@Print:
My sympathies, Prism, that does sound like classic depression, and it is a real nightmare to deal with and get out of because it just saps your energy, your mood, your everything.
Have you perhaps spoken to a doctor about this?
Not really. I already have Hiperactivity and uh… i think Attention disorder is the translation? so a don't know how would react to a third one :/
I still get sad/depression spells thinking about my dog passing and its been 2 years plus I got another pup that I love quite a lot… The loss of a pet is pretty hard to get over sometimes :( Also whenever you get those "Stay in bed" spells or whatever, do the exact opposite and go out for a walk or call a friend over or something. That always helps me (plus shopping therapy which consists of me buying clothes for my sister and groceries for the house lol)
Try concentrating on your work because the sense of accomplishment you get when you do something, is a good anti-depressant by itself! Keep the chocolate close just in case!
You kidding me? What does it matter if it's shit or whatever? You are publishing a book! O: That is awesome and very brave. And it's experience that matters the most. You WILL get better only if you keep writing and writing and publishing more so even if you think your writing is bad now, it can only get better so don't give up especially if it's something you love doing. Also going online for free advertisement is a good idea. See if you can get Amazon to sell it for you too. :U Good luck man!
Thanks for the support Chrissie.
