lol what the hell? That was too entertaining. I sat there waiting for it to integrate, but the guy just kept goin on. "you put a couple of extra syllables into a line!" I couldn't help but laugh.

I really liked that. The beat is good.

A song in celebration of Mother's Day.
Wagomu, you don't listen to Kanye huh? He's pretty diverse really. Always changing his style up. One of the more bolder musicians out today.
Maybe within the album. Didn't see it as much within the song, though. I still have yet to look at much hip-hop, so I might check him out.

Absolutely love Tom Lehrer. Nice and catchy music with hilarious lyrics. Always loved how this song had contrast between the music and the lyrical content. You've got an upbeat song about incest and, eventually, self-mutilation, haha. Lehrer's sharp wit and expansive vocabulary are always strong points in his music.
Vxw1_eb9ATE
Well, that song was surprisingly frank and comparatively mellow considering the subject matter. But yeah, it was good and it was actually kind of funny.

I absolutely love that song, one of my favourites, REM - Shiny Happy People is also a great song.
Tell me what you think about this one, favourite song at the moment:

I was kind of turned off from the songs sound. I give them credit for making a sound more interested than the average one, but it wasn't really strong. It was one of those things that got old fast. I did like the tuning down ending, though, which reminded me of one of Aarni's tunes, "Mental Fugue".
iqRHr5pEIFU
I should put some Aarni up sometime, but, for now, something even better!
LOL, well that was kind of…bizarre. But it was pretty funny and entertaining. I was also sensing a kind of country style to the music. It was a tad repetitive and monotonous, but it was good overrall and a very unique song to say the least.
9ChADh1zt5I
Ooo! I remember that song. I laugh every time I hear it because when I was a kid I saw a music video of the Trolls to that song. Trolls and speedboats. Yes :D
Had to post the version of this with Franky. Otherwise it just doesn't have the same effect 8D
Super Duper Man

Catchy shit, I've heard it before, it's a pretty fun song. The rythm and beat is great, but I'm not that big a fan of the instrumentals.
Here's another one by my favorite band (the rock band from Argentina again)
This one reminds me of INXS, only in Spanish. this one is one of their first hits from '84).

(I wish I could post the high-quality version from their official youtube page, but embedding disabled :/
really upbeat and catchy
loved the drums

such a fucking beautiful song
in my opinion, the best band there ever was and the best there ever will be
From the first couple riffs, I expected an indie song and I was right. Nice simple melody with a pretty tone. Loved the lazy sound to it. That type of thing I can get into, especially when I'm in a relaxed state like I am now. Soothing to my ears without dragging to little or two much. The part just before the 3 minute was weak in my opinion, but it picked up again soon enough. Ended a bit suddenly, but that's probably the fault of the video or the context of the album.
C7WanzlOvGg
Was going to post a Hüsker Dü song, but I already did before and you need the album for the full impact. If you're into some good experimental punk stuff, check out their Zen Arcade album.
Love this song, though. Wanted to put some punk up and I haven't used the Descendents. Absolutely classic.
I was actually hoping for something a little more indie and a little less punk from the beginning of it, but it was a good song. Not a band I'll look into, but a good listen.
I don't see a video.. Is it just me?
This is the last song by that band, Soda Stereo. I keep posting their songs, I think it's enough heh.

There's a slight buzzing in the video.
they probably enclosed the link in the brackets rather than the code

Do I have better ears or what? That buzzing is really awful for me
The song is quite ok but the buzzing kept me from listing again. I'll do this one instead:

I'm ripped apart between nice and catchy tune and totaly boring vocals for this one. Hitting the guitar a bit harder and acctually singing could have made this a song I like. Like this it sounds like a song from the 50s. A not so good one from the 50s.
It's getting political. I know there lot of HQ versions out there but I like this one more. It has more feeling as well as a litte comment:

Great song, I love U2. Bono's voice is awesome. The quality isn't good though.

