(first of all i have to say OiP had a conspiracy theory that gave me the idea)

do you think it is possible that a conspiracy will appear in one piece??

like the revolutionaries cooperating with doflamingo or some marines for some reason??? or something like that

like the ones that happen in bleach (aizen,gin etc)

and if a conspiracy is meant to happen what kind would you think it will be???

personally i like oda creating thriller bark cuz it brings more darkness and more fantasy in the pirate world and i would love to see a dark master plan to take place in one piece

like when the cp9 were searching for the blueprints of pluton

throw all ideas in the table no matter how complicated they are

The problem with this is it would make him and shanks good guys, which could possibly stop the strawhats from fighting them. Op could end with the series making it obvious that zoro and luffy have surpassed they're idols, but they'd never actually fight.

DoFlamingo and Dragon would both gain by joining forces. However, are their worldviews compatible enough? Beyond overthrowing the World Government, the Revolutionaries' goals have not been very well outlined. DoFlamingo wants to create a New Age of Pirates in which strength is more important than dreams.

If the Revolutionaries do not favor such a system, working with Donquixote would prove vexing; they would have to watch his every move, calculate his true strength, observe him for situations in which he might be vulnerable, and get him into the right place at the right time to neutralize him. All the while giving him enough support and free rein to allow him to complete his end of whatever bargain they arrange, and not rouse his suspicions. Then of course, they also have to consider when and where DoFlamingo could best betray them to the World Government without jeopardizing his own plans. While such a plan would not be impossible to carry out, it would require alot of manpower that could be earmarked for organizing dissidents and fomenting insurrection. Moreover since DoFlamingo is a known Shichibukai, the World Government might scrutinize his actions if his presence is noted frequently in regions where rebellion breaks out.

Other than being able to carry out assassinations of government officials while maintaining the Revolutionaries' deception of non-involvement, DoFlamingo brings little to the bargaining table: he doesn't have a large fleet to offer support in transport, troop evacuation, blockade, or full-scale attack. His 'ties to the World Gov't.' are rather tenuous- they despise him, and he feels little more than contempt for them-so his value as an informant is limited. Unless he organizes an underground force much larger than Baroque Works, he can't provide the troop strength necessary for any assault against the WG. Lastly, the World Government places no sanctions on his actions, so long as he doesn't betray them (like Crocodile did) and pays a tribute- the situation is ideal for him to create his desired shift in pirate culture. Indeed, the shift won't require very much effort, unless he antagonized th WG. So DoFlamingo has at least as much to lose by such an alliance as he would have to gain.

It is a very risky venture; on the one hand, he could more quickly realize his dream of a world where only the strong survive, while at the same time discovery of his defection would imperil everything he is working to achieve. An alliance with a member of one of the Three Powers might strengthen the Revolutionaries' position, but what would be the long-term cost to their (as yet unknown) second phase? Still, such a development would allow for some great intrigues and plot twists.

Another potential source for conspiracy are all of the obscure "will of D" references.

There is something unnatural in the freakish level of ambition and willingness to tackle impossible odds that is shared by all members of the D lineage. This ambition seems to cross all spectra of the one piece political society but still ties together the D's in some overarching movement that few seem to understand.

Would this count as a conspiracy? What motivates Garp to maintain in contact and in good relations with a son who wants to destroy everything that garp believes in and a grandson who represents everything that Garp's duty tells him he is obliged to destroy?

Could this also have something to do with the reason that Shanks was desperate to avoid a conflict between Ace and Blackbeard? Does Shanks know something about luffy's inheritance that cause him to seek him out, befriend him, and even sacrifice his arm to save luffy's life?

There's more going on here than meets the eye. If the end goal behind the Will of D is the destruction of the World Government, then it is most certainly a conspiracy among some of the most overwhelmingly powerful figures in the One Piece world.

The entire One Piece treasure hunt and Age of Pirates may all have been instigated to encourage the next generation of D's to show their true colors and fulfill whatever destiny Roger has planned for them.

There are already a lot of conspiracies in One Piece. Whether it's presented as one or not is something else.

If you need a perfect example look at how the world government tried to get the blueprints for Pluton. Just because it's the government that doesn't mean its not a conspiracy.

