Don't worry Super ,you're right for now and I acknowledged that like forever ago ,but there is alot of One Piece left to go and we still don't know the full potential of Kinemon's Df ability. So talk to me when he's gone or joins the crew.

No one ever suspected Brook would be able to do the things he does now with his df.

So tell me your theory of why Jinbe wont join the crew? what basis do you have for saying this?

Zoro/Brook said that they were going to go to Kinemon's island to learn the swordstyle's there plus Kinemon has a reason to teach them because they helped him on punk hazard they don't need him to join the crew if they're going to learn to do the stuff he can do apart from his devil fruit and he will most likely get his island to help the strawhat's in the final war against the world govt!

Imo ,it would be kind of pathetic if Zoro and Brook got more training post time skip. Especially if it's just to learn Kinemon's ability. What could Kinemon teach Zoro that the best in the World couldn't? Idk why this theory is so popular…You want them to train again? If anything they will have a duel.

Also when did they say they'd learn Kinemon's style? This is news to me I thought they just wanted to see more of his swordsmanship and help him rescue Momonosuke. They're just impressed by his skill, you know kinda how the rest of the guys fanboy over Franky's Laser.

Judging from Jinbe's talk with Neptune, he wants to leave Big Mum's crew without causing harm (to the Island or his crew). Bringing Luffy along who just declared war on her would… contradict that.

Negates all sureness of him joining. Look a Vivi look and Bon Clay. We can make excuses "she had a country to run" and what not but as in Drum island kings can be replaced. And what of Jinbe's crew? Also not to long ago people (meaning everyone I heard talking about this series, I'm not making this up hit up Youtube or the One piece Podcast ) said that after the volume cover, and after the blood donation, and after Luffy saying "Join my crew" that Jinbe was going to join but did he? No. That's why every time I hear these detailed explanations as to he's going to join later I pass them off because I think of the Brook situation (If you read this series I shouldn't have to explain what his situation was). To me this situation and that one are near identical. But then again people made baseless Zoan theories on someone who just told them what fox fire meant/was.

Also I like to bring up colors and themes a lot and here they're written off as baseless, frivolous banter. However I have to wonder why in the world would anyone who has made a group of characters who are designed in such a way that no one Straw pirate remotely resembles the others, and if anyone pays attention Oda like Akira with Dragonball makes a lot of his female characters look relatively the same, however do Robin and Nami look the same? No. Do they have the same themes? No. We can all say "Well Jinbe is a big blue Goomba how does he look like the other characters on the crew?" Well, like you I can she he is a Fishman but I also see that he is a Japanese characters "WELL AREN"T ALL THE CHARCATERS JAPANESE THEY COME FROM JAPAN!!!!" Yes I understand where they come from however some characters have really blatant themes that would either go with another country besides Japan. For example Jinbe and Zoro both where kimonos have attacks that have Japanese puns Jinbe is design is very similar to a Oni, Zoro asura comes from Hinduism and Buddhism, very popular religions I Japan, Zoro comes from a kendo dojo while Jinbe comes from a Fishman island which is undeniably Japanese in theme.

Come to think of it, I find it strange that Caesar completely forgot about the fact he wanted Franky and hasn't addressed the issue of him having Vegapunk's lasers. Wonder if anything will come out of that.

Also, on the topic of Kinemon, as much as I like the character I don't see him joining. I see him saving the straw hats (he can cut explosions … perhaps he can actually cut CC?), and interacting with them considerably, but it's hard to imagine him joining the crew at this point. It does make me wonder though, about how come we haven't seen Momonosuke ... where is he and the other children?

1. He has a son to raise.
2. There's already two swordsmen on ship.

Obviously his crew is not an issue if Jinbe offered to join the SH once ties have been cut with Big Mom.

I'm still under the impression they only followed Jinbe because they wanted to have his back in the New World,nothing leads me to believe the WG wants them too. This indirectly forced Jinbe to ally with a Yonko since there's no way his crew is up to par with the Pirates of the New World,especially since the only two ways to survive in the NW is to join a Yonko or constantly challenge one. Something Jinbe knows full well the Sun Pirates can't do.

Don't think that it's a coincidence the Fishman District was closed off by Neptune, this will obviously be the Vantage point the Sun Pirates use to protect FI from the depths. While at the same time hiding out from Marines. Hody can attest to this ,he was keeping Pirates at bay for months.

You have no basis for saying Jinbe wont join aside from him not actually being with the crew currently. [[His blood is there tho]]

Oh and His Animal theme is a Whale Shark ,not a Shark but a WHALE shark. These are two totally different animals believe it or not.

To everyone saying Kinemon can't join because of his son, his son could very easily be dead. It would explain why his son is not with the other children. The kids are being experimented on, right? One of these experiments could have gone wrong and left CC with a dead child.

You just catch up after a speed read? Seriously though, as interesting a twist as that would be I really doubt it. The kids said that there were other children that they didn't know, so I'm sure he is among them somewhere. That would be a bit dark even when one considers what this arc has been all about. Still if it did happen, I don't think anything else could depress me more.

I don't know if he's huge, didn't the kids say that they don't know all the newer kids names or something like that? So I don't think he has been there that long and if that's true we know that the longer the kids have been there the bigger they are. I agree with the idea about there being a twist, something tells me him not being with the other kids isn't because there is not enough room in the lab. I think he is already or is soon to be experimented on more extensively. Knowing Oda when he is found there will be some twist to it, besides he is just in the more secure lab.

Otohime's dream is his dream. Working with the Straw Hats is the ultimate proof that fishmen can get along with humans, even if they are pirates. And it already worked on FI.
His other obligation is protecting Fishmen Island and his kind. By joining the pirate who officially declared FI his turf, or at least tries to "own" it, supporting that crew makes the most sense. Through the future PK Luffy, he will be able to protect Fishmen Island better than sitting at the gates kicking peoples ass 7/24.

THERE ARE MANY WEAPONS IN THE WORLD BESIDES SWORDS. A characters fighting style is part of his character as well as his design. In this case we have a kimono garbed smaurai already. That's all I'm saying,man.

Here Here. I wouldn't be mad about Jinbe but I would have to take a pause and rub the space between my brows. But I wish people would stop with the "He can save the devil fruit users when they fall in the water" excuse, because Ussop can make instaneous boats, by shooting a seed in the water, thus saving the user before he/she falls in the water.

To be honest, I would rather have Bon-chan than… Any other suggested nakama. Because really, who has done more for Luffy, without being an actual nakama? It's ridiculous: Bon-chan has gone to prison for Luffy, and then STAYED in prison for Luffy. He fought off a pack of wolves, screamed until his throat started bleeding, and pretty well forfeited his own life (although he apparently survived). The only problem is that he and Franky have the same VA...