Keyboard metal Ayreon. The only Metal band without a guitar. :P
2 min of boredom. 1:40 of so so. Than an awsome folk part slowly turning Pop song and than a meldic metal part again. While I can not say I liked the individual parts too much I support diversity and say this song was ok.
Go for another awsome guitar solo:

An okay song. I didn't really like the regular piano part and the lyrics, too much. I just thought those parts were boring. The vocals were okay, but I liked them best during the verses. The one thing I did like was the use of synth. During the chorus it seemed somewhat unfitting and yet still worked nicely with the music. Probably not something I would listen to again, but not too shabby.

Very weird song! What's going on? The bass plays the melody and the outermost distorted guitar plays the background. Also it sound like the recod has next to no dynamic range /was recorded way too loud. And the vocals can't keep up. A bit like that Guitar Wolf song I posted. Don't ask me why but I don't like it as much. ^^
Also I'll do a little revisit on this one:@Palochka:
…
I still hate the vocals but I can't get the melody out of my head. Humming it for three days now :(
Sticking with weird. A German listening to Serbs singing Irish folk songs in English. It's Europe! :P

The live version of 'Nantes' from the Take Away Show, which I tend to think is a lot better than the CD version. Zach Condon's voice is incredible.
This is a song I Produced with an artist of mine named Burna. I sampled a song from the cell games and he raps about DragonBall Z and GT the whole track.

I had almost given the song up completly when the last 30 seconds kinda saved it a bit. But the rest of the song is boring to me. It's not supporting any mood. It just… plays. I don't know... Makes me feel nothing.

Well I couldn't have expected any less from Jimi. It reminded me of jazz in the sense of building on a concept and I only wish there was more of it. It only shares the two verses in common with the original song, but Jimi's improv adds his own psychedelic twist to it while keeping close to the song in sound. It's almost a literal fusion of the two bands and Jimi's guitar work is something unparalleled.

Very very dark tune. without understanding one word it creates a feeling of pressure for me. It's not a song I'd like to listen to completely while doing nothing else. Not enough variety for that. But it's a nice song to play in the background while doing something else. It's doom metal isn't it? Never really listened into that stuff before.
Random!

LOL, I thought that was a really funny song. I'd like to know what it's originally from. Hmm, actually it sounds kinda like one of those songs that a lot of stand up comedians in recent years compose as part of their acts, which I actually don't like…...at all. So I hope it's not one of those. Well, still funny anyway.

Awsome guitar and drum work! That's a blast. I don't like the voice though. It's this typical 21st century rock voice. Is that an accustic version of this? Would be so in my favourites
Some Pagan metal. It's German and I can't find a translation. Well it's typical pagan metal lyrics about forefathers and woods and stuff. :D

Ok I absolutely love this song, my favourite lyrics in it are: "Where will I meet my fate? Baby I'm a man, I was born to hate"
That link is broke beyond repair. Google says the lyrics belong to this song:

No my kind of music.
The tune is simple at best. I read the lyrics a couple of times now and they don't make the slightest bit of sense to me. The voice is fitting to the kind of music, is guess. But nothing for me either. Too melancholic. To summon up: This is like a definition of cheesy pop song

Not really feeling that song, felt way too pedestrian, like some sort of a commercial with slight use of folk instruments. The monkey sounds, whatever they were, really felt out of place, too high in the mix and, consequentially, annoying. Sorry, can't say I liked any aspect of it.

Hmm, now that was a very interesing song. It's got some kind of quality to it that's really hard for me to put into words and I can't really identify the genre either. It has a mellow and enjoyable feel to it, but there's also something a little more to it. But yeah, I like it.
Eh, why not?

Not as good as the other BoT-song posted earlier, not as catchy. The voice is a slight turn-off, but not really a bother. Pretty fine song, but nothing I'll remember.

Kind of weird and awesome song by some Norwegian guys. Whatcha think?
Wow you both didn't like the singers voice, I personally find him to be a very good vocalist, but each to their own…
That's some good shit, I would download it but I can't find it (that's usually my biggest problem) I like the guitar and the beat, mostly.
