Only zoan can eat the rumble ball?
what do you think will happen if other df user thats not a zoan will eat the rumble ball.. luffy + rumble ball?

Im pretty sure the rumble ball is only designed for Chopper personally, not zoan of DF users in general.
Even if Luffy or Robin could use it, I have no clue how it would affect them.
Gear 2 and Gear 3 prolly would be Luffy's if he could use the rumbe ball and well..didnt already know how to use them lol

I don't think it's the case… any DF can eat them, but I'm not sure of the effect... chopper made rumble boat step by step... testing on his DF.
he can change to specific points, but I presume even if it's another zoan the frequence of the DF is not the same and the rumble ball would need adjustement to be effective and not shuffling DF powers...
for exemple on luffy he could get gear 2 then all soft and gear 3 in the same second...
the frequence won't be the good one and it's like being between 2 channels on a radio, sometimes you hear a station sometime it's another one, sometimes it's both at the same time...But I presume that with adjustment it can work on any DF...

If Luffy ate a Rumble, assuming it works for everyone, then he could become all forms of plastic, and Robin could make feet, and Brook could summon armies of the undead.

Back on topic, the Rumble ball is only going to work for zoans, as Chopper made it to cater to zoans.

Chopper made the Rumble balls to acess More Forms of his transformations
so any other fruit isn't gonna have those 3 base forms in the 1st place so no I don't think it'd do anything

Since we don't know how exactly the rumble ball affects Chopper, it's hard to speculate what would happen if someone else ate it. If it somehow directly affects the way DF works, it's possible it could have some effect on Luffy, for example. I don't think he would go gear second or third, since if I remember correctly, they didn't have anything to do with his DF. (I mean that he can do them since he is made of rubber, but they don't automatically come with his ability)

The only thing we don't know is why he goes into monster point after eating 3 rumble balls.Rumble ball is a drug. Taking three is like seriously ODing. Except that this drug helps you transforming, so ODing turns Chopper into a monster.

No, the rumbles distort DF wavelengths, so it just makes your power more loose and general. With Chopper, 3 is just combining all the wavelengths together.

Only Oda can answer this question. It must be asked in a future SBS to Oda. I would love to see what would happen if a non-zoan ate a rumble ball.

I think the same rumble ball that Chopper is taking currently will not have any effects on Luffy or Robin since it's invented with himself in mind.
It's possible though that Chopper can look into and modify the ingredients of the rumble ball specifically so that it'd help other DF users in future. -
I have some guess:
Luffy will turn into other types of robber/plastic.
Buggy will split into atoms.
Robin will grow up some cancer.
Brooke will move is soul from many objects.. (but technicaly Brooke can't eat)
Ace will turn into a blue flame .. and more.. -
And with 3 rumbles, Luffy can be all plastics at once, which would be confusing.

If Luffy turns to some other plastic, then he wouldn't be that flexable, but his body would be sturdier.
