@Ubiq:
I have to think that Crocodile has had a lot more experience with people using his primary weakness against him seeing as how he was a pirate after all. Ener, on the other hand, probably wasn't even aware of the existance of rubber, let alone its resistance to electricity, until Luffy came along.
So Crocodile is less handicapped by his weakness than Ener as he's fully aware of his limitations and knows how to deal with them. Ener, on the other hand, was pretty much doomed by how insanely powerful he is as there was little in the White Sea and White-White Sea that could stand against him. As a result, when Luffy came strolling up, the guy had no concept of how to deal with him.
Ok fair enough but that still makes him a lower level fighter. It may not be his own fault but he isn't as good as croc.
@ freedom
I know quite alot about grounding, and i'd like to know how crocodile can escape allowing the lightening passing through him and also do the "grounding". I'll search for the post, i'm leaving work and i'm quite happy to be going home.
Croc's sand isn't normal sand I explained this to you in another thread I'm sure of it and you understood me. A sand sword/stick cannot smash stone and half the ground, but croc's can because he is extremely skilled with his DF. It's been trained to a level where his sand is stronger than rock.
So the lightning could easily use his body to discharage into the earth.
There's no denying Crocodile displaying better fighting technique than Enel, but all powers considered, there just isn't enough evidence for me to see Crocodile surviving lightening attacks.
Kind of explained it above,sorry I saw this after I wrote the first part.
Unless i've completely misunderstood how logia powers work. even if say crocodile has the ability to ground enel's attacks, it's at least a stalemate. how is crocodile going to hit Enel? and i'm not talking about mantra, i'm talking about actually hitting him w/ his sand powers.
Correct the first fight would be a draw, what happens when croc comes back prepared though? RUBBER, but you could say the same to me so I'll settle with a draw.
@ronaldo
Do you really think that Luffy's blood is enough to suck up a sandstorm? Look at his final attack. Why would he bother to use his best attack if it would be immune to Ruffy antway.
He doesn't suck it up, it makes whatever part he touches soft and mushy so he easily stops whatever he touches. Like he did with desertspada was it?
That shows me that you didn't read this topic. I said more than once that Croc is phisicaly stronger than Enel.
Well actually it shows I don't read your posts
Smokr knew that he was going at something bigger than just Alabasta.

Yep smoker knew he wanted pluton, he read his mind. Smoker also doesn't decide how large a bounty is and smoker tells the government to EAT SHIT!!
I'm not sure how much his word is worth at the deep end, but one thing is for sure there is no mention of pluton.
Do you think that Zoro could have beaten Croc during Alabasta arc?
You ask too many of these questions and never reply, I don't feel the urge to answer you but I'll give you a hint. Luffy=Zoro
