You know, he doesn't have to give you a refund for items that aren't out yet, right? If you want to cancel, you will lose the deposit. PERIOD. You agreed on that when you preordered there. So he has no reason to give your money back. NONE. If they are delayed (Roro's case), then it's a different matter.
Invoices of the SCultures Nightmare Luffy, Law BIG and Kinemon have been sent out. If you don't want to pay for the shipping quote or don't want the items anymore, it's not 1Up's problem, and you don't have any right to ask for a refund or a transfer. If he agrees on that is out of good will.

Thanks. You can go by the letter of the law as much as you want, but at the end of the day, it's downright unethical.
Let's say you pre-ordered from him, and he's cut off contact. You haven't heard from him in a month. Would you say, "You know what? He had a sentence in his small prints that gives him the freedom to NOT give you your money back." Would you just back down because he's technically right? No. You would do anything in your power to get either your money or your items back. So stop giving me this white-knight bullshit. Just because he has a "save my ass" sentence in his small print doesn't make him right.
