Hi guys. i need an advice for a problem i'm having with a shop: Animarket

I preordered the POP Rebecca from them. In the middle of september i received the invoice to fullfill the payment for the item and so i did.
i waited more than a month for it to arrive but nothing. I decided to check the site and…surprise! the invoice didnt cover the shipping cost that had to be paid apart.
i've paid it and on the site i can read near the item that the order is being processed but, after a week, i didn't receive any mail telling me it has beem shipped.

i wrote 2 mails to the store but without answers. Someone have any suggestion for me on what to do now?

Don't worry about plamoya. i've ordered many items from this store and i've never had a problem. Very often they do good offers and the prices are determined by the japan market (so sometimes a less popular character or a common figure can be found at a very low price)

I just bought nami glitter&glamour from one piece film gold and i just discovered that also hancock will be released!

i hope the quality will be good. The price is also good for a 25cm figure (35$, like nami)

usually i use crunchyroll site for pop models but this time the shipping cost is ridicously high (40 euros)

I payed $100 usd each, not including shipping. Yeah I know. >.< But if you are into Nami and Robin, I feel like they are worth it. There may be more later since these were early raffles, so it's possible the price may go down, but I'm not sure. Actually I think there may be cheaper ones on ebay. The Japanese sellers are pretty reliable, never had any problems with them.

I see ^^ I was luckyer with the total price for both figures, even if both are a bit overpriced (but well, it's the destiny of most ichiban kuji figures).

About the new ichiban kuji line with nami and robin kimono style i want to give you a suggestion.
The prices on ebay and regular sites are crazy high. I've bought both of them using a proxy service and it is way more convenient.
I've looked on yahoo auction japan where, if you are lucky, you can find (regular) nami for around 5000 Yen and Robin for 6800-7000.

I've used the proxy service of Jfigure.com. They are very friendy and they ask 500 Yen plus the 10% of the final price of the items (shipping not included).
In total for both the figures and shipping i've spent 150 Euros, compared to the 120 Euros many sites asks for a single figure
