Thanks for the chapter. Gradius seems like an interesting fellow. At first glance, like all of Doflamingo's family, he is very loyal to his family and to his ideals. Gradius also seems emotionally unstable, and I wonder if his powers derive from his emotions or maybe his mechanical parts have trouble when he is under pressure hence his violent outbursts.
I feel bad for Sanji, though. Although his protection of his crew is honorable to say the least, we all know that Sanji stands no chance against Flamingo. Can't wait to see what happens next. It would be funny if Zoro suddenly appears, and Doflamingo uses his string ability to make Zoro and Sanji fight each other.

We already knew it wasn't official, but obviously there are people in the world who think He's the VC.
That's what will be remembered in history imo, a random ghost or Pandaman isn't gonna pop out to the future generations and explain Zoro wasn't the VC.
Like CC said this is Oda portraying the fans through Barto, a nod to those of us who don't need to be told every damn chapter that Zoro is Luffy's right hand.

Good chapter. Oda got a good mix of humour and action in this week. If Bartolomeo's so startstruck just seeing SHs, I can't wait to see his reaction when he gets autographs from Usopp and Chopper. Now we know for sure how much the outside world knows about Enies Lobby and the SHs events with Baroque Works. Seems the genius scientist ceasar is just as much of a dumbass as luffy sometimes. His non-reaction face to doflamingo squeezing the heart is hilarious. It looks like Fujitora's gravity power is restricted to his blade? or maybe he channels it through with it. If it is just the blade, that brings up the question of why he was considered strong enough to be promoted to admiral so fast. And of course, most important development in the chapter, Momonosuke has potential.
I'd like to see Zoro cut something gently.

I'm seeing two stories here:
In first both sides(Fuji/Dofy and Zoro/Luffy) destroy their subordinates and hearing these news both receive a shock and run for help only to meet halfway for a beatdown.
Second which is more likely to my eyes is Sanji the Strategist will appear once again (consider there is Law there too) to make an genuine escape.
3rd which is Sanji defeats Dofla, Violet alarms Zoro, Zoro defeats Fuji, Luffy defeats Kaidou. Story ends. Never mind this, please.
And since Bartolomeo represents the ULTIMATE FAN (Cabbage being ultimate hater) it is perfectly normal to call him Zoro as vice-captain. I'm waiting a development for both of them until this arc though, really.

Beautiful Chapter. Loved every single part of it especially Brook, Nami, Chopper and Momonosuke's reactions when Sanji arrives to fend off Doflamingo :D
And It seems like Gladius probably has a Porcupine Zoan DF. Porcupines do the exact same thing when threatened or angered. :)

He probably did a lot of research and since he was a Mafia kingpin probably had enough money to pay for information that no one else had or probably tortured them out of people.
Actually the more I see of Barto the more am beginning to think that the theory about him turning against the Straw Hats will play out. They just don't fit what he seems to think they are and he'll probably do something that will piss one of them off and get a beat down. -
Great chapter!
The interaction between Law and Doflamingo was great. And of course Sanji's entrance was nothing short of spectacular. I'm really hoping that Fujitora remains neutral in the fights coming up soon. Not saying that he will remain neutral or that he won't fight later on in the arc, just wishing for him to stay out of it for a bit. I don't think he likes Doflamingo very much. But if he does what he is supposed to, then he might have to get involved.
I hope Sanji can stick it out for a bit. Will be interesting to see how this develops.

Thing is he knows Law and Law was more or less just buying time will evading him and not taking him up on a straight up fight. Sanji on the other hand is an unknown, plus he's part of a crew that Dofalmingo has admitted that many have underestimated to their detriment.(it kind of looked like Sanji pulled of the same move from your sig)

That's still ridiculous beyond reason. A 4000km radius? Do you have any idea how high up you would have to be to see that big of an area? Or how ludicrously big a zoom you would have to possess to be able to see anything accurately from a height like that? I call serious BS on this one. 400km would have been somewhat believable, although even that much is a stretch, but four thousand? Irredeemable.

I didn't join the discussion nor care about it, but to be fair I think Oda making Bartolomeo say "at least to me" hints heavily that Zoro is not the vc. I mean, Bartolomeo is a delusional fanboy, I don't think Oda being explicit about something being as it is just in Barto eyes counts as a positive proof.
If Barto had just said "He is the VC" I wouldn't say anything, but the add of the "at least to me" must mean something. Although it could be that Zoro is just not officialy the vc yet.

Like you said the man has problems with his geography all you can do is ignore it. I honestly never pay attention to numbers when it comes to shounen, they are all just implausible and honestly never really important.

Give the guy a bit of faith, he didn't even lose the battle, and his injury didn't seem to be all that serious. Also Vergo's not some nobody, and One Piece doesn't get along with the A>B>C formula, so who the hell cares anyway.

Talking about Fuji, we've seen him using his gravity thanks to his sword, but this chapter and back when we first saw him, inside that bar or whatever it was. I'm wondering, is it a Law-kind of situation, when he needs the sword just because, or is the DF directly linked to it?

Starting from Law, which proves to be a badass even in these bad situations like he was in..
Even in that state he was aiming to fight again Dofla, that tells that he really has chances in 1 on 1 vs Dofla.That SANJI!

I mean come on , if we are actually going to see StrawHats beating a Yonkou than come on Sanji and Zoro should be able to defeat or fight on with Shichibukais and also Admirals.
