! well wasn't expecting ONE to reuse that scenario again, at least not so soon. And if anything he came at the perfect time to stop the sibling quarrel. Just his presence is enough to stop what they were doing, he'll probably say something nonchalantly and go walk back to HA HQ. tats will get fed up and leave frustrated but to Fubuki, it will be a small, but very important victory. At least this is my guess.

I think Tatsumaki was getting little desperate with Saitama specially when she was so worn out, she already tried every trick she could do to Saitama without any effect and in last ditch effort she sealed Saitama underground hoping she could deal Fubuki and her group without interferance.
But she was already worn out after fighting Saitama and on top of that Saitama appears without any injury, bristling with power I guess Tatsumaki had no choice but retreat, this isn't over by a long shot and when Tatsumaki recovers I am certain that she will go after Saitama again.

Tats sure didnt care if she got killed, her first thing in mind was not let Fubuki seeing her in a weak state, now that she,her group and Saitama has seen her like that, it was a huge blow to her pride..

As much as people talk about looking forward to seeing Tatsu get beat up, she tends to be pretty fearless and non-flinching at it as shown in the MA arc.
I'm also pretty cool with the resolution so far. The main conflict was between Fubuki (and her group) and Tatsumaki, so it's good to see the group not want to win in that way. Of course, there'll still be more conflicts in the future, so I guess it's not good for those who wanted everything resolved between them here.

Since nothing has been resolved this arc things are bound to get worse like Tatsumaki going insane completely and making a face heel turn.

Indeed, and it makes me appreciatte Bang even more, despite being extremely powerful(one-shotting dragons), he was humble enough to see how Saitama was beyond his league from the get go.

Bang is the exception. The other S heroes are too crazy and self absorbed too aknowledge Saitama.
Fubuki is unexperienced and has an inferiority complex thanks to her sister. She probably thinks of Tatsumaki as a terrible monster (she is, in a way)

To be fair, Tatsumaki herself is much more powerful than everyone else in S class. Just not Saitama levels of power, so it's not surprising Fubuki would have a hard time imagining people more powerful than her sister.

Read Murata's first, watched the anime and after it read the whole webcomic as well…
And holy shit... OPM is by far the best thing in my opinion I have read for the last years. I know it isn't a masterpiece in storytelling and it is a parody. But the "simple" story with the comedy and characters are really awesome. Furthermore I like that there is still some "depth" in it... Not even talking about the actions scenes.
Maybe it is the simplicity which lets me enjoy it more than even One Piece currently.
The anime put my love even further... It is everything I have been missing for years. The actions scenes are actually more DBish as DB itself. The art style is outstanding as well. Madhouse really is awesome.
And it pains me even more that One Piece and DragonBall are nothing compared to it. Thanks TOEI.

They have BASICALLY The same story with a few differences. Usually the redrawn version has a bit more meat added to some events and fleshes them out a little bit more, tho there's a few things that are wholesale new. (like Saitama's Tournament thing he's doing right now)
The Redrawn version obviously looks way better as Yusuke Murata of Eyeshield 21 fame is behind the art, and it honestly looks spectacular. I think I like his version far better because in his iteration, with the amazing art for most of the manga, it's WAY more readily apparent when Saitama is drawn differently for comedic effect and that makes it way funnier.
ONE isn't a bad artist, I've seen his other manga and it's pretty good, but I think he rushes OPM to get it out as fast as possible.
that being said, and this one should be obvious but the webcomic came first so the story is further along in it. It's like a whole arc or two ahead (depending on if you count Garou and Monster Association as the same or different arcs)
Either way, I'd recommend reading Murata's version first until you're caught up, then if you wana know what happens next, start reading the Webcomic.

Honestly I kinda like how less drawn everything looks in the webcomic. Not only is One damned good at paneling his fights in which everything is choreographed pretty well with a flow and direction that makes sense, the unique style kinda gives off that general reminder that this series is not to be taken too seriously, which can often be the case for people who get too engrossed in the "cool" factor. Saitama being drawn consistently nonseriously also kinda gives him an air of not giving any fucks about these weird, giant extrapolations in logic people make, and everyone else being drawn in an absurd way highlights their faults even moreso.
And let's not forget that One can really serve something fantastic if he really chooses to do so. I'd say that the recent boss' appearance was pretty well drawn out in all his forms. He probably brings out a greater level of detail for moments that should be more intimidating, and it definitely works pretty well. Definitely is a highlight in Mob Psycho 100.

I think Murata's art no longer has the impact as before.
He no longer does those "frame by frame" animations and other fresh experiments (I never understood why they were removed from the tankoubon versions in the first place). While he is still an amazing artist I think the redrawn version has lost the element of surprise, even when there is a lot of new content on it.

I never said the webcomic was BAD necessarily, just that it does clearly lack polish.
Plus, my big thing is… it's kindof a big part of the joke that Saitama is drawn differently than everyone else. Saitama gives no fucks so he looks kinda derpy as a result in the way he's drawn. I just, personally, think that joke is better portrayed in the Murata version because in the ONE Version, I think the lack of detail and the roughness of the art makes it a little harder to determine that Saitama's supposed to be overall drawn different. I think seeing the Murata version where everyone is drawn really well, and then you cut to Saitama who practically looks like Murata traced the ONE version, it makes the joke work better.
Like, this chapter is the perfect illustration of what I'm getting at.
You watch these people argue with Saitama and the scene keeps cutting back and forth between these people yelling at him with a fair level of definition to the way they're drawn, then it cuts back to Saitama who is VERY noticeably drawn in a much more simple and silly way. I think it's hysterical. When he goes "Serious", in this case, when he's goaded into giving a "Proper greeting" he is suddenly drawn well for a frame, and then immediately reverts back to simpler lineart and less complicated shading.
The ONE version doesn't have this as much because everything is overall simpler so the gap between how simple Saitama is drawn and how everyone else is drawn is much narrower, and I think it lessens the impact of the joke.
Just my opinion tho, ONE's version definitely has its own charm as well.
