At the same time, all those you listed have the same skin as every single other human in the manga. Though I suppose you could go by other physical features, but you seem to disregard to. Though there's the other color pages, but if you look at the Baroque Works one, those you listed don't look any different those in the calender.

Usopp's mom was definitly white. His dad's kinda mexicanish, but in the manga he's more black. Just throwing this out there, but Blackbeard is really fat.

I'm not saying Nojiko is black because of her lips and saying she black because of her skin color i could be wrong it might be tan and NuFiasco right Kidomaru is black and he doesn't have big lips

I'm of 100% black African descent. And I don't have oversized lips nor do I believe blacks generally do or whatever.
My comment was actually said in sarcastic jest as I just find it pretty damn absurd that people believe X character is black by virtue of just having full lips. In other words I agree with you.