EDIT: Also, look at Boroque Works and the rebellion in Arabasta.

well it is easy to see into their relationship,they were rivals,their rivalry ended and now they are in the top of the world and they both seem extremely mature,proud and smart people and they are best friends

i think shanks and mihawk will team up later to make us jump to heaven from excitement,imagine the admirals hunting the SH when they were up to stop dragon (all these in the end of the series) and suddenly mihawk and shanks appear infront of them saying something like:

It seems like there is a big thing around the D's.
I think that there might be something that everyone of the D's seems to be leading one person up to a certain goal. That one person is Luffy. It seems like all the D's are helping him, have helped him, are somehow assissting him, or are making get better.
Saulo befriended Nami and inspired characteristics in her, she just happens to now be in Luffy's crew now. Gol D. Roger inspired many of the pirates with his treasure. Epecially one in particular. Luffy. Garp trained Luffy. Dragon is his father, he has saved Luffy, and he probably inspired anti gov't. ideas in him at a young age. Luffy may not remember it, but that probably still affected Luffy. Ace has saved Luffy plus if he is still alive, I think that he might be helpful to Luffy more in the future. Then there is BB, though I'm not exactly sure how he fits in exactly. He is kind of helping Luffy become stronger. Plus it seems like he might be one of the main enemies in the end of this series. Blackbeard may not be necessairily helping Luffy, but they are most definately connected. I think that all the D's might be like ancestors of the ancient kingdom, and Luffy is probably a decendent of the king or somethig like that. So all the D's may not on purpose but because of destiny, help Luffy grow stronger and he will rebuild the kingdom in the end.

He did beat Bellamy w/o his DF. But having a DF is kinda what makes all the chars so strong! Could BB have beaten Ace w/o his DF? Could Ace have contended with BB w/o his DF? Would Lucci be as strong if he didn't have his zoan? Would Ao Kiji be the strongest man in the Navy w/o his DF? Could Crocodile be a Shichibukai w/o his DF? Could Enel have become "God" w/o his DF? True Luffy´s rubber body protects him from being harmed against minor opponents/attacks but the big guys always did a good job on him and he kept coming back. That´s his fighting spirit and even if his body wouldn´t be rubber then the exact same spirit would make him come back no matter how much damage he takes in a fight. So I don´t think that Blackbeards ability will count much on that matter. It´s rather the attacks he will come up with that will be more destructive to Luffy then him not being able to use his Paramecia ability.

However the more interesting aspect of Luffy´s ability being nullified is actually that it might be an own goal for Teach. I´ll try to explain it pretty simple. What does hurt somebody more, to be hurt by a rubber hammer or by a real hammer? Now transfer that to Luffy and Blackbeards ability.

Erm, isn´t the whole concept of Teach´s DF that he actually has to take attacks in order to absorb the ability? That´s why Ace´s attacks hit him. It´s only thanks to Teach´s strength that he could take them without losing.

So while he would nullify Luffy´s rubber ability he would take the full blow of a non-rubber fist.

That's a nice idea there's just one problem though, all of luffy's attacks rely on stretching. If he didn't stretch all his attacks would be much weaker, so although his hand harder, the extra power from stetching who disappear.

The one hit punch against Bellamy showed that if the situation requires it, he can deliver a strong punch even without stretching. And even if Teach is a lot stronger then Bellamy, Luffy is a person that adapts quickly so he should be able to hurt Teach pretty badly that way.

I honestly don't think he can, bellamy isn't fit to shine Blackbeard shoes so we can't really use him as an example. Luffy is strong without stretching but think about it, he's just like a rubberband. Hit someone with a rubberband without stretching it, it does nothing. Then stretch it and release it, The difference in power is massive.

I dunno, but I thought BB's cancelling abillity only worked when he grabbed the person. I thought if he let go their abillities came back. So if Luffy doesn't get grabbed, then he's okay right? He could still stretch and hit BB. Gear 2 would be valuable for a fight like that because the speed boost would prevent BB from grabbing him…

What if, Luffy's already in the process of stretching and Blackbeard touches him?
I was thinking this immediate nullifying of DF power may actually result in a more powerful punch because his arm will get contracted in an instant that's even faster than his normal stretching.
It's like maybe Luffy uses his right arm to grab onto something behind him while his body is running towards BB and attacking with the left arm.
