages back. Page 32.
I think Moria will be playable, but I don't know about Doflamingo, cause he's barely even moved from being in the same pose the entire series. But if he wasn't playable, then that'd unbalance the number of playable WOS to 7 (should be 8)

Though I do agree. I don't think he's been playable in any OP game, at least the ones I've played. Not sure how many attacks they could give him since his DF hasn't been revealed and anything they do allow him to do would be broken.

He might have gained a bit more with the war arc, but I don't know if it's enough to give him a full moveset in a JUS-style fighting game.

Kid had about 2 attacks in UC.
He's done nothing since then and now in the manga.
Yet he is playable.

I liked Kid's movepool(the pool what he had) but he was WAY too slow. His special move was so easy to avoid :getlost:
Though it was fun to mess with the magnetic powers XDHe was playable because he has the highest bounty~ Sorry Local.

If Shanks and Ace are getting them they really should.
Although imo if anyone is getting alts it should be Usopp (Sogeking) Robin (All-Sunday) and Chopper (Chopperman) maybe even Mr. Prince.

Wow, Ace and Shanks were in SW? Huhh. I still haven't watched it cause I'm waiting for a higher quality version, but…Ace's outfit is pretty nice, though.
-My knowledge of kanji isn't very good, but the text around Bonney+Ace+Luffy+Wapol says something about making your own weird crews from scratch? Ish. That whole group is full of crazy eaters, for example. Weird. Looks like I have some studying to do before I play this game.
Also, what's that about "抽選で合計500名にプレゼント"? A random lottery for 500 presents? That doesn't mean there are only 500 cards given out randomly, right...? eww...
Whatever, my Japanese is rusty so I'm probably just reading it all wrong. +_+

Ok so some people held onto the idea that only recent characters could be in even after we saw Lucci as at least a support…
but now we see Wapol as well? Pretty obscure no? We also see Eneru, but he's a lot more significant than Wapol.
Can we put to rest the idea that this game will only have characters from Marineford / Impel Down / Amazon Lily / Sabaody now?

Well Namco Bandai of Europe still mentions One Piece in interviews and in their press releases. They haven't made any comments, as far as I know, about releasing more One Piece games but it think it has a much better chance being released there at least.

i still cant understand why ace and shanks are in their strong world outfits when they werent in that movie in the first place? and it would have been better if both of them are in their marineford outfits (ace = beaten up. bloodied, no hat, no arm band, bare footed, shanks = normal clothes he wear)
and it should be all strawhats who should be wearing strong world outfits (as alternative chars in the game)
and seeing wapol and eneru completes the major villains after arlong (if you remember the one piece GBA game had all the east blue villains up to smoker) (well, not counting foxy cuz his own arc was just a sports arc)

WOO! go europe. i think the reason for this is in europeon countries one piece is quite popular. Germany have there own dub thats almost up to date with the japanese ones and they have all the volumes including WANTED!!! and the character books which the UK doesn't have
