Anyway, anyone ZoSan shipper here? I'm definitely not a yaoi shipper for OP (dunno just thinking they all too manly to get yaoi-ship) and always got gosebump everytime i see ZoSan fanpic. But lately i found ZoSan doujinshi with creator name: ROM-13/NARI (if i'm not wrong) and well… I shocked because it was very good doujin! The stories are soo natural and their drawing skill are amazing! So i was read all ROM-13/NARI's doujin eventhough i'm not ZoSan fans at all lol.

I'd thought Senor vs Franky battle scene would be hilarious so I must say it really got me when it turned out to be the most feel out of all battles against the family D: I particularly like that scene when he wondering whether he'd see his Lucian once more if he continued flying to the sky. I'm dawwing a lot.

Rightt??? before i read that battle scene, i always wondering why Senor using baby clothes and whatsoever since in the past his style was quite good.
and i'm not expected that Oda would give us flashback of Senor love life. so i'm really touched with the reason why Senor suddenly changed his style. :') :') oh, and Franky was quite badass tho! hahaha

recently i realize about something about romance in One Piece…
say, do you think Oda knows that there's a lots of shipper fans like us in the world?

if he knows about it.... then, what if, actually Oda gives some hints or special moments for every popular ship by purpose?
let's say it's only kind of fan-service from him to his female reader. (um, is there any male shipper anyway?)
so it's like Oda never pairs his main characters with others, but because of too many shipper fans, sometimes he made a little moments 'X' with 'y' or 'X' with 'Z' just so his shipper fans can be happy of it.

Or, i also thought, actually Oda wants to pair his characters with somebody, but he couldn't do that because his editor not allowed him to make it since it might be impact with One Piece popularity. you know, Oda ever mentioned in SBS/interview (i forgot), that he is the most person who cannot express what he wanted to.(not sure he was joking or not about this, but if i read about mangaka in Japan, i think it's possible since the professional mangaka cannot publish any story as he wants without getting approval from the Editor. and editor will always look based on what will become popular or acceptable for the readers. *also heard sometimes mangaka and editor can be fighting because of this.)

hmm sorry to say, actually i'm not fan of ZoroxRobinxChopper family-concept, coz i never see chopper as their son. imo the bonds between chopper with zoro or robin is more like lil brother than son. I also dislike marriage concept of ZoRobin, it's just way too far from Their characters. :'))

But your explanation about Zoro's plate is also intresting. I also, didnt think Zoro is kind of man with such of manner. Just say, with his personality, it will be suits more if he took the pizza with his bare hand (like luffy did.) instead of he brings the small plate first before he took pizza then eat it. So yeah, maybe someone gave the pizza's plate for him. (…can i scream now?)

...Thinking of that, I must be crazy, why i've got so excited like this just because of pizza plate...? Puhahahahaa xD

Barto-chan i think your first analysis is more possible than the second one. I also think that maybe, if oda knows all about these madness shipping, sometimes he will give those kind of 'fan service' so the hardcore shipper fans will got excited cos of it. Lol.
For the 2nd analysis, yeah i know thats what really happened for lots of professional mangaka, many of their editor has a lot of power controls to decide the manga plot story. But if we talked about Oda, i'm not sure the editor still possible to control him that much. I mean, Oda can be count as the most successful and the richest mangaka in japan (maybe in the world?) for this time. so with S-class rank mangaka like him, usually his Editor will treat him in very special way. Lets think about this case, If the editor controlled him too much 'till Oda getting sick of it, i think Oda has power to decide to change his editor or the publisher. or in the worst case, if he refuse to continue making OP cos of they control him too much, it will be extremely chaos for JUMP itself.
So based on that… Imo, your first analisis is more possible to me. :3

My topmost pair is Zoro/Perona =p (which reminds me, I went all Barto at the recently trio Kuraigana scene asgdshgdsagdjh wish Oda gives some more!!)

For another pair, I guess I don't mind Zoro/Nami (just realizing I think I'm ok with Nami-centric lol). And I prefer Tashigi with Smoker more, they're cute <3

I think he knows, or someone would've told him in case he's busy researching story material rather than checking the fandom, lol. Actually I don't have any new argument myself. But yes, I agree he is putting hints to many pairs for fan-service. Though romance isn't dominant in his manga, romance still an essential part of manga, be it shonen genre, that's why I think he did that way so people can still enjoy romance within nakamaship he set out the most. By putting hints to all pairs, he'd like to be fair to all shippers yes…though, I hope if he is intended to make some real pairs, he'll do it in a way so it doesn't go too abruptly. I'm good as long as he keeps putting hints to lead me to enjoy his choice as well xDD I don't know what to say about that editor things, just hoping if his editor ever forbid him that's because of something more technical like some scenes may better put in the next chapter etc. To forbid him doing plot-wise stuffs is kinda sad :'( I really wanna know to what extent his ideas can lead him to make the whole OP he wanted it be. I have no problem with all his romance plot like Kyros/Scarlet, Sai/Baby5, Senor Pink/Luciane, etc, by far so I just believe he can make another good romance that won't upset the popularity should he want to make other couples. Still, whatever the result be there's nothing they can do to change fandom. There's always people who love it and haters are gonna hate, that happens regardless shrugs

Yeah I guess I do kind of like it but I think Usopp and Nami work best as devious cohorts. Maybe with slight Usopp crushing on Nami. :)
I don't actually have an OTP as such. I like the main straw hats as Nakama then in relationships with each other or anyone else really.
Outside of them I've not really got a character I like enough to want to pair up. Erm AceXVivi maybe? I dunno.
