! Hmmm….I looked up the dumpster idea. I don't know. Might be enough room...
! [hide]http://i64.tinypic.com/21cbdi0.jpg[/hide]Might not be…
! [hide]http://i63.tinypic.com/k56987.jpg[/hide]Even the first picture is pushing it. But yeah, if he is alive it's going to be something very cheap and stupid unless the writers have some kind of amaizing idea no one else has thought of.! I agree with you completely, but this is a show where a woman who's driving on a road with no other drivers, still gets into a car crash. Or Hershel with his infinite ammo at the end of Season 2. But don't get me wrong, I absolutely do not want it to be the dumpster at all.
! Come now children, let us get into a circle and pray. Let us pray that they have something 2 weeks from now to make up for the messed up camera angles and cutting the scene where Nicholas somehow has 1 bullet left, but clearly shows he was firing blanks. Luckily Rick's awesome bad ass blind fire in the RV made me forget the Glenn scene completely. -
! i was pretty disapointed that glen didnt jump to the sides. there was a clear place to just jump to to the sides

! Now that was a great fucking episode. God Morgan is such a great character.
-
why do we have to put spoiler? this discussion is for the TV series, most of us have already watched the latest episodes b4 posting in this thread.
-
Yes most not all as some of us tend to get behind in watching.
-
isnt it basic internet etiquette to wait 1 day so everybody has a chance to watch it?
-
But also if you're going into a thread having not watched the latest episode you are an idiot
-

Eh I just do it out of common courtesy for a couple of days. After that I then subscribe to the post above me.
-
Here's a rule to live by when it comes to spoilers. Better safe than sorry. But yeah, after a few days it should be safe to post spoilers but regardless I take little chance.
! Great character study episode. Morgan is a good character and his mentor was a good character but I think this whole Aikido philosophy in this world is not only dangerous but fatal. I would say Eastman is naive of how bad people are because he didn't venture too far from his cabin and meet the people who survive in this world, but I'd be mistaken. The man knew about how evil a person could be before the world went to hell. He knew that there was some evil that could not be reformed. He knew that there were some people beyond helping.
! So what do you do with a person like that if you encounter them and you refuse to kill them? Morgan might be facing that dilemma right now. In the old world you would just send them away and keep em' locked up and let taxpayer money deal with them. In the new world you can either let them go and risk them coming back on you, or take them in to use your precious supplies on keeping them alive and risk your life if they get the chance to turn on you. And there's a difference between what Morgan is doing and what Eastman did for him. By taking in Morgan, Eastman risked his own life. By Morgan taking that Wolf guy in he's risking not only his life but the entire community. Big difference. Also, Eastman worked with dangerous people for years so he could spot if they were truly past the point of no return or not. Morgan even commented Eastman on his ability to redirect. Morgan? I don't know.
! I think in this world since you can't exactly risk leaving the psychopaths to their own endeavors the best thing to do is kill them. It's harsh but it's survival. You can't always live and let live and survive in the world they are in now. It's just different. But maybe the show will prove me wrong but I doubt it. -
Last ep felt so DEM to me
I would have liked it more if they left the guy and the goat alive and their fate up to speculation but they took the extremely predictable route
-
I like Morgan and I'm glad they explained his behavior. But I kept drifting to sleep haha.
-
I'm not a fan of this show…in the slightest...but this week's episode was honestly their best in years.
Then they kinda peed on the goodwill they generated by killing their awesome new character. It was like a game of when will they kill the dog and predictably they killed him.
-
But really anyone was hoping for Eastman to make it. It wouldn´t have make any sense for the story of Morgan. Kudos for the actor and the screenwriter, a really good episode.
-
Holy moly and we thought the governor had great casting…..ladies and gentlemen and walkers, meet your new big bad.

