Where did you find her? I'd kill for this figure.

Not necessarily knowing where you'd get one, but I do have a little bit of info about them. They're from Bandai's "One Piece Styling" trading figure series which was released in July 2005. I saw some at a local convention but decided not to get one… They're actually releasing a second series of these figures in January. Not sure who it'll contain though… might be different outfit versions of the crew, or different characters. I'll see if I can find an image of them somewhere~

And now, my small but shmexy OP collection;

#2 artbook, random Shounen Jump issue which had the "Mugiwara pirates venture to Water 7" colour splash. Japanese volumes 6, 7 and 19. Cute wristband, and my lurvley Portrait of Pirates (I have better pictures of them on my cough shameless-spammage cough Hobby LJ)

Probably doesn't count, but all my leftover Sanji prints which didn't sell at the convention. There's not enough One Piece love in this country! T_T I have at least 10 A3 prints of him left… Funny thing was, I came across a fan who must've seen the dub, and she was just "Wha... Sanji smokes? D:". One person thought he was an FMA character too... ._.

My best friend Jacque surprised me one day with this at work and it stayed in the print lab for a few quarters… people would always ask about it and my friend Tessa wanted to "steal it" but its at home in my room now X3 I find myself staring at it so many times…. I'm so pathetic! >.<;

Random things…actually, the cellphone straps and stickers I got from CLONLOV, so I don't think those count… they're just really cute ^^.... did I ever mention how I LOATHE the cover to the English Grand Battle? The Japanese cover is so much cooler....

I'm sorry the pic is so blurry, I suck at taking closeup pictures >.< Tessa bought some gashapons, in hopes of getting the Smoker one, but I don't think she ever got it… but she did get two of these, and gave me one hugs the tessa

Again, I ruin a good shot! >.<; Jacque bought me this at Anime Fest…. I was totally in love when I first saw it... I was depressed that afternoon and that pretty much made my day... I was close to tears that day....

My friend Kat gave me this poster… I hadn't seen the movie at the time, but I did enjoy it when I finally did see it... It had its corny and ooc moments, but I liked it

yeah… they would over charge on their naruto merchandise… jerks...

Today I learned that I should never be allowed to go to an anime con. EVER. Especially if Sasuga are there. Damn near bought a full run of the manga. I've never seen anything near as beautiful as their booth. So much pretty manga.
Grabbed some other random loot instead. Was hoping to find that set of figs e1n posted but no luck.
Anyway, the haul.
These first two sets were $5 each so I couldn't pass them up.

The Sanji in that set is awesome.

This set was pretty weak but what the hell, it's only $5 and I wanted Sanji, Nami, and Foxy. Chopper's eyes are too small and he looks wierd.
Finished out this set (finally) which caused much happiness. Now I finally have a Franky!

Got a set of these (and paid way too much for them)

I haven't put them together yet so you just get a box shot.
These are a few little miscellaneous Chopper items I grabbed.

Chopper with Christmas cake.

There is a Luffy out there somewhere with the missing slice of cake. I need to find it so I can have the whole thing.
And last I figured I'd roll the dice on a doujinshi. This wasn't overtly yaoi (I was hoping it wasn't hentai at all - no age warning on the cover) and had nice art so I figured I'd grab it.

Nami x Konis! That was unexpected.

Good haul. Spent way way too much. Glad I'm way too busy to go back to the con Saturday or Sunday. Too much temptation.

If she had been set up before I got in line for the dealer room I'd have got a full set of pins from her. She does fantastically cute work. I felt really bad only buying the one pin. I would love to get a sketch from her some time.

Okay the Water 7 keychains make me very envious…..tries not to look at 'em That's what I hate about Cons and where I live I can't never go to one becuz the're never one near me. >.>; And that DBF keychain set, I have every one of those except Foxy....couldn't find him. Just came back from Ohayocon myself. Don't have the camera to show anything (yet, perhaps pictures another time), but I got the complete Feeling Figure Collection, a collection of chibi characters (as posted above), the figures of the crew in the color spread where they're eating in the forest (with the boars), a set of 3" figures, 2006 manga calendar, deck of cards, Sanji/Robin phone strap, Sanji and Robin keychains, and a Sanji print and Sanji and Robin buttons from Artist's Alley. (Only bought a Champloo T-shirt and Shino (Naruto) figure otherwise; One Piece received all my money.)

Sasuga did indeed have a great booth. Had to restrain myself.

The black and white image is the case, I ended up buying like 25 figures. Trades are usually figure for figure. The Water 7 figures are hard to find now, the only ones I can find are the ones on eBay and they are the Hong Kong version. I have a few doubles from that set. Hope that helped.

Is usually goes, someone offers to trade, the other OKs it, the offerer sends first and once they are received the Oker sends theirs. If that doesn't clear it up PM me and I'll explain in detail. As for getting the Water 7 figures unfortunatly there is no more sites with them, I have looked everywhere. A POP, I wouldn't have enough figures to trade for a POP even if you offered.

Yes, that does sound about right. You do not always have to trade figures for figures, it can be a figure for a keychain, or figures for a manga, ect.

I've spotted the US figures at my local K-Mart!

Here's what I found:

Luffy no. 1: This thing looked absolutely retarded. It has gigantic forearms that'd put Franky to shame. Pass.
Luffy no. 2: Pretty decent, I must say. Articulation seems to be restricted to four points and he apparently has a stretchy arm and removable strawhat. I might get it.

Sanji: He looked kinda cool and poseable but the action feature ain't that great looking. Might get this as well.

Kuro: ….what the? Horrible looking figure, he looks like he's wearing goggles.

Deluxe Pirate King Luffy: Didn't care much for it. Came with a DVD.

Deluxe Alabasta Zoro: Undecided. Came with a DVD.

Didn't see Kreig or Three-sword Zoro or Regular Zoro. (Regular Zoro looks pretty neat on the back of the box of other figures, I must say.)

And for the one I was looking forward to:

Deluxe 12-inch "Stretch-Arm Strong" Luffy: I saw this and went to try to stretch his head only to have the living shit scared out of me:

So yeah, there are some decent US figures but most of them are pretty shitty and dissapointing.

Ooh, congrats on getting those! It's something like 'one piece item collection' right? I only like zoro's swords and usopp's set, but it seems you can only buy the whole set or just get something random most of the time. Way too pricey for me :mellow: .

The standing ones are about an inch and a half tall. They look a little better on the box than they do IRL but I was happy with them. They all mash together into one little scene (sort of).
They were going for $5 each when I saw them and I managed to talk the price down a little to get a whole box so I would be guaranteed to get a full set.

They're seriously the best action figures ever. The poseability is awesome, as is the sculpt. I think I can safely say that they're my favourite one piece posessions ever.
