So? Tsubaki is still adept at a multitude of weapons which is the point making her very useful.
So? She's a useful weapon? WHOOP DE DO she's still pretty much doesn't do anything outside of being man handled by blackstar
Soul may not be as useful in human form however he has certain characteristics that make him much more special than simply a weapon. His own Black Blood powered up Maka and his piano playing let's soul wavelength travel long distances. Stuff that only he can do that has nothing to do with his weapon form. Can Liz do that? No.
So if Maka wern't around, he could fire up his black blood and still not be able to do much with out her? WOAHA
Liz's ability is that she's identical to Patty, without which Kid couldn't fight with. Kid has his shinigami abilities, and he's an excellent meister, so there hasn't been much need for them to develop BLACK BLOOD BULLETS or NINJA SWORD SHADOW BULLETS
Then she should have just gotten her ass kicked or run away or lower her weapon and look at Noah with hate and determination instead of dropping on her knees and whining like a baby.

Whatever rocks your both. I'll take this as an opportunity to say that pretty much Liz is the only useless weapon.
As you've already mentioned a million times and are just repeating like some obnoxious parrot who won't learn a new phrase
I've already discussed Patty, Soul and Tsubaki. Let's look at the rest, Ox's weapon Havar is badass and kills people with no remorse, that witch's weapon was badass when she was evil and caring when she wasn't, those twins are a riot, Maka's father kicks all kinds of ass as do those special death schyte weapons. Liz is the only one that whines all the time and has nothing special other than being the weapon. It's quite a disappoinment really.
I'm kinda starting to think that you really don't know anything about how writing stories work. Some characters are naturally fighters and have that good ol shonen spirit, and some develop it. Liz is into fashion and girly things, and for the most part has been content with just turning into a weapon for Kid to use.
If you actually thought about it, you'd be suprised to learn that maybe with Kid out of the picture, this is a chance for them to actually grow and develop as characters? Liz hasn't really hasn't been pushed as much as any of the other characters have, so what do you expect her to do in a life or death situation? She's not fucking Black Star or anything, she's not a fighter. Maybe in the upcoming chapters she'll be forced to take more action, but for now, she's been just as useful as much as has been required of her.
