soulseek is a file-sharing application and tightly knit network used mostly to exchange music, although able to share a variety of files. It was created by Nir Arbel, a former Napster programmer. Like Napster, it relies on a central server. Soulseek is free of spyware and other malicious code. Soulseek is different from other file sharing programs as it allows users the option of downloading full albums instead of just single tracks.

But am pretty sure someone got most of my episodes and hosted them on youtube but if not get soulseek send me a message on here and well take it from there (They also put up alot of yuyu hakusho episodes too) oh, and the show is diff. by the manga.

how does the anime and manga differ. Ive seen the first episode of the ova and it didnt seem to differ that much. (im on that chapter right now)

Well in the show

-Most gore and such were removed ( like when Hisoka rips off that mans arms in the hunter exam or when he has the head of that one guy that was Gons target instead hes wearing his hat hahahahhaa.)

-Gon meets leorio first before they get on the ship and add the fight with kurapica and leorio, a scene which shows leorio on the bus and gon takes care of that one ninja guy who answered that one lady first but dies

Killua and gon Dont start off as friends really quick and add in all this stuff

-A few filler stuff but nothing terrible

-they dont show the whole kastro fight (just scenes)

-they add in a gon vs. illumi fight and add in other things and such but believe me…THE MANGA IS BETTER THEN THE SHOW

i dont know about the OVA's i havent seen them yet

I did some research on this manga. It's rated T+ according to Viz for "realistic violence" (note: T+ is Viz's highest rating; they don't publish AO). What's the truth of this rating?

well that sounds about right with heads literelly getting bitten off and arms being ripped off but its nothing tooo graphic and kill kill kill.

Yeah, the art IS getting better, 260 was a good chapter.
I hope this arc will end soon… it has dragged on way to long, but i hope Togashi will continue doing hunter X Hunter even after this arc is finished.
i knew he took a almost 2 months break recently but what is Togashis condition? What is wrong with him?

The head of the genon ryodan's name in the scanlation in kurorou(or something like that)

though in viz translation it turns out to be chrollo. Can someone like ocean clear this up for me and how viz got that name.

Due to the way Togashi says it in his head and the romanization process, Viz might had to draw to this conclusion.

the way the scanlators did it was just romanize the katakana. The way viz did it was to actually try to translate the name into something that would make some sense in english.

I really enjoy HxH. It's my second favorite manga, aside from OP. Although it takes forever for something new to come out =/

I wish it wasn't censored too. The Killua fight in the tree tops against those weird monkeys was so dang awesome! Shame it got censored. =/

i finished the 3rd ova a few weeks ago, hxh is one of the best animes i've watched so far, eventhough the emotional parts are not that strong. it was just pure fun, that is why i think what i think about hxh. i'm at chapter 187 now, the art is killing me but i guess i'll have to handle it somehow. though i still want a 4th ova, eventhough i'm at the manga now.

HunterXHunter has been on hiatus for quite awhile. I have a strong feeling we'll see a chapter before May is through. Though I doubt the chapter output after that will be consistent.

I hope it comes soon, there's a ton of moments in the Chimera Ant arc I'd like to see animated, but it's taking it's time quite a bit and they'd probably have to be in a second OAV, like Greed Island and then Greed Island Final.

the reason that makes me happy to see the chimera ants arc animated is that the drawing was so bad it nearly made me puke. ok, the tankos had better quality but they didn't manage to make it good, seeing how much togashi fucked up in the shonen jump releases.

that's why i lost any hope in the future of hxh. and that's why i expect a very early ending. that and the fact that the story completely sucks since 6 months of chapters ago :biggrin: (who said it just makes 3 chapters?)

Ok, Hunter X Hunter is also another one of my most favorite animes/manga. I've only recently started the anime, and I'm about to watch episode 26 soon. In the manga, I'm only finished through chapter 8, sadly.

From what I've heard, and I don't know if most of you know this yet, Hunter X Hunter's art begins to get really crappy at certain times and the plot isn't too good because the creator was sick at that time.

Anyway, the reason why I like Hunter X Hunter is because it's not more fighting, but more adventure, and each time I watch an episode, it leaves me in awe. True, it's more of a kid's anime, but I still enjoy it. Each individual character is unique in someway. No one is too god-like. Also, like FMA, HXH involves some science and wit in it, although not as much as FMA. Kurapika is a braniac, like Shikamaru from Naruto, except he's more of a history guy.

So far, I'm not even done with the Hunter Exam arc yet, but from what I've seen, I am quite impressed so far. Killua is a bit overpowered (like taking the heart out of Jones immediately), but I like him. Currently, my favorite characters are:

1. Gon. He never really gives up unless he knows he has to. He's quite naive at times, but can be quite intelligent too. I love his personality. His animal-like instincts impress me each time he uses them.

2. Killua. Although he is a bit too overpowered, I like how his personality completely changes when he changes his emotions. He's calm, fast and strong, which are three aspects I like about him.

3. Kurapika. He is so intelligent. He carries a sorta Sasuke-like personality when he thinks about the Phantom Brigade, but otherwise, he's just a smart nerd that knows everything.

4. Leorio (basically all the four friends). He gives the show a more funnier, perverted aspect. That's all I really like him for though.

5. Hanzo. I like ninja I guess. Although he's a bit talkative, he's like a Lee from Naruto: a hard-training ninja. He can also be quite smart at times and also adds a funny aspect to the show. He's quite amazing.

6. Tompa. I don't know why I like this guy. I just guess that the nickname of his really stands out in my mind. He's like some cowardly, information person that makes newbies fall into traps.

I've heard that the creator has become sick once more. I do hope he's ok because I want the manga to continue (although I can catch up at this time).

You know what's neat about Leorio? He's 'normal', I hope he doesn't get an 'offensive' Nen ability, but one like Biscuit's.

Trust me, he isn't overpowered. You'll see after this arc is over. Just think of him as a killer not a fighter, and it won't seem like he's overpowered. Remember, being effiecient at killing isn't always the same as being a good fighter. ^__~

Eh…I haven't seen the all of the series, but that's what I think so far. Many people are stronger than him, but for his age, doesn't he seem a bit overpowered? I don't care anyway, as long as he doesn't start killing a these people instantly like a really strong villain.

Actually I read on the nexgear boards that it's july 1st.

King's only abilitys so far are brute strength, and by defeating/eating nenusers he gains their power (I think it's just the nen power, not abilitys). Course we only seen him fight once, so that hasn't been deveolped really.

The only royal guard I know of is the cat one, who can use here powers to heal and create puppets. Seems like a stronger verson's of the spider's string user.
