I went with the meat group as I've gotten into a serious lifting kick (not that that's all there is to bulking), but lots of rice/noodles and the like given my location.

They just think they do
Wait I take this back; they probably are eating more meat in terms of weight. But servings of meat (and dairy for that matter) tend to weigh much more than a serving of bread/grains.
I assumed that the question would be interpreted from a serving standpoint, but thats obviously not the case. Not to belittle the other answers that arent grain :P

Not just weight… the sheer servings too.
Typical meals around here.
Now these are quick google imaged ones, but they are familiar to me.
I shits you not when I say, a lot of people here literally actually eat more meat than anything else.
… and yes, there's also a lot of two-legged cows around here too.

I'm getting hungry.

Doesn't someone have to go out A LOT for meals like that to be considered typical. I'm sure people there do eat that way on occasion where you live, but it's exaggerating to a fault to expect people to have deep enough pockets to stuff themselves w/ that multiple times a week.
And if they really do eat the way you're claiming that often, what the life expectancy for people in your area? 45? 55 tops?

A coworker of mine ate nothing but a box full of fried chicken and maybe 1 roll of bread every day at work for lunch. For the entire two years I worked there.
A coworker in my current office does not eat much bread, rice, or pasta. He hates them.
Only bread he eats is on a sandwich. And every single meal I've seen him eat, meat takes up most of the meal.Nate, you completely underestimate TEXAS.
If you order a "Teriyaki beef bowl" here, it comes with 60% meat, 10% veggie, and 30% rice.
Instead of other way around. (If you want to weight it, it's even worse lol)I'm not saying EVERYONE here eats like this, but there's a shitton of people who do.

And once they become fat, they try suing McDonald's instead of losing weight.
But I gotta admit, blue one, that meat sure looks tasty (even though I'd probably get sick of it after a week or two lol).

Group I, followed very closely by Group III. In fact, I almost always mix and match the constituents of Group I and III for each meal.

I'm glad at least one other person here is a dessert eater. I mean… I eat a lot of healthy stuff, honestly. But I do have a craving for sweets that just takes me over. Really, this should be a big red flag for me since only one other person chose that, haha.
Does anyone's mind just make a gooey, kinda messy sound while looking at Aohige's pictures of food? Like a "splat" sound from Powerpoint clips or something.

I look at those and just think that I won't actually be all that satisfied from eating them, cause there's relatively few carbs.

Probably I, II and V, but since I need to give you one… Group I since it's my everyday's breakfast.