Spoilers regarding the casting choice and comic plotline:
! Negan showing up in the finale makes me wonder whether it'll be Glenn who will make the acquaintance with Lucille. We already had someone missing from the start of the season only to be shown her demise in the finale (Sophia, season 2). Having Glenn presumed dead (he obviously isn't, even if his situation seemed inescapable), finding out that he isn't and then for him to fall to Negan either at the end of season 6 or pretty early into season 7… I dunno, seems kinda repetitive. Also, Glenn's death in the comics was so shocking since he was one of the most beloved characters and nobody expected it. But now, many people already know of his fate in the comics, so it wouldn't be as much of a shock. Whereas there might be other characters who are a fan favorite and non-existant in the comics who they could kill of to deliver a much bigger surprise...
! Also, it's kinda hard to imagine Danny Duqette walking around, killing people with a barbwired baseball bat while not giving a shit. -
! They kinda squandered Glenn's reveal there by waiting so long to show that he was alive. By now most of the tension was gone and the longer it took the more obvious it was that he was alive. I don't know what was going through the writers' brains when they decided to wait this long to reveal the plot but I'm sure it was something along the lines of, 'Ohhh, they're going to EXPLODE with tension by the time we get back to that infamous dumpster scene again.' But it was more like the momentum was already deflated.
! I think the best time for the reveal would have been the week after Morgan's episode. A 2 week wait would have been sufficient.
! I'm happy he is alive. I am, even though it was stupid that not one single zombie bit or clawed through his partially covered body while he was lying down in the middle of a horde. Overall, a decent episode that was just a giant setup for next week's. Like, at least 3 different things were going down before that tower came down. 1. The prisoner being discovered 2. Carl about to be shot 3. Glenn being discovered. Next week a lot of things are coming to a head. -
! in stead of strenghtening the wals. why dont they make proper escape planse with multiple scenrio`s. if 1 wall breaks there should be multiple escape routes. or at least secundary defense mechnisms like paralle holes with only a couple of poitns to cross it. heck build castle like defenses. they knew the prison wsnt enough why didnt the lern nything from that
-
[hide]Do you think they're trying to use Enid to fill the role of Sophia in the comics? Like, is Glenn getting close to Enid, leading to him and Maggie to adopting her? I dunno.
What the hell kind of name is Enid?[/hide]
-
! I don't blame that kid for wanting to shoot Carl. When Rick was trying to teach him how to shoot a gun Carl's constant colour commentary was so obnoxious. He's already getting lessons from grizzly Rick 'Bite your throat out' Grimes, he doesn't need any extra comments from the Milky bar kid.
-
! CORAL NOOOOOO!!!
! I'm so happy that that petulant little shit Sam finally got what he deserved. Also great to see Eugene and Gabrielle finally sack up and find their nuts when the group needed them most. Oh and Glenn, stop giving me heart attacks! -
! I bet Carl didn't see that coming.
-
! Man… That was rough to get through.
! I find it funny how they had a whole dramatic moment with Jessie's death. Brief flashes of when she was happy and smiling. But when the kids die? Nah. Drop em' like a bad habit.
! Machonne kissing Carl's forehead did make me sad, though. -

[hide]Yeah, I know. It's just funny to see that.
As much as I didn't like Sam, watching him die was rough and horrible to see.[/hide]

I like how everyone is saying that it was the best episode in a while. Look what happens when you use the comic as source-material. So excited for Negan!
-
Man can I watch this online anywhere? Freakin Time Warner man, the whole station is just a black out and nothing is recorded. Not the first time this happened. So sick of Time Warner.
-
! Not to be a party pooper but I don't know why you're all getting so excited. Yeah that was the best episode in a while but isn't that the formula? A spectacle of a beginning and nothing happens for an entire season?
! As to the episode itself, it was a spectacle but I just found it unintentionally hilarious mostly. Trying to have serious, pretentiously dramatic moments in the same episode where Darryl killed a bunch of motorcycle raiders with a rocket launcher.
! I dunno about you guys but I found that scene with the kid munching to be hilarious, it was just so terribly directed with the low key badly acted reactions of the people as it happened, the bad edits of Rick's love interest cut into the footage while she was being munched on, Carl getting shot in the eye with perfect comedic timing, you could have played a laugh track to that whole scene. -

If you have an xbox you can buy the season pass. It's typically out early on Monday…Or really late on Sunday.

Thanks. I saw this site last night. Is it reliable or do I need to worry about a virus?

I've never had any issues with it. I don't download anything though, just stream and of course run adblock.
-
Cool, thank you.
-
Ok, so…
! Lots of action, surprising moments, gore and suspence after many boring episodes. So, certainly as an average TWD fan I'd be really excited about this.
! However, analysing what happened really ruins it. "The massacre of the idiots" is the first part, the bikers who acted cool and ended up being blown up, the stupid family dying, basically because: 1. The kid was a dumbass and so was the other one 2. They were unimportant characters, the blonde relationship with Rick was just an excuse to give them some importance 3. It was a crappy plan to begin with. They wanted to do the marathon and it took them about 18 hours just to cross the street…way to go. The Wolf, lol...
! Coral well...I was about to cheer, but it was obvious that the writers only kill people with no names. Of course a shot through your eye doesn't kill you, like it's always the case. Rick goes crazy again (the only thing he does besides crying and in the episode he did them both alternatively) and becomes a ninja with the other villagers that had never even handled a tweezer before this episode. Nice. I'm not even gonna talk about Glenn, it really looks like the writers decided that he's gonna routinely end up being gangraped by zombies and make it through....
! But the best part to me was ...and let me write it down if it does makes sens 1. There are zombies in a ditch 2. Rick has the idea to let them out and drive them around 3. The plan obviously sucks and it goes wrong and lots of people die 4. They solve the problem by getting the zombie together and burn them. Seriously?
And there were people saying that the plan of burning them in the first place didn't make sense...come on... -
I think I'm going to catch up on Fear of the Walking Dead now. Eventually the survivors of that group will meet up with the group we've grown so familiar with now so might as well start.

