Since the time-skip, have we seen anyone using Armament Haki the same way as Sentomaru did in Shabondy (is this the correct spelling?) Archipelago? He used it to repel attacks and also attack foes with some sort of shock wave, I don't remember, but no one since the time-skip has used it in the same way right?
Has it been said why?

Well we've seen the Admirals, The Boa sisters, & Rayleigh use it in that fashion after Sentoumaru but post skip no one really utilizes it like that. Might just be cause it hasn't become necessary to do so yet.
After all Rayleigh only explained the basics. We have no idea just what Haki can really do.

One thing is that Sentomaru did those counters FLCL pointed out. Till time skip we didnt seen anything like that again so presumably it differs depending on persons fighting style. We are yet to see more of it.
Second one- I thought the same about dials when I was reading WB war but then we seen some scenes like with Brook, Sanjis hell memories, Daruma fire, Kinemon and non of them was shown at least glimpse of any device that could possibly add element to weapon. So I prefer to base my thinking on that line from Brook about imbuing blade with soul power being hint at rest of guys that I listed.
Either that or Oda might've forgotten about it.

I think that haki might help them avoid getting damage from using those elements on their body but its not source of that fire/ice/electricity/demonic projections.
With that as explanation Sanji after two years of training and getting CoO and CoA now can cover himself whole with fire without getting burned by it. Also he can use that fire elemnt to ignite Diable Jambe right away.
Thats how I see it- not haki being fire or electricity or ice. Haki staying haki and adding new element to fights with spirit-soul related boosts added to attacks and weapons. Sounds most logical to me.

Nahhhh some of Luffy's moves are reference to guns:
Gatling Gun, Pistol, Bazooka, so the Elephant is a reference to the Elephant Gun that is mostly used for hunting Large animals such as Elephants. Get it dude?

That's also the reason why Luffy only use Elephant attacks on stronger opponents in reference for the Elephant Gun's power on taking down bigger and tougher animals. So that attack is more dangerous when coated with CoA. I just hope he can land an Elephant Gatling on Dofla.

Ah, I see. But Rayleigh, The Admirals, & Boa Marigold have done it as well so I'm not sure how you could have missed it.
I'm pretty sure Thunder Lord McGuy isn't called "Thunder Lord" because he uses some cheap dials. Dials alone wouldn't be enough to hang with elite New World pirates in combat. Besides when you see his and Fossa's Blades respectively there clearly isn't any Dial or mechanism apart of their swords.

So I thought the "repel" thing Sentomaru did was level 1 of Armament Haki, level 2 being the black "coating" thing, and level 3 being able to coat weapons and bullets
Anyway, my point is that I don't think it depends on one's fighting style, I simply think that some people can only use level 1 Armament Haki, while others can use level 2, etc.
Keep in mind that these "level 1, 2, etc." are just my way of categorizing different uses of haki, I'm not trying to claim that that's how it actually works =)

The only problem with this is the King's Haki, since we only saw it being used to knock out weak opponents, should that be considered as the only "level"? Or is it possible that there are other uses for King's Haki?
(I suppose Shank's display on Whitebeard's ship could be considered another "level", since we never saw Luffy actually causing physical damage to his surroundings with simply his "presence"; so, if I had to guess, I'd say:
King's Haki "level 1"- Knockout fodder
King's Haki "level 2"- Knockout fodder-mid tier enemies?
King's Haki "level 3"- Knockout fodder-mid tier enemies and physically damage surroundings?
(Although, I hope King's Haki has other uses, causing damage to your surroundings isn't really helpful, and knocking out fodder-mid tiers isn't either when dealing with powerful opponents =/)

That's unlikely, pretty much everyone strong in the New World knows Haki, if Oda decides to do that, it'll be with King's Haki only, Armament and Observation will remain "normal" that anyone can learn.
But even then, I'd hate it if he did that.

I think that ship has sailed when we heard Luffy repeated Roger's same exact words. And numerous times when people said he reminded them of Roger. Not to mention that Loguetown execution stand episode.

I used to think we'd get so see customized Conqueror Haki types, but nowadays I think it would be too much.
You know, we saw Shanks CH cause physical damage to Moby Dick, so I theorized how there could be CH with different effects. Like boosting people's morale, destroying it, stuff like that, to put it simply. Since there are different Conqueror personalities and different ways of "conquering", I thought that maybe those differences would manifest themselves in the way CH works.
But anyway, don't think so any more, so…

Like boosting people's morale, destroying it, stuff like that, to put it simply. Since there are different Conqueror personalities and different ways of "conquering", I thought that maybe those differences would manifest themselves in the way CH works.

Well, but I think CH having destructive force makes sense if user's spirit is that strong, but I think that power of observation is kinda disconnected from such power of individual disposition. From my point of view power of conqueror is supposed to be case of user's spirit being overwhelmly stronger than other spirits, which means that it should surpress other spirits and hence make it harder to "empathise".
I used to think we'd get so see customized Conqueror Haki types, but nowadays I think it would be too much.

Maybe it also blasts away DF powers effects.
Like it doesnt take away DF ability at all but for example it blows away fire started with mera mera fruit, it breaks away the ice that Aokiji made(maybe thats how Doflamingo freed himself), maybe it even pushes away Mingos string trap and thats how Luffy will be able to free himself if he falls for same thing that Sanji had fallen.
CoC must have some additional effect even in fight with very strong people as Doflamingo warned Vergo to be more careful with Luffy than with Law as he has CoC. So something fishy is going on here as well.
I never really considered how Dofla broke that ice around him, but it makes sense he could have done it with CH, if Shanks has shown he can crack wood from quite a distance. So, Dofla does a CH blast, ice cracks apart.

Well, if taking fullbringer arc as reference from Bleach(regardless how bad you think it was), then inaminate objects have their own spirits as well. Well, Merry certainly had her own spirit. Well, if all inaminate objects have a spirit inside then it would explain physical damage caused by CH. Rather than damaging directly it would be result of physical objects getting intimidated as well. Or, if we only consider comfirmed things then Moby ship or whatever it was called might have had it's own spirit like Merry, hence getting affected like a person would if intimidated.

No, in fact I hate it when people call Haki for every little thing. I remember some people saying Sabo pushed Bartolomeo away with Hardening when he first appeared, which was ridiculous. Or Diamante smashed Rebecca with Hardening because his club was black, derp.
But here, with Dofla's example, he either cracked the ice with his physical strength, or he blasted it away with Haki. In the case of latter, there's a precedent in manga, so it's not that much of a stretch at all.

As for the ice on DD, I like your theory of the CH, I don't think in this case it has anything to do with Dofla's physical strength, becouse when Aokiji freezed Whitebeard he said "seems you can't freeze a quack man" refering that Whitebeard freed himself not by strength but by DF.
