This makes that update worth wiled
Super Smash Bros Brawl ptII

-
Notice how it's a Game Mode update and not an item update, so it's pretty much going to be Subspace exclusive.
And my guess is the gauges on the left hand side is the number of lives you have left.
-
@DougyDougyGiro!*:
Don't trust your bones.
Yeah, apparently they don't know shit.
Decent update. Did anyone notice this is pretty much exactly like capturing Pokemon?
-
Was Live and Learn confirmed for Sonic? If so that's awesome! I would love too hear Starlight Speedway from Sonic CD in the game too. Not likley though T_T
-
Aw hell I've been Bidoofed.
While I'm looking stupid, might as well say the gauge on the left will be an update alone.
Hell, I'm even betting this week. -

This just in; Sonic fans can't read
The song used as the background music for the Sonic The Hedgehog Joins the Brawl movie is called "Live and Learn." As you can tell by listening, it’s a pretty hot song, and it has many fans. Oh… You can, of course, enjoy the original version in this game as well.

you just made me realize it LOL
Looks cool though. now everyone has to work harder for the other trophies by now defeating the creature instead of just getting the trophy
-
This was one of the little things that we saw in one of the E for all subspace gameplay videos, even if I never acounted it as an update worty information, it was something cool.
The shadow bugs that the tropy speaks, are those purple clouds that puke the halbred out, it says that it make the primid move, considering the first time that we saw one in video it made a pupetish stand.. this is completely irrelevant.
The gauge was explained in the.. I guess team mode in subspace, that you share lives, and if you have more characters available they change when they die.
-
Heh, this is a pretty neat feature. We even got confirmation for something like a boss rush mode.
-
About that bar thing at the side, I'm guessing that's meant to be charged up to be used in a Final Smash.
-
The new update the trophy stand sound like a pokeball, the only thing now we missing is the catch phrase. At less its now comfirm that you can fight rayquaza.
-
Not a great update but at least we got Rayquaza vs Diddy and Foz pic
-
Pretty interesting little extra thing there. I sort of wish we had a different Pokemon boss, as Rayquaza is sort of dumb looking.
-
Decent little update.
It looks like a fun little diversion, and doesn't look as tedious as I thought it would be.

Hey now.
At least it wasn't Kyogre.
-
The evil looking legendaries of DP, Darkai and Giratina, boss material right there.
I've heard in a forum some time ago the idea of making the battle between Dialga and Palkia a stage itself, the pokemons battling and the brawl in the middle, i'd rather this than more bosses.
-
cool, I want to keep Petey Pirahna on my little shelf!
-
COIN LAUNCHER
You have to earn your trophies now.
…. This is actually pretty fucking awesome.
-
Cool update! I have mixed feelings though. On one hand, Sakurai has given us a cool new mini-game to play. It's a shooter game and that's awesome. On the other hand, I hope this doesn't put some trophies into "urban legend" status, or basically makes them too hard to get. Who knows? It looks fun. I hope it doesn't get too difficult.
-
I can see myself playing that for hours and hours, even after I have all the trophies.
-
Yeah
I hated having a 500 million coins in Melee and having no use for them.
-
That's awesome, way better than the lottery, and it really adds variety - if you don't feel like fighting, you can go shoot shoot shoot.
And judging by some of the trophies in there (Phantom Ganon, Medli) there's probably going to be a shitload more than 290 this time around.
EDIT: My mistake, I think Phantom Ganon is actually a sticker in that screenshot.
-
This mode reminds me of the shoting minigame in between the worlds of kingdom hearts II..
I'm guessing that this week is trophy hunt week, what kind of trophy obtaining of yore is left, the completing single player and the specific condition ones?
And look at that, the vault has been opened, only single and data left
-
Looks like Sakurai wants us to work for trophies this time, rather than just having them handed to us like usual. Makes me wonder if Classic mode will force you to do anything before getting the trophy for the character you beat it with.
-
Coin Launcher looks extremely ingenious and fun.
Like some others have said, I can see myself playin' this shit for a looooooooooong time.
-
I know what you mean. Its good to see that coins have more purpose this time around.
"Wait, this is a fightin' game!?"
-
Pretty freaking awesome mode. I too can see myself playing that mode longer than planned.
-
I’m gonna have you play every inch of this game!
The bastard's not kidding.
Great update. I love Sakurai's incentive to improve every minute piece of the game.
-
Very cool update

Man, the bad thing is I have only a month + a few days to beat all my Christmas games before this game ABSORBS me.
Awesome update. What's all the trophies they show, if anyone knows?
-
@Komrade:

I saw a Shadow Ganon somewhere in there, Chain Chomp, those two Pelican ladies from Animal Crossing, and I'm not sure who that golden guy in the first pic is.
-
I belive goldie is sir kibble (cut ability) from kirby. And I read the one with the red dot is an enemy from pikim.
I loved collecting trophies in adventure mode in melee and it seems he out done himself.
-
Yes, that's Sir Kibble, chuckin' his little helmet blade around.
-
cool, that's all
-
I've re-read the update and I've warmed up to it. Coin Launcher seems fun! It doesn't seem like that much of a hassle. Mini-games are always a nice thing to throw into a game.
-
That's a pretty interesting update, at least now coins won't start being useless for a long time. I wonder how many more trophies there will be total though. Including yesterday's update, I'm glad there are different ways to get trophies.
-
Not sure if this has been posted but more fun conjecture for you people: http://gonintendo.com/?p=32389

interesting
-
Yay! Kirby's un-nerfed!
-
Dragon from kirby is a AT. and something about WiFi. -
It's an item, not an AT.
No updates for a week.
-
Sweet, A Kirby Air Ride item, looks like fun to build and use
-
"Data Sent By Nintendo"
Let the speculation run wild.
-
Well he said you get a daily stage builder stage. Can't think of anything else unless they accept screenshots.
Dragoon promises to be great fun.
-
They'll send you Geno and a dick in your mouth is what
-
I just hope that those types of items won't have too much of it's kind.
-
Ooh, Dragoon, huh? Looks like a powerful item and Air-Ride.
-
I wasn't expecting to see Dragoon, that looks pretty amazing. And Rosalina being an AT really opens the floodgates for other Wii games having representation.
Hm, no more updates until my next semester starts, I'll live. By then the game will be almost out in Japan…man, less then a month until it's out and we learn the whole roster. I can't wait.
-
Rosalina AT? Where was she revealed?

Dragoon is a awesome item