They do? Or is this a guess of where the show ftwd might head?
-
I doubt that'll happen. Mainly because the executive producer said it's not logical.
-
Aw, I just thought they would. Yeah, it was just a guess. I haven't even started the show yet.
-
@Galaxy:

Aw, I just thought they would. Yeah, it was just a guess. I haven't even started the show yet.
I hope not. It would be a massive deviation from the comics and wouldn't make sense logistically since both stories take place on opposite ends of the country. Rick and co struggle even just to make it a few measly miles. That would be way too many Walkers they would have to get through.
-
! When they were on the couch next to each other I thought, 'They would make a cute couple.' When they started kissing I was like, 'Whooooaaaa wtf is happening?! I was just musing!!!'
! But it's all good. It just shocked the hell out of me. -
! Rick x Michonne doesn't really surprise me. Rick needs to get laid and his love interests keep dying. Doesn't surprise me in the slightest that he finally said 'fuck it' and is settling for the one woman capable of holding her own in this world. They're good for each other and i'm surprised it didn't happen sooner, lol. Also, more importantly!!!JESUS HAS FINALLY MADE HIS DEBUT! YES!!
-
! Well, I guess I found a new favorite character for when Glenn dies.
-
! Finally, for the entire season I've been wondering why Rick was wasting his time on that blonde bimbo and her dumb ass kids when there was an indestructible samurai already living in his house taking care of his kids.
-
! zzzzz
Ok…we had two important things: the introduction of this superpower guy and the fact that Rick finally got laid. The rest was really MEH
! -Carl revived in 2 minutes going for a walk with the girl for no reason: useless and very "Twilight"
-Donkeyman and Michonne going to re-kill the Mayoressss (that confirmed the fact that she was an idiot): useless and boring
-Rick and Daryl (or Dumb and Dumber) that lost not once but TWICE a truck filled with food in a ridiculous way: useless and funny at the same time...
! The ending was called, we saw right from the start that Michonne wa the new best friend of Rick...and we knew that Rick was so horny he would have banged a dying coyote...Anyway, they are a good couple...unfortunately it won't last long, since Rick jinxes every relationship he's in...
! ps. They bummed us with the whole Maggie-Glenn thing and they didn't even show them?
ps2. IR Babboon Eugene must die. BADLY
ps3. How is it that everyone gets out of town and nobody notices it? They are like 15 in the whole village... -
I'm not too sure how I feel about the last couple of episodes. I really can't tell where this is supposed to be going.
! The place where Jesus lives is kinda meh. Their leader is…Awful. Then this quest Rick's group gets sent on is a bit disappointing. I suppose they are supposed to be shown as being closer to desperate for food. But it's not really conveyed well enough...Rick swayed back again to wanting to be the type to believe in people to being an attack dog within a couple epsiodes. It's kinda ridiculous.
! Now for this most recent episode. I couldn't tell if Carol was trying to con this Negan group or if she was sliding back into a unreliable person. Maggie could have now just lost her baby and it'd be partially Carol's fault for not stepping up sooner. But mostly Maggie'so fault for even going on this trip. It was unbelievably stupid. She was already having her luck pressed by nearly losing Glenn a dozen times, was she thinking she was invincible?
! The conversations in this episode also weren't really that engaging to me when I realized that this did not really appear to be a distraction for time. But. In the end they killed a bunch of people anyways and the Kill room was a good idea at least. Overall not liking this particular arc. Too many of the veteran group is making overly stupid decisions. -
! I think the deal with Carol is that she's growing a conscience for all the killing she has done. Not that she didn't have one before but the effects of it all are just now catching up with her. She even remembered the number of people she killed, I think, so that tells you it was having some effect on her if she bothered to remember the stats, but the ramifications of what/who that makes her are now raining down on her. What separates her from all the others out there? Is she the good guy, bad guy, or is there nothing but the middle? A survivor.
! All of this happening is definitely the fault of Morgan and his no killing philosophy. He has gotten into her head. We'll see if this is a good thing or bad.
! As for the arc itself, yeah, I haven't been feeling this angle of them walking into all this danger for some food. I thought they were supposed to be better than that. They took out a whole base of people, unprovoked, for supplies. Yeah, they were assholes and probably deserved it but jeez. I'm most excited to get this Neegan mystery out of the way and see which main character not named Rick, Daryl, Michonne, or Carl is going to die for the season finale. -
shit's getting interesting now, Some major players captured. I guess Negan network is much bigger than it seems.. What's up with all the spoilers? we're discussing AMC series, not the comics, I don't think the spoilers are appropriate.
-
^ Because not everyone gets to see the episodes as they air?
-
Well it's their problem, we don't use spoilers when discussing in OP current chapter thread, so why use it here? Most of the stuff that are being discuss here are from the latest episodes, Why are they even lurking here if they haven't seem em' yet.
