You seem to be forgetting that Szayel is already taking on two captain level opponents with ease thanks to his ''stupid'' release.
And by the way people look at Mayuri's bankai, he could pretty much kill anyone, which I really don't see happening.

Maybe Noitora is a special case, kind of like how Ichigo's zanpakuto is always in its initial release. Maybe that's why Noitora's weapon looks way different than any of the other espadas. I mean all the others seems to have at least some kind of basic sword, but then you have Noitora with a giant double scythe thing.

No. If that were the case, he wouldn't look human.
My guess is his released for will center around circles, crescents, and other curves in one way or another. It's already present in his design now (his weapon, his grin, his collar, and many other parts of his body are rounded or curved), and I suspect it'll be full-force in his design when released. Possibly revolving around blades and scythes, who knows.
Though I do suspect a snake motif, too, but I'm not as certain on that one.

Sorry, seeing Nel in her centauress form just made me think of "Umagon Rock"...but its still a strange/interesting Ressurection. As for Szayel...hopefully Dodon & Pessche finally finish him off so we won't have to see that fight anymore.

A character doesn't have to unoriginal to be terrible.

I'm wondering why so many people are bitching about that. They act as if Bleach has become terrible because two shitty characters didn't get the final stand off with the villain of the day.

I was kinda hoping Ishida could get a rematch later. I enjoy Ishida fights since it seems like Kubo actually puts some thinking into it. But Kubo really seems intent in giving this arc a gigantic deus ex machina ending. Oh well.

Thing is that Nnoitra is just one of the creepiest cheaters in this series. He does everything a bad guy does to make themselves look like a creep: hit a man when he's down, force other people to create advantages, crush women & children, take advantage of a weak opponent after he's nearly exhausted from another fight…the creep doesn't care what he does and that makes him effective. Still think he should have attacked Ichigo more but that's what Nel (probably the only good character in this whole scenario) is for.

Honestly, I think I'd be more accepting of an excessively dirty character if he had a better design.
Then again, I don't think of any characters in the series who's really similar. Mayuri is the only character that comes to mind but he's more of a sadistic asshole, like Syazel.

Didn't like that part but prior to that I liked her. Pride is the downfall of many manga characters (see Vegeta towards Cell, Sarutobi towards Orochimaru)

Personally I loved the idea of an Espada who shrunk down from a much sexier form. A baby Espada was nice for Nel but since she became more interesting since the Nnoitra fight started. Besides, now she's "reshrunk", we know she has limitations even if she goes all the way to "sexy centauress".
BTW: saw a fanart depicting her as a Pokemon…after the last couple chapters, I think she's more a Digimon myself.

It was a pretty good chapter. Nel's release is sort of lame, but seeing baby Nell back is pretty cool. Hopefully Orihime can heal Ichigo now or something and Ichigo can just finish this damn fight. And Pesche and Donchaka… holy shit. Those guys are awesome.

Ichigo finishing the fight would be awful, especially if it involved the same 'I MUST HAVE RESOLVE' bullshit that plagued his fight with Grimmjow.

Well I think he doesn't need to be healed by Inoue as he will get mad at noitora for stepping on Nell's head: He'll become powerful again. That would be annoying and hopefully it won't end like that. Another thing, I just hope Ulquiorra won't come back after they defeat Noitora cos it will just be: yeah, they defeated N.6 then N.5, so let's do N. 4

Ideal situation: someone cool shows up, beats the shit out of Nnoitra, preferably killing him, and then they get the fuck out of there.
Or, more likely, after Nnoitra is defeated by Nel Ulquiorra shows up and Ichigo kills him.
What would be really nice is if Kubo would restart this arc and do it consistently well.

I don't think that the vizards would attack recklessly Hueco Mundo. And as Shinji said " I don't like to butt in a shinigami fight" . If there is any help coming it should be from Urahara as he said he would do whatever he can to help them. he feels a bit guilty about Inoue.

I'm kinda half and half on it.
The javelin was pretty cool and has some potential for an interesting fighting style, but the furry legs just seem a bit…tacky, although I should have expected them to turn out like that.
Anyhow, one thing I'm definitely glad though, is that Szayel is actually going to be taken out by two awesome characters other than the two bland ones lying on the floor.
I just find it odd how Kubo didn't show us the Cero combo, since it seemed like perfect timing being near the end of the chapter and all.But that's Bleach's pacing for ya'.
