Hey guys. Is Funi erasing the word "Bible" from Kuma's Bible, when he appears at the World Government meeting?
It's stupid if they do. Other CN shows kept religious references.In an episode of Static Shock, they showed people going to church.
There were a heck of alot of religious icons in Justice League
Naruto keeps them
There Chrismas specials keep them
Yuu Yuu Hakuso kept themHey, w/e tho'. It's not too much of a big deal.
I just think that One Piece always ends up getting the short end of the breadstick.

It's a Bible, so I'm not sure. Most of the time they erase crosses, especially when characters are on them, from what I've seen.

Yeah, they had to for Kakashi, remember that it was the day before easter that episode aired.
They probably are not going to edit the thing, but I wonder if Kuma will have religous abilites that might need editing or something.

All this pointless complaining is giving me a head ach. I really want to see a dub of One Piece special 3, but chances are they are not going to dub it. The dub will be good, so lets not talk about it anymore until it comes out.

^ I thought during a Q and A at Anime expo they stated that Franky's scene would remain intact.

I think that was for the anime in general. I doubt they'd change it or anything, seeing as nothing is shown.

That question was directed at Toei on how they would animate the scene. Funimation representatives were at the same panel, but they didn't say anything on the subject (probably because they didn't know about it).

Me and my bro are gonna watch it together,I finally got him to start watching One Piece in general,( but he's only on episode 48 or something, but basically, he saw most of Alabasta on TV but I will ensure he watches on the sub.) Depending entirely on your time zone of course. I'd check the CN site, then compare what's "on right now" to what's actually on right now to make sure it's accurate (my cable co. plays 3 hours late). It'd be pretty tragic if any of you non-regular CN watchers missed the show because of that.

Doubt it'll help at all. The few times I've seen a thread on One Piece there it's usually nothing but people saying how much they think it sucks.

On /a/ or /b/? Because I know of at least two huge One Piece threads on /b/, one where me and two other people were actually discussing OP without pictures for a whole 10-15 posts. It just depends on who's on at any given time.

I've only seen a few One Piece threads on /a/ and they're always immediately spammed with things like "set fail for One Piece."

As I said, I never go on /a/. I guess I've just gotten lucky with who I've encountered on /b/ when it comes to One Piece.
Also /b/ has gotten progressively worse lately and I don't go on as much, so that would also have something to do with it.

What;s sad…is I once found a One Piece thread on /b/ that was actually really good, apart from one dude spamming furry porn...and I've never found a One Piece thread on /a/ that was serious or wasn't trolled.
Finding a better One Piece thread in /b/ then /a/...wow. XD

Well, looky here. I just got an email from Funimation. It just says the new dub is coming out tomorrow. At least the people follow Funimation know about the dub… oh wait, they've known since April :getlost:
Oh well, at least its some kind of advertisement...

I posted a quick reminder on my forums. But, it's an FF Board, and not so surprising OP takes a backseat compared to the other two Naruto and Bleach. But at least I piqued some interest.

Luckly for us, One Piece isn't going to be prempted through the whole month of October.
Bobo-bo finishes the 13th of October. And guess what they replace it with? More Naruto. Yup.

there was one on Nintendos boards….that was 88 Pages with 25% of it about the Dub...but its been deleted...the whole forum. I am starting one though on Retrojunk forums.
But noone else I know is intrested in it at all. no other forums i belong too have a one piece thread

Since I'm pretty sure everyone and their grandma is going to be capping One Piece and uploading it to some random bittorrent site, I'm just going to cover the Opening/Ending/Preview (if the later two are in the broadcast), as well as a sample clip from the dub dialogue. So expect these anywhere from 5 to an hour after the dub airs.

Tons of places. I wouldn't stop to doubt that CartoonPlace is uploading it. They uploaded the 4kids episodes. But unfortunately I won't be able to create a better looking video until next weeks episode seeing as the raw for 144 I have is a TV raw, and the raws I have from 145 up are DVD raws.
